And David Pettinger. The second Dave. Miste Karlfeldt is the founder of Health Freedom Idaho. Yes. And Dave Pettinger is an independent journalist, a rascal, a rabble-rouser. True. And for those that have been watching the show for a while will remember that Mr. Pettinger was the guy who climbed up on the flagpole at Boise City Hall and put the trans flag in a trash bag and replaced it with the appeal to heaven flag. So we will be talking a little bit about that incident and other happenings and goings on here in Boise. It needed to be done. It did. Dave Pettinger [ 00:04:09 ] I mean, let's be honest. We were all waiting for someone to do something. And since no one was doing anything, who's got two thumbs, you know, this guy, so something had to be done. True. That's awesome. David J. Reilly [ 00:04:19 ] And so we also have to give a brief shout out. To our first sponsor, North Idaho Tallow Company. You can go to idahotallow. com. Reilly [ 00:05:08 ] You know, I found out that Bird's Bees has soy in it. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:05:11 ] Oh. David J. Reilly [ 00:05:12 ] Right? Yeah. And, like, this is, like, the big problem. Like, soy makes you gay. And we want to be hetero awesome. So don't use soy in your lip balms. Makes sense. Get North Idaho tallow lip balm. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:05:22 ] Makes sense. David J. Reilly [ 00:05:22 ] It's much better. What else was there? We did have a super chat that I need to read from yesterday. Thanks, Bill Viz. We have two super chats. Thank you so much. The first one was for $100. Hey, buddy. Thanks. Thank you. Great to see you celebrating at the Hetero Awesome Festival. I can just imagine how many leftist crazies would be having a fit if we held that event here in Bainbridge or Seattle. Woof. Absolutely. And we got another super chat from our proprietary crypto super chat thing that Blonde is salty about. He's so proud. I am very proud. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:05:58 ] I'm not salty about it. It's money. David J. Reilly [ 00:06:00 ] Let's see. Is this working? Allegedly. I can. I can show you this. So this is ultimately. It's just a story, like any system we create, but it's a good story, and it may make sense to have some in case it catches on. So that was a real Bitcoiner that sent that one. So thank you very much for the big Bitcoin super chat. You can find all of our super chat platforms at thebacklash. net/super-chat, and if you have any questions for these guys as we move along, we can do that. Okay, now I am done. Take it away. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:06:31 ] Me take it away? David J. Reilly [ 00:06:32 ] Yeah, all the prep you did last night. Rebecca Hargraves The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:06:33 ] I know. Dave likes to put me on the spot because he thinks I'm anal retentive about preparatory work. And so he likes to be like, 'oh, we're doing a show today.' I hope you've done nothing. I have dreams about this. I have dreams where I show up unprepared. Dreams about high school tests still. Oh, man. Yeah, it's just a nightmare. I really got to you. I know. I know. Well, why don't you guys do you want to talk about Health Freedom Idaho? I have a lot of friends in it. They've done excellent work on vaccines. And you were the founder. Yeah. So tell us a little bit about your journey and some of the great things that you guys have done in Idaho. Oh, man. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:07:08 ] It's like, where do I start? It's been about 10 years. And so about 10 years ago, we started Health Freedom Idaho because Dr. Karlfeldt, who's my husband now, was actually trying to be legislated away by the Idaho legislature. He's a naturopathic doctor, and they wanted it to be a misdemeanor for him to call himself a doctor because he wasn't educated in America. He's Swedish. So they only wanted to license American-educated naturopathic doctors. So I had never been involved with politics at all. In fact, I hadn't even voted at that point. I was just enjoying our free state or so I thought, right? And I got active because I wanted to stop that bill. And what happened was, I guess the shackles, like the scales just fell off my eyes. And I just saw that we weren't really a free state. And the good old boys club owned the state. So we were emailing and everything saying, 'Hey, don't pass this bill.' And we couldn't get it stopped. And the co-chair of the Health and Welfare Committee said, 'We're annoyed by all of the emails we're getting.' And I was like, because they were getting thousands of emails. I was like, nobody put you in that position. You ran for that position. So you're annoyed that the people are telling you what they want? So they weren't listening. They were passing the bill. There was 10 days left of legislative session. And now my now husband. um got a lobbyist ten thousand dollars for ten days so about a thousand dollars a day i was there when he made a few phone calls and they went kind of like this you know hey joe remember when our kids went to college and we went to the football games how much fun we had remember that yeah hey don't pass that bill okay i was like what is happening so i met some awesome people sarah clendenin leslie manukian rosie main and we started health freedom idaho because we realized that the legislature was really listening to groups and not individuals, which is backwards. That's not right. That's not constitutional. So we started Health Freedom Idaho really to protect our access to people like Dr. Karlfeldt and also to strengthen our vaccine laws because that was about the time of SB 277 passing in California, where they took away the exemptions, right, for kids to go to school. So we decided we're going to strengthen the exemptions. And when you ask kind of what we've done, we first held the Health and Welfare Department accountable to the law, which says that parents can opt out for any reasons from vaccines, okay? Any reason. You can put it on a napkin. It doesn't have to be on a form. Right. But at that time, the department was making parents sign that form, that incriminating form that says, 'I'm knowingly putting my child at risk because I'm not doing the chickenpox vaccine.' Right. Which to me sets up a whole CPS situation. Right. Oh, yeah. You're signing over and over, 'I'm knowingly putting my child at risk.' So we got the department to get in line with the law, which means that you can opt out for any reason at any time and you don't have to tell the government why. And you don't have to agree that you're harming your children. That was the first thing. Then we got the daycare exemptions. We got the university's exemptions. So now, next legislative session, and we're going to need everybody's support, we really want to remove the requirement. Why have a requirement when we have all the exemptions? Right. It's just the government tracking your data. Right. So let's just remove it all together. But the big one, the banger, you guys, is that we now have the Idaho's Medical Freedom Act. And that got passed this year, which means no forced or coerced medical. Intervention of any kind ever? Wow, so no mask, no vaccine, no cutting your arm off to go to work, you know, whatever nonsense they say and I know a lot of people are worried about the chip in the hand or whatever. Right, right! No forced or coerced medical treatment of any kind. They can't go chipping your hand, that's amazing. David J. Reilly The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:10:52 ] Now Idaho, from what I understand is like one of the best states when it comes to, if you don't want your kids to get vaccinated, yeah we are like The best. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:02 ] Yes, we are the most health freedom state in the whole United States, especially with the Medical Freedom Act. But as far as exemptions go, you know, we're the best. David J. Reilly [ 00:11:10 ] That's awesome. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:11 ] But that's because we started Health Freedom Idaho 10 years ago because we saw the writing on the wall. David J. Reilly [ 00:11:15 ] Yeah. That's incredible. And you also spend some time, you are, correct me if I'm wrong, you're also the vice chair of the Idaho Constitution Party. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:27 ] That's true. David J. Reilly [ 00:11:28 ] Which is a third party here in the state of Idaho. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:30 ] That's true. David J. Reilly [ 00:11:31 ] Tell us a little bit about that. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:32 ] Well, I just think the Republicans and the Democrats, I really can't tell the difference anymore. David J. Reilly [ 00:11:36 ] True. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:11:37 ] You know, the Republicans have a great platform if they really followed it, but they don't. And so it just looks like one big party doing all the same things. So, I mean, even like on a national level, back when ASFA was passed, when Clinton was president, ASFA is what fast tracks our kids that are taken by CPS into adoption. And the Republicans are the ones that ran that bill. And Clinton's the one who signed it, you know. So it's just things like that over and over. I'm like, this is not actually two different parties. And I wanted out of the party that I was just consistently disappointed in. I just didn't The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest really want my good name with the Republican Party who's behaving like they're behaving. And mainly because with Health Freedom Idaho, we're trying to get bills heard, really good, important bills, like rolling back the health district's power to do all things. That's why during COVID they were, you know, doing all things. Right. Luckily, they didn't bust into our homes and vaccinate us because the law said that they could do all things. And when I can't get a Republican committee to hear a bill that rolls back the power of the health districts like this is come on. This is not conservative. This is gross and swampy. And I want out of that system. So I went to the Constitution Party where, you know, we're just about the Constitution and not the jersey. David J. Reilly [ 00:12:56 ] Right. Good call. What is does the Constitution Party of Idaho? Because there is some distinction, right? There's like a National Constitution Party. Yeah. But I think the Idaho Constitution Party is separate and distinct, yeah, right from the National Party. So what is the Idaho Constitution Party's position on going to war in Iran? Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:13:19 ] Man, I don't think we have taken a position as a party. I think we probably should. I can talk to Tony about that. Um, but, you know, I think if you're pro-constitution, you're largely anti-war. Yeah. Unless you're protecting your homeland. Right. David J. Reilly [ 00:13:33 ] Right. And we're being invaded right now. We had Ryan Matta on the show the other day, and he was talking about all of the trafficking, the fact that, like, the American government is basically picking up the slack for the cartels. Yeah. And, uh, bringing kids into America, selling them, and then, and that's to say nothing about the military-aged men that are pouring across our border. It is really unbelievable. Dave Pettinger [ 00:13:57 ] If I can chime in for a second, Dave. No, no. What I want to say about the Constitution Party is, we would, like Dan McKnight has the Defend the Guard bill, which is one of these bills that's been really hard to pass, which ultimately says we cannot send National Guard troops to fight the world's wars unless Congress declares war. So the Constitution Party, and I can't speak for all of the leadership, as most of you know, I don't want to lead in really much because I might break a few minds and spools out there in the process. But ultimately, the Constitution Party would want it delegated by Congress, and then we would go to war. And how long has it been since we've had an actual war? I think it was 1942, right? Right. World War II was our last official war. Everything is executive order. The Constitution Party would try to get away from that because we would be more pro-Defend the Guard. Nice. David J. Reilly [ 00:14:53 ] Yeah, shout out, by the way, Dan McKnight. He is amazing. You can follow him on Twitter. I think it's at DanMcKnight30. I might be wrong about that, but he is absolutely fantastic. I think he actually has an episode coming out today with Dave Smith. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:15:07 ] Oh, really? David J. Reilly The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:15:07 ] Yeah, which is really interesting. But yeah, no, he's done some really great work. He got the defend the guard portion of the Idaho Republican Party platform added, which was great. And I got to vote on that, by the way. And the Idaho Republican Party platform actually is really, really good. It is. I'm not saying that just because I actually helped amend it. Much to the chagrin of a lot of people here in Idaho, I actually did tweak a couple of words in there and made it better. But yeah, no, this is great. Now tell us about the trans flag situation. Wait, no, hold on. Hold on. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:15:46 ] What would you guys say to non-voting Americans that have given up on the system and believe that they did not consent to constitutional values that have not protected us or our migration situation in this country? I'm just asking for a friend. Dave Pettinger [ 00:16:01 ] Yeah, so people that have given up on the voting system. Well, I would say that there's a lot of people who are very well educated that have arrived at that point. But I would also say you don't have to have faith and belief in the system to still participate in the system. And so do I think that there's election interference and do I think that there's fraud, and all those things? Yes, I do think that that's true. But I still vote, even knowing that my vote may not matter and that it might be selection and not election. Right. But even. Even with all of that being said, I still participate because I'm hopeful that I might be wrong. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:16:37 ] Ah, it's your hope that clouds your judgment. Why would I participate in a system in which I have no faith? Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:16:45 ] I feel that it's my duty. I do feel it's my duty. Like, how can you complain about something that you're not participating in and try to fix it? However, some people would disagree with your votes because you don't always vote with, like, You know, who has the best opportunity of winning? I actually vote my conscience. I mean, I want to fix it by tearing the whole thing down. I'm with you. I'm with you. Dave Pettinger [ 00:17:05 ] Wait, did you just call my number? Because this sounds like my department. What do you guys want to tear down? Do you want to tear down the Idaho governor's office? Do you want to tear down? How about the Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial? Okay, let's start there. Let's bring in a wrecking ball. Okay, so I'm thinking this. I kind of paused it this other day. So, I'm working on it, of character. I got some, I got some work to do. I want to do a Rabbi Shmuley. Shmuley, I watch your debate. David J. Reilly [ 00:17:33 ] For those who don't know about Dave, Dave has come up with some antics, right? I've seen you go around in blackface. I've seen you go around in brownface with a big-ass sombrero going like, 'Hola', to these legislators as they went to, what's it, the Farm Association? Yeah, it was the big ag when they. And so you dressed up as the Joker, I remember, back in like 20'20. You got arrested as the Joker. That was the best. Green hair. And paint on your face and everything, uh, so. That's the background on this. You get up to some serious antics. So, okay, now, please, tell us about your next antics. Dave Pettinger The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:18:09 ] Luckily, Miste and other people helped pull me back from this great idea that I had about the Anne Frank Memorial that I wanted to do as literally Hitler when they were doing the transgender progress pride flag. I was like, man, I'm going to go burn the transgender progress pride flag at the Anne Frank Memorial as literally Hitler. Literally Hitler. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:18:29 ] Who talked you down from this brilliant idea? Dave Pettinger [ 00:18:31 ] Well, so it was good because, I mean, Miste had a little common sense and she was like, 'Do you absolutely want no one to ever even look your way? How are you ever going to even interview someone ever again?' Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:18:44 ] But you'd always be welcome on the back. Dave Pettinger [ 00:18:46 ] So I'm thinking I'm thinking Shmuley. Shmuley is the most pro-war Zionist guy out there. He's always bad-mouthing. Candace and Ian, that I think is going to be one of your guests later. You know, I mean, he does have some good historical sense, but it's all establishment propaganda that he's bringing. He's not bringing like really any independent research. All Shmuley wants is to get his selfie and he wants to get the attention. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:19:10 ] And to make money off of JoJo's with his daughter. That's all he wants. David J. Reilly [ 00:19:14 ] Did you post the video? Because you did dress up as Hitler at the Tesla. Is that on your timeline or is that on Casey's timeline? Oh wait, hold on. Just to show the audience, this is him in his sombrero, in brown face. Let's see if we can find some. Oh wait, there you are. There you are as literally Hitler wearing the Elon Musk. I give you my heart. My heart goes out to you, shirt. Dave Pettinger [ 00:19:40 ] I saw a guy wearing that here yesterday, you know, down here at the heterosexual awesomeness fest, and I gave him my heart. I said, hey, I was like, nice shirt. I give you my heart. David J. Reilly [ 00:19:51 ] Oh, jeez. We are getting canceled. We are getting canceled today. There is no doubt about it. But yeah, no, this is good. I mean, because people don't. I don't even know how to put it. It's like free speech is its like a muscle. If you don't use it, you lose it. And it's about offensive speech. It's about speech that you don't necessarily agree with. And you have to exercise that muscle. And, you know, I was I remember talking with a friend where I'm like, we are getting to the point. Where the free speech situation in this country is so bad, I think I finally understand why Richard Butler paraded down the street in Coeur d'Alene with a swastika flag, because it's like, you have to be able to hold that line. You have to be able to defend somebody. Wearing a scarf that you don't like or flying a flag you don't like. Except for the pride flag, that needs to be burned. We need to get rid of those. Those are wrong. I did The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest burn it. I know you did. Hold on. On a crucifix. I think I got the picture also of you doing that. It's possible. Where are you? Here it is. There it is. There is you literally burning a pride flag. Dave Pettinger [ 00:20:59 ] So I do want to make an example here about paying the Boise City police. Okay, so this event here, Heterosexual Awesomeness, has this huge price tag. I think it's $11,000 with private security. I think it's an $18,000 cost to Old State and to Mark Fitzpatrick and his crew. Well, at that event, when I burned the progress pride flag, and there are police everywhere, and it's just paid police through our taxes. The police did not intervene at all while a woman was batting with baton, a flag that I had lit on fire, and the fire was actually flying around. I don't know if it was from that or not, but I ended up with a pretty bad burn from it. Sounds dangerous. And the police did nothing. Yes. They didn't make $18,000 or $11,000 off the deal. They didn't enforce the law. They don't enforce the law unless they're specifically told to enforce the law. And it's the people that pay them the most money that get them to enforce the law. That's why IACI, the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, and Governor Brad Little, who has the head of Idaho State Patrol, that's why they can get these police officers to do stuff because they can dangle out these bonuses. They can say, 'Hey, we're going to give you that $1,000 bonus next year. We're going to buy those new guns for you. We're going to buy those new military equipment for you.' These guys, a lot of ex-military guys, what do they want more than the coolest, most technological Palantir crap at their fusion center so they can track all of this? How cool is that? They want it, right? IACI gives them the money, which our globalist organizations, our globalist corporations here locally, the police do their bidding. That's why we were locked out, locked out of open meetings during COVID was because of IACI. David J. Reilly [ 00:22:35 ] Wow. That is not good. And the militarization of the police is getting out of hand. It's getting out of control. And I remember our mutual friend, who shall remain nameless. Teaching me about like the fusion centers and the way that they're like spying on us and labeling us and distributing all of this stuff through the FBI to the police because you're like a free speech activist. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:22:59 ] Yeah. David J. Reilly [ 00:22:59 ] It's ridiculous. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:23:01 ] I'm on like the watch list as a COVID denier. Because we had a rally here that's saying everybody was essential. It's like wild to say. So that landed me on the FBI watch list, I guess. Dave Pettinger [ 00:23:12 ] Nice. Yeah, I mean, if you haven't been deplatformed or ended up on a watch list, you can't be trusted. Yeah, you can't be trusted. And are you even trying? Yeah. I mean, you know, I recently got permanently banned from Facebook forever. Forever. For what? Right? For being David. Well, you know what? It was funny. When I did the Rhino Hunter, when I did the Rhino Hunter, and I didn't even like. Make a big deal about wearing a sidearm or anything. But because I had a sidearm on, they said that it was against their gun policy. And that was like the final straw that actually deplatformed me. I mean, there was a whole list of other things, whatever character and whatever was said. So hopefully I'll watch some of my speech today to not get you deplatformed off whatever platform you're on. We've been trying. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest David J. Reilly [ 00:23:54 ] It's not working. Dave Pettinger [ 00:23:55 ] No matter what we do, they just leave us on YouTube. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:23:58 ] I don't understand. It's because Dave is a fed. It's because I'm a fed. Dave Pettinger [ 00:24:01 ] We're all feds. We're all feds. Yeah, well, maybe I should, I can help you get any platform today. Oh, there we go. Oh, great. Wonderful. David J. Reilly [ 00:24:07 ] That would be great. What are your thoughts on, I've got like, I guess, two more kind of topics coming to mind. One of them is in North Idaho, at least I, maybe not everybody, but I call the cops Blue Antifa, right? Like we know about Black Block, right? Where all these people dress up with the black hoods and all this stuff. But I've been calling the police Blue Block because they seem to only enforce laws when it's on the side of the liberals and then when it's for conservatives. Do you have that same problem down here in Boise? How bad is it? Dave Pettinger [ 00:24:40 ] Are the courts corrupt here? Absolutely, and I should probably have Miste chime in so I don't control the mic. I'll just make one comment. The Satanists, Antifa, and the police are on the same team. They're the same team. You have a couple conservatives. People are like, oh, the police and the military will save us. No, they won't. No, they won't. If you were not on the front lines during COVID, you do not know how bad and how establishment and how liberal and uniparty your police force is. They are closer aligned with Antifa and the Satanists than they are with the conservative party. You are lucky to find someone who has a glimmer of patriotism in them, because they're just yes men. They have sold their patriotism to be a yes man for their paycheck, for the retirement. Most of them are living sad, miserable lives waiting for retirement. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:25:29 ] Well, I have two stories to that. One was during COVID when we wanted to get in. It wasn't that during the special session where they locked us out? Dave Pettinger [ 00:25:39 ] Yes. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:25:39 ] Yeah, during the special session, because we were asking for a special session during COVID so we could override the governor. David J. Reilly The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:25:45 ] He declared a state of emergency, right? We wanted to override that. It was basically martial law, legally, right? And the state of emergency, right? Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:25:51 ] And so they were like, oh, well, you can't go in there. You can't take your drink in there. You can't take your bag in there, which has never happened. I've spent a lot of, many years now, 10 years at the Capitol. All of a sudden, they were having all these weird arbitrary rules. You can't go in here. And I was like, I need to go in there. And they were like, you can't go in here. I'm just following. He literally said, I'm just following orders. Dave Pettinger [ 00:26:09 ] Thank you for that. Wow. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:26:10 ] I was like, what? And then, I guess I have three stories. Then I was. removed from the press table because you didn't have a capital press pass. Right. David J. Reilly [ 00:26:20 ] And of course those capital press passes are controlled by the liberal media. What is it called? The Idaho Association of Newspapers or something. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:26:28 ] What is the process? You have to put in an application for a press pass. David J. Reilly [ 00:26:30 ] You have to put in an application and then you have to get it past one of these libtards that, you know, they're Antifa with like, you know, journalist pens. Yeah. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:26:39 ] And nobody was sitting in these seats, right? But me and I was live streaming to try to give people a view of what was taking place. And the legislator, the chairman said, I'm going to call upon my friends in the back to remove her. And by friends in the back, that was the security. David J. Reilly [ 00:26:54 ] Oh, wow. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:26:54 ] Thanks, Greg Cheney. Right, Greg Cheney. So they literally came up to me like, you have to move. Why? Oh, because the chairman said so. What? This is my capital. I'm just following orders. But then the last one to your point and to David's point, I was at the Capitol when the Satanist, Satanic Church of Idaho or whatever, which I didn't know existed at that point. Now I do. They were at the Capitol doing like un-baptisms. Un-baptisms, yeah. Good Lord. And people were bringing like their Bibles and like their Book of Mormon, and they're doing this whole loud thing. Well, the Christians tried to like occupy also their Capitol, and started singing Christian hymns. And the police started coming up to us and telling us all to be quiet. But they could loudly do their un-baptisms in our Capitol. I think that moment I was just like, okay, so we see who wins here. It's not the Christians. Anyway, so yes, to your point, I've seen it with my own eyes. I don't think it's all as bad as maybe David thinks. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest SPEAKER_4 [ 00:27:56 ] It is. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:27:58 ] But I do think we lost a lot of good police officers during COVID who didn't want to participate in that kind of tyranny. Dave Pettinger [ 00:28:04 ] Let me give you one more quick example. When the Palestinian protesters stole your scarf, and I don't know if I'm saying it right, keffiyeh, or how do you say it? David J. Reilly [ 00:28:11 ] My keffiyeh. Keffiyeh. I had, it's over there on the table right now, but I've been wearing this keffiyeh. It's a way to make a little statement, you know, you're not so in your face, you're not shouting at people, you're not making an ass out of yourself, but you know. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:28:23 ] But I don't know what it is, tell me, and people are asking me. David J. Reilly [ 00:28:26 ] It's a scarf, it's a traditional scarf that people in Palestine wear, including Catholics. I've got photos of, um. Cardinal Pizzaballa who wears them when he goes out on procession. Okay. And basically it's a symbol of Palestinian resistance to occupation and tyranny. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:28:42 ] Okay. David J. Reilly [ 00:28:42 ] And I am of the belief that the people that oppress us here in America, the COVID bullshit, Palantir, the surveillance state, AIPAC, I believe that those people oppressing us are the same people oppressing the Palestinians. They're the same people. blowing them up and killing kids. So I have a certain level of solidarity with the Palestinians because I think that a free America will come when there is a free Palestine. I think that the two are linked. You know, that's just where I come from. I guess I'm bold for saying that. Chat, am I brown? That's a bad question to ask because they're all going to say yes. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:29:23 ] The chat seems to think that it's a Jewish symbol. David J. Reilly [ 00:29:26 ] No, no, no, no, no, no. It's in the comments every time you wear it. There is nothing that Jews hate more than seeing that, what are you wearing that terrorist rag for? So anyway, let me see if I can pull up the video here over on, by the way, this is Miste Karlfeldt's Twitter account, liberty4 underscore ever. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest Dave Pettinger [ 00:29:48 ] And I guess I'd say smash that button, right? Smash that button because, you know, she needs some X traffic because she goes to like Telegram because she gets such little X traffic because they downgrade her on the algorithm all the time. She gets no X traffic. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:30:02 ] That's true. Very true. Last night at the Old State Saloon, we were all trying to figure out, we were trying to follow each other on Twitter. It was Bearded Vet and some other people. We were searching each other right in front of each other and a half of our names were just not searchable. Yep. I've seen that myself. David J. Reilly [ 00:30:17 ] That is unbelievable. So hold on a second. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:30:18 ] I thought it was the freest platform. Yeah, really. David J. Reilly [ 00:30:20 ] Oh, bummer. So here I've got a couple of things. So, what happened yesterday was: okay, what happened yesterday was this group of pro-Palestine protesters showed up and they're, you know, shouting, you know, 'Free Palestine' or whatever. And I was like, oh, hey, maybe I can build a bridge with these people. Maybe we can have a little conversation. Right. So I walk up. And the fat chick that's, you know, in charge of the whole thing-I don't know her name. With amplified sound, mind you. Dave Pettinger [ 00:30:50 ] With amplified sound, which is illegal. Which is against the Boise City Ordinance, which I've been arrested for. True. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:30:55 ] And there's $11,000 worth of police around here and they're doing nothing. Dave Pettinger [ 00:30:58 ] They didn't enforce it. They didn't enforce it. David J. Reilly [ 00:30:59 ] Boo. Boo. You suck. -Lauren McLean. So she comes up and she sees my scarf and she goes, 'You can't wear that scarf. You're a Nazi.' And I'm like, 'I'm like carrying a gun' and she just reaches across and grabs it, Yeah, here, here, throw that at me! Yeah, so this was it. This is the scarf that I was wearing. And I had it around my neck like this, you know. And she came right up and ripped it off and ran away. And so we have some footage of this. Dave Pettinger [ 00:31:27 ] That looks like traditional Nazi garb right there. I remember that with the uniform that was wrapped around all their necks. Yeah, exactly. Designed by Hugo Boss. Yeah, Lawrence of Arabia. David J. Reilly The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:31:38 ] So this is me. I'm like, okay, you're going to take my scarf. I really want this thing back. You know it was like what five dollars on Amazon, really but right, but it's so I'm I'm pissed and so my friends Miste and Brandy went and chased after these guys. And here they are. And I guess at some point she goes, 'Dave Riley's a Nazi' and throws it on the ground. I think I've got it. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:32:04 ] She said, 'Tell him he's a Nazi.' She's saying to the police as she throws it on the ground. Here we go. David J. Reilly [ 00:32:09 ] We got some. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:32:10 ] You collaborate with Nazis. Get the fuck out of here. You are not a sympathizer. David J. Reilly [ 00:32:17 ] You are not a sympathizer. Oh, great. Well, then, you know what? Fine. Fuck you and go do it on your own. I mean, I don't know what to say. I mean, if this is how you conduct activism, This is not how you win friends and influence people, I'm sorry. And every time I've seen this woman, she got arrested at the Bernie Sanders AOC rally. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:32:38 ] She told me about that, actually. David J. Reilly [ 00:32:39 ] Right? I mean, like, come on. Like, what are you doing? If you want free Palestine, I don't know, don't act like a dick. Don't make it unpopular. It's like-These people are working hard, it seems, to make this issue like a polarized left-right issue, and it shouldn't be. Correct. We are against murdering children in the womb, and we should be against murdering people, children in the streets, in Gaza. Right, right. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:33:06 ] A broader point about leftist activism, too. If you juxtapose these leftists with, let's talk about Martin Selner, they're putting their most attractive, their most articulate people forward. They're well-dressed. Coherently with the media and look at the left activism it's like every fat feminist slob is like is throwing things is beating on people; none of their arguments are articulate. They act like Antifa is such a it's such a tight organization but they really aren't doing it properly. They're not even employing Alinsky-ite tactics in the way that he intended. David J. Reilly [ 00:33:42 ] No, and it's just so dumb, too, because it's like, oh, you're a Nazi. It's like, why do you think I'm called a Nazi? Why do you think I'm called a Nazi? Because I've been against this bullshit going on over in Israel for, like, a decade. Dave Pettinger The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:33:52 ] Right, and we talked about this a little bit online last night. It's like, who is the Nazis' enemy, right? That would be, you know, the state of Israel, or that would be Israeli Zionism. Who is the enemy of the Muslims or the people of Palestine? That would be the state of Israel or that would be Zionism. So them calling you a Nazi and berating you and stealing from you is like saying, 'Hey, I don't want my partner.' We'll just say in a marriage, 'I don't want my partner in this marriage fighting this battle with me. It's like, why are you going to go ahead and divorce yourself from your main partner that's on the same team as you? Right. David J. Reilly [ 00:34:26 ] And it's it's also like extremely incoherent because like they call the Zionists Nazis. They're like, 'Oh, you're not.' And there are similarities. And I think that that's one of the things in the IHRA, the International Holocaust Remembrance Association's definition of anti-Semitism, is that you are not allowed to compare modern day Zionism with Nazism, which is like, oh, well, that's interesting. I didn't think about that, but now I am. And as a matter of fact, I do see some similarities between these two things. And so it's just so incoherent to be going around calling a right winger pro-life person. Dave Pettinger [ 00:35:02 ] a nazi and then in the same breath you'll turn around and call the Israelis nazis too don't you just hate the term though I hate the term anti-Semitism look the term the term is racist I'm sorry Jews you don't get your own your own dictionary anymore right? It's not anti-Semitism, it's racism. Get to the root of it. You don't get it. You speak English, right, Trump? They speak English. Tell them to quit speaking Israeli, which is anti-Semitism. David J. Reilly [ 00:35:32 ] Yeah, well, you know, the whole thing, too, is like, and this is a part of this shell game. This is why this issue is so difficult for people to parse, is because you have the state of Israel, you have Jewishness as an ethnicity, who your mother is. And then you have the religion, Orthodox Judaism. And so there are strains of Judaism that say, oh, yeah, you can convert and become religiously Jewish. And I mean, you might never be accepted as like a full Jew or whatever, but you can convert. But then there's this like hardcore group of like radical Zionists that are like, it matters who your mother was. And that is all Jew. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:36:14 ] No, it's not all of them. They care so much about ethnicity. David J. Reilly [ 00:36:17 ] A lot of them do, but that started out as a heresy. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:36:19 ] That started out as a Jewish heresy. It is an ethnicity, and it is a belief system, and they are so deeply intertwined that I can barely separate them in any meaningful way. True. David J. Reilly [ 00:36:30 ] Anyway. Rebecca Hargraves The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:36:31 ] But they do use that to subvert all the time. And we talked a lot about on our last show about, did you guys see this Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz? Oh, yeah. Oh, man. Dave Pettinger [ 00:36:41 ] Teddy wants blood. Teddy, you want that blood, don't you, Teddy? Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:36:46 ] But there was a point where Tucker Carlson is like, 'You're calling me an anti-Semite.' I'm not talking about Jews. I'm talking about the state of Israel. And we were like, 'This is so subversive.' Just at this point, can you just say what you mean? We're so deep in this. It's like, just cross that bridge. Dave Pettinger [ 00:37:01 ] A point to that, we can criticize our own government. And I know this is something that you've heard. We criticize Idaho state government, the Idaho governor, our national government, the federal government, you know, the United States of America government. We criticize it all the time. Now we can't criticize a foreign government? Screw you. We will criticize the state of Israel harder than we're going to criticize our own government because you suck and you're foreign. We even hate our own government. David J. Reilly [ 00:37:28 ] Our own government's corrupt, and yours is more corrupt. This was something that was a big deal, I want to say, almost two years ago, maybe a year and a half ago, the Idaho Republican Party attempted to insert a platform plank. So for those that aren't aware, in the Idaho Republican Party, hi kiddo, thank you, in the Idaho Republican Party, you have platform planks, which are things that you are supposed to support if you want to call yourself a Republican. And those are distinct and unique from resolutions, which are like statements, aspirational statements made by the body, right? And so the body has consistently passed pro-Israel resolutions over and over again. And they're basically as worthless as a sheet of toilet paper, right? Because as soon as that group of people leaves, it's done. Like that doesn't apply anymore. Dave Pettinger [ 00:38:19 ] You gotta hear Miste's take on resolutions. Right. David J. Reilly [ 00:38:22 ] And so then so then for them to insert a platform plank, that's something that lasts a lot longer. It'll last for two years. And then you can be judged on whether or not you are actually a Republican based on whether or not you support the platform. Now, as it stands, I support everything in the Idaho Republican Party platform. But they were attempting to insert this clause that you unconditionally support the state of Israel in order to call yourself a Republican. Whoa. Yeah. Dave Pettinger [ 00:38:49 ] That takes money to insert that money. Who's got big money? David J. Reilly [ 00:38:52 ] That was two years ago or a year and a half ago. And I was able to help build a little bit of a quiet coalition behind the scenes to educate people on why this is problematic and why we shouldn't pass it. And thank God it didn't pass. Thank God it didn't pass. It didn't pass. But you could see very The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest clearly exactly where they wanted to take it. And it's just like, are you kidding me? I don't support my own government unconditionally. Why would I ever support a foreign government unconditionally? This is ridiculous. Dave Pettinger [ 00:39:19 ] You know it'll come back. It's coming back again. And then I will be thankful when it comes back because then I can properly be prepared and present. Rabbi Schmooly or Schmooly's brother in front of the state legislator to testify in support of this bill wrapped in my progress pride flag. You know, and we can we can do the thing and we'll make you know, we'll make some headlines. Oh, there we go. David J. Reilly [ 00:39:38 ] You know, actually, I was going to mention we had done a little bit of an interview, which is on Dave's Twitter account. You can go follow his Twitter account. It's at David Pettinger. On Twitter. And we did a little podcast at the Cigar Lounge a couple of weeks ago, and we were talking about a character named Keith Gilbert. And back in, I want to say, 1986, we were looking at passing some sort of anti-Semitism resolution in the legislature back then. And he sent out a forged letter. Pretending to be the Anti-Defamation League, and he mailed it to all the legislators, and I think they actually charged him over that for impersonation or something, which was pretty crazy. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:40:21 ] Didn't you say, Dave, that Idaho has passed some pro-Israel legislation, though? You were telling me about that at one point. David J. Reilly [ 00:40:27 ] There was a bill introduced by Representative Barbara Ehart this past legislative session, but that didn't even make it out of committee because it's very obviously creating new protected classes, and we are against that. We are against having special groups of people that are above criticism, that are not subject to the same laws as the rest of us, and that's what this legislation would have done. So that was not passed. What we do have is the — It’s called the malicious harassment law. I can’t remember. Do you happen to remember what subsection malicious harassment is? No? Okay. Well, anyway, you can Google it. And basically, this is Pandora’s box for speech. So if you say something that offends somebody based on their sexual orientation or their, you know, ethnicity or whatever it is, if you just say something and make them feel uncomfortable. You could go to jail for like 10 years. Dave Pettinger [ 00:41:27 ] Wow, I’m an offender already. And I hope to continually offend that. You know, but there was the anti-boycott, right? Oh, that’s right, we do. David J. Reilly [ 00:41:35 ] We have one of the most draconian anti-BDS laws in the United States of America, thanks to Amos Rothstein, the homosexual AIPAC lobbyist, former executive director of the Idaho Republican Party. He sucks. Dick. Literally. Literally. And so this anti-BDS law that was passed, basically prevents the government of Idaho from contracting an asphalt paver or like toilet paper company for the schools or whatever, right? Like if you have more than 10 employees or do $100,000 of business in a year, you have to sign a loyalty oath to Israel in order to get a government contract in the state of Idaho. What the hell? And the problem is that everybody that's getting those cushy lucrative government contracts-The only ones that have standing to sue for its unconstitutionality, they're all Zionists. So nobody is stepping forward to challenge this in court. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest Dave Pettinger [ 00:42:32 ] Yeah, Dan Balangino's video. Well, what do you want to do when you're in office? What's most important to you? Support Israel. Cash Patel, what do you want to do? Oh, support Israel. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:42:43 ] They totally got the call. They were on Joe Rogan talking about the, I'm not sure if Dan Bongino was, but Cash Patel was talking about the Epstein list and how Epstein didn't commit suicide. Dan Bongino talked about that for two years. When did Epstein kill himself? When was that? David J. Reilly [ 00:42:57 ] 20. 19, I believe. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:42:59 ] He was talking about it on his show ad nauseum, and then I see a video of them looking like fucking hostages. SPEAKER_4 [ 00:43:05 ] Deep state got him. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:43:06 ] Yeah, well, what possible information? Do you think it was personal blackmail information? Do you think that they just realized the depth of the enormity of the Epstein list, and they were like, I don't want to rock the boat? I'm sorry I'm distracted. I think this woman is wearing a shirt that says, everyone is gay, kids are gay. David J. Reilly [ 00:43:23 ] Yeah, probably. Casey, can we get a nice little pan shot? Over here, let's let everybody see what we're looking at. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:43:30 ] Yeah. David J. Reilly [ 00:43:32 ] Are there dogs gay, too? Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:43:34 ] Well, they do have the flag. Dave Pettinger [ 00:43:37 ] And they are chalking on public property. And if you ask Nampa police, that's actually a felony offense to chalk on public property. Especially if that's in front of an officer's home, Kate and Lyon. And so I would hate to be the one that's bringing that felony charge against someone because Boise police obviously isn't going to enforce the same thing that Nampa police enforce. That they're going to say that, oh, look, that's felony vandalism on public property. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:44:03 ] Can anyone see her shirt? I am blind. Dave Pettinger [ 00:44:06 ] It says Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:44:07 ] 'kids' on it. David J. Reilly [ 00:44:08 ] It's that same like BLM thing that's like I support you know I support you know black people I support pedophiles I support transgender I support There was a woman Pam not Pam who's the crazy one that went to jail for January 6th Pam Hill Pam Hill She was confronted by Mark about this whole thing Like do you think it's bad Say gay kids books Why do they always have to bring kids into it I know I don't know I don't care what you do in your bedroom You know We don't need to bring kids into it That's the slippery slope Miste That's the slippery slope We should care what they do in their bedroom. If they're, like, licking each other's spit up off the floor and sucking on each other's toes like Glenn Greenwald, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That's gross. That is not normal. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:44:52 ] I don't suppose you guys watched that video. Dave Pettinger [ 00:44:54 ] I actually didn't watch the video, but it's funny when we were talking about our favorite Jewish homosexuals, and I was talking about Devin Burkhart, and you told me that your favorite Jewish homosexual was, was this guy. And I was like, I was like, I don't even hardly know this guy's content. I hadn't watched it, but then man, but then he put some content out there for the world to see. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:45:15 ] Our beloved Jewish homosexuals. Dave Pettinger [ 00:45:18 ] Oh my goodness. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:45:19 ] They want to say that this is hateful right here at the heterosexual awesomeness fest, that it's hateful. And I'm like, what is more hateful than those people saying we're here, we're queer, we're coming for your children. That's hateful. Okay. This is not hateful. David J. Reilly [ 00:45:33 ] No, no, this is great. I mean, kids have been out playing, families have been coming. It filled out last night. I think that the media and some of these activists are like going around early in the morning, taking photos. There's nobody here, blah, blah, blah. But actually last night it was packed. There were people line dancing. Line dancing, having a great time. Come on down. It was fun. The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:45:53 ] To be fair, the weather yesterday was terrible. It was awful. David J. Reilly [ 00:45:57 ] It rained twice. But anyway, this event, Hetero Awesome Fest, is going to be going on until 10 p. m. today. We do have some super chats that we need to read. And I'm just thinking, you know, the music is getting a little loud. They're doing line dancing class over here. Get out here and do some dancing. You can now, let's see, because I did see that we got a super chat, a couple of super chats. What is today? The 21st. Hold on. Let me refresh the page. Dave Pettinger [ 00:46:25 ] Come on. David J. Reilly [ 00:46:26 ] Hurry up. Dave Pettinger [ 00:46:27 ] And then, Miste, what was your response to that when they said, 'You're coming for our children'? Do you remember your rhyme? Oh, yeah. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:46:32 ] Oh, I made a meme, and I showed the picture of them saying, 'We're here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children.' And on the other side, I put, 'I’m here, I’m straight, taste my 38.' Oh, no. David J. Reilly [ 00:46:43 ] Boom. Nice, nice. Boom, mic drop. Miste Karlfeldt [ 00:46:46 ] Do not threaten my kids. David J. Reilly [ 00:46:47 ] So we got one from Anonymous here for $5. Hypothetically, if Israel became a state for the United States, would you be okay with the military spending? Not going to happen, but only way I could think to justify going to war for that territory. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:47:00 ] No, no, no, no, no, no. That sounds even worse. They'd be more integrated with our government. If that is even possible. Absolutely not. Under no circumstances should we be supporting a Jewish state. No. David J. Reilly [ 00:47:12 ] Absolutely not. And not only that, but it would violate the Constitution. Dave Pettinger The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:47:16 ] But are we kind of trying to say, though, that we're trying to get away from the United States being a state of Israel? Isn't that really what we're saying? I mean, with the control of the banking system and the monetary system, we're trying to say that we no longer want to be a vassal state of Israel. David J. Reilly [ 00:47:31 ] Thank you. Thank you. You get it. You understand what we're talking about. Good job, David. SPEAKER_4 [ 00:47:36 ] I did it. David J. Reilly [ 00:47:37 ] I passed. I passed. Friend Basil sent $5. Not gay TM. A big hello from your favorite not gay TM guy. Glad to see all the normal pride. I think a major means why which to make hetero awesome would be the removal of sexual orientations from civil rights law. That's what makes preferencing normal illegal. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:48:03 ] Yes. Thank you. David J. Reilly [ 00:48:03 ] Completely agree with you. Basil is a lawyer, by the way, so he does know we need to be combatant in amending the Civil Rights Act. Let's just come out and say it. It's true. Let me check Entropy real quick and see if there is nothing on Entropy. Wonderful. Thank you very much. And one more place to check for some of these super chats. And it does not appear as though anything has come through yet, but maybe they will in the future. Be sure to send some super chats at thebacklash . net slash super chat. If you send them now, we've got a second live stream that we're going to be doing a little bit later today with Ian Carroll. Ian Carroll. Awesome. In the house. Going to be a great time. We're going to talk a lot about the Jewish mafia with him because that's how I first learned. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:48:54 ] No euphemisms, Ian. No. We're going to hold his feet to the fire. Dave Pettinger [ 00:48:58 ] Can we talk about his argument with Owen Benjamin about his mustache? I don't know if you caught some of that comedy. I didn't. But the Owen Benjamin, Ian Carroll debate over his mustache is rather epic, comical, and good-hearted between the two of them. Owen Benjamin has made the statement that Ian Carroll wears a homo mustache. And then has done songs and all sorts of diatribes about it. And Ian has played along with, I mean, good spirited, you know, banter. David J. Reilly [ 00:49:27 ] As long as it's good spirited and everybody's having a good time. I don't want to get involved with the drama. Rebecca Hargraves The Backlash - Episode 50-Live At Hetero Awesome Fest [ 00:49:32 ] We're going to talk about how him cutting his hair was a war crime. Yes. A crime against humanity. David J. Reilly [ 00:49:38 ] He should have kept the long hair. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:49:39 ] It was nice. Kept the long hair. Come on, man. Dave Pettinger [ 00:49:41 ] Gross back. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:49:42 ] Well, not fast enough, okay? Dave Pettinger [ 00:49:44 ] The guy's like an ultra-marathon runner. He can't deal with all that hair when he runs at that speed. No excuses. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:49:49 ] No excuses. So check us out with Ian Carroll in a few hours. I'm not quite sure what time we're going to do it. It's going to be somewhere between 3 and 4 Pacific Standard Time. David J. Reilly [ 00:49:57 ] Yeah, somewhere between 3 and 4 Pacific. Definitely on the YouTube, we will be like, once we hammer down the time a little bit more closely, we're going to put up the thumbnail. You can hit the 'remind me' button. We'll also be streaming here on X and on Rumble. So make sure you are following us on our Rumble at Backlash podcast, our YouTube at Real Backlash. We also have a handy dandy link under 'About.' Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:50:30 ] Thank you for joining us. Thank you, Miste. You guys are epic. Oh, thank you so much. Dave Pettinger [ 00:50:34 ] I had so much fun. It was great. Hopefully we broke some minds and skulls in North Idaho. Some of those, what is it, the Spokane Zionists and Devin Burkhardt, and I rear, all those people in St. Luke's, right? Holland and Hart, we're going to break your mind too. Rebecca Hargraves [ 00:50:49 ] We'll see you guys later. Bye. Bye.
