[0:02:36] And here we are.
[0:02:37] First, I am going to be introducing our in-studio guest.
[0:02:41] We've got none other than Casey Whalen joining us.
[0:02:44] Casey, how are you tonight?
[0:02:45] I'm doing great.
[0:02:46] Thanks for having me on, Dave.
[0:02:47] Appreciate it.
[0:02:47] Very good.
[0:02:48] Casey has done a lot of work,
[0:02:49] a lot of independent journalism,
[0:02:51] discussing the human rights networks that were funded and collaborating with the Southern
[0:02:56] Poverty Law Center here in North Idaho starting in the early 1980s and on. We will be diving into
[0:03:02] that. We also have joining us Ken Silva. He is the editor-in-chief of Headlines USA. He has been
[0:03:12] following all of the stuff from PatCon to the January 6th riots, Charlottesville, all of that.
[0:03:21] So look at this.
[0:03:22] It's like we got the gang back together.
[0:03:25] You know, we're using camera angles that haven't been used on the show.
[0:03:29] But Ken, thank you so much for joining us.
[0:03:32] Oh, my pleasure.
[0:03:33] I'm really fired up for the topic tonight.
[0:03:35] It's not often that I give flowers to the DOJ, but this is one of the juiciest cases
[0:03:41] I've ever seen.
[0:03:42] So really, really excited to break it down with you both.
[0:03:45] Absolutely.
[0:03:46] And first, before we get too far along, I think that the situation warrants a little preemptive celebration, don't you?
[0:03:58] Yeah, absolutely.
[0:03:59] So we got a nice bottle of bubbly from our friends over at Costco.
[0:04:09] Spare no expense, Dave.
[0:04:10] Please don't.
[0:04:11] Please don't.
[0:04:13] All right.
[0:04:15] Don't spill money, book.
[0:04:16] Yeah, here you go. There's a little for you. Here's a little for me. We'll pour some on the floor for Ken.
[0:04:23] I got my coffee.
[0:04:25] There you go. Cheers.
[0:04:27] So the SPLC was indicted. We have the, let's see here. Here is the actual indictment.
[0:04:34] We might go through this in a little bit, but there are certainly some passages here that are just absolutely unbelievable.
[0:04:45] Ken, let's start with you.
[0:04:47] What have your thoughts been reading the lawsuit or the indictment?
[0:04:52] I take it back.
[0:04:52] It's not a lawsuit.
[0:04:53] It's an indictment.
[0:04:54] This went before a grand jury.
[0:04:56] And was it 13 people basically found the Southern Poverty Law Center guilty of wire fraud and money laundering?
[0:05:04] Tell us your initial thoughts.
[0:05:06] Yeah, and I'm not actually as interested in the actual crimes as I am about the kind of juicy details in the indictment.
[0:05:16] And basically the upshot is that the SPLC has been giving Klansmen and neo-Nazis literally millions of dollars for seemingly decades.
[0:05:27] I guess the indictment, the actual payments in the indictment are only recorded from 2014 to 2023.
[0:05:36] which really isn't as interesting. I think a lot of the old heads in the movement were kind of
[0:05:42] boomers by then. I don't see what the SPLC could have gotten for its money, but nevertheless,
[0:05:48] the organizations have really historic roots. We're talking about like the National Alliance,
[0:05:54] the National Socialist Movement, American Front, Aryan Nations. I mean, these groups have gone
[0:06:01] back to the 80s and there's a whole whole long story to talk about about provocateurs both with
[0:06:08] groups like the SPLC and also with federal law enforcement FBI ATF and what have you
[0:06:15] and so that's that's what I'm really interested in sort of the historical perspective on this whole
[0:06:22] this whole case yes now one of the things that I did want to to kind of bring up here is that
[0:06:29] We are only getting a very small sliver of the Southern Poverty Law Center's informant program with this disclosure.
[0:06:38] According to the documents, correct me if I'm wrong, but this spans the time period of 2018 to 2023.
[0:06:48] Now, for those of us that have been paying attention, there are a lot of books,
[0:06:53] and I've got like a stack of books here that everybody should probably go out and either get or you could rent it.
[0:06:58] from, what is it, archive.org. But here's a book, a very interesting book, Birchers,
[0:07:06] this, how the John Birch Society radicalized the American right, okay? This book goes over
[0:07:12] a long series of infiltrations by the Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law
[0:07:19] Center, into the foundation of the John Birch Society, which was, what, the 1960s?
[0:07:26] So these guys have been operating in this way, paying informants, infiltrating what they consider to be radical movements, and then disrupting them. This has been their playbook since the beginning, frankly, since the foundation of even the Anti-Defamation League in 1913.
[0:07:44] So we're only getting a small sliver of this, but I do want to point out that in this indictment, the names of the Southern Poverty Law Center's fictitious entities that were used.
[0:07:59] Let's take a look at this real quick. We have the Center Investigative Agency, or CIA for short, okay, Fox Photography. This one's interesting. I feel like this is going to be more relevant.
[0:08:14] here in the Pacific Northwest, Northwest Technologies. Then there is Tech Writers Group
[0:08:20] and Rare Books Warehouse. And these were the names of the entities that were routing payments
[0:08:28] from the Southern Poverty Law Center to these neo-Nazis. Ken, can you talk about this a little
[0:08:35] bit and what you've seen in your journalism regarding this type of subterfuge and money
[0:08:42] laundering like tell us about this uh well to be frank it's a little surprising to me that they're
[0:08:47] actually wiring payments through a corporate structure uh most of my journalism is focused
[0:08:54] on you know just straight straight cash payments uh handed somebody a bag which i would think would
[0:09:01] be a lot smarter to keep this off the books um that's like what pat con in the 90s was is just
[0:09:08] the FBI spreading around cash kind of to revive the Aryan nations. It had been obviously a big
[0:09:16] group, had a huge cultural impact in the 80s, but it was kind of running out of steam in the early
[0:09:21] 90s as a lot of the guys were in either debt or in jail. And then the FBI sets up a front group
[0:09:27] where they have at least three undercover agents and a plethora of informants posing as neo-Nazi
[0:09:35] bank robbers and pretty much they were traveling around the country spreading around cash and
[0:09:41] making sure people showed up to meetings by incentivizing them with cash and free trips
[0:09:47] and that's how they revitalized uh you know that group which obviously ended in disaster with the
[0:09:53] oklahoma city bombing we could get into i would love i would love to get into that uh hold on my
[0:10:00] my hotkeys are a little different here. Are we talking about the Aryan Republican Army? Is that
[0:10:05] is that what you're talking about here? So that was so funny you mentioned that that's an actual
[0:10:11] legitimate bank robber group, which was running at the same time. I'm talking about I think it's
[0:10:17] the Veterans Aryan Movement, VAM. There's a guy named J.M. Berger. If you Google his name and
[0:10:24] then Pat Conn. That should show up. The head FBI agent, his name was David Rossi. We don't know if
[0:10:32] that's his real name or just some kind of code name. But this was the group where they were
[0:10:39] saying that they were robbing banks. But one informant noticed that like, well, I've never
[0:10:46] seen any news coverage about this. And he goes to his handler and says, these guys are talking
[0:10:53] about robbing bags, but nobody's really heard of them. And then the handler put them in on the
[0:10:58] secret that actually these guys are playing on our team. They're essentially a front group.
[0:11:04] The Aryan Republican Army was heavily infiltrated with a Secret Service informant and at least one
[0:11:13] FBI informant too. And there's a lot of suspicion that the FBI was letting them run amok and rob
[0:11:19] banks on purpose is kind of like a fast and furious sting operation where they wanted to
[0:11:26] let these guys rob banks and then spread money around to all the right-wing groups and then
[0:11:31] they were going to arrest everybody and roll them up for this grand conspiracy uh but then the
[0:11:37] oklahoma city bombing happens and they find out that their own informants were involved in that
[0:11:43] and then that kind of put an end to that big plan i was like they wanted to do a part two of
[0:11:49] what they did with the order in the 80s, which was a group of legitimate bank robbers. They
[0:11:55] arrested like 50 people in that case. I think they kind of wanted to repeat that in the 90s.
[0:12:01] Yes. Now, with the order, again, this is going to be like a book shilling show just because
[0:12:07] we're only going to be able to scratch the surface of a little bit of this stuff. And you have to be
[0:12:11] like an absolute dweeb nerd like me or maybe you to go through. I mean, I've gone through almost
[0:12:18] all of the CIA classified files, the FBI classified in the vault or whatever. I also
[0:12:26] had the privilege and opportunity of speaking on the phone with the author of this book,
[0:12:33] The Street Agent, which was written by Wayne Maness, the FBI senior supervisory resident
[0:12:40] agent in charge here in Coeur d'Alene from 1984 to 1993. He oversaw the order investigation. He
[0:12:50] also oversaw the Ruby Ridge debacle, which by the way happened just one month after his own
[0:12:58] adopted daughter, Krista Hazel, stole $300 roundabout from J.C. Penney and was charged
[0:13:06] with felony theft by a woman named Christy Wood, who happens to be one of our city councilors,
[0:13:14] and also sat on the board of directors of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations,
[0:13:20] which itself was an SPLC cutout designed to fight the Aryan nations. So it is incestuous.
[0:13:29] It is deep, the layers to this thing, the FBI working together with like the Russian
[0:13:35] mafia, working with the Southern Poverty Law Center, working with Mossad.
[0:13:40] And then there are other books like this one that we're going to get into.
[0:13:45] And we'll get into all of this throughout the show.
[0:13:48] I won't bore Ken with everything here.
[0:13:50] But this book is really good.
[0:13:52] Highly recommend you get a copy of it.
[0:13:54] The Committee of the States by Sherry Seymour.
[0:13:57] Sherry is, and we need to get her on the podcast.
[0:14:00] I need to get a hold of her again.
[0:14:01] Last time I talked to her was about a year ago.
[0:14:04] Sherry used to live here in Post Falls, Idaho.
[0:14:07] She was a private investigator.
[0:14:09] She knew firsthand and had worked doing investigative journalism in Southern California,
[0:14:15] working on the rise of Christian identity, which was a big deal.
[0:14:20] and especially a big deal when it comes to all of this PATCON, the Order, the Aryan Nations and
[0:14:26] all of this. It all kind of grew out of these military intelligence networks from General
[0:14:31] MacArthur and this other guy, William Potter Gale. And so William Potter Gale kind of sets up this
[0:14:39] militia in Southern California. Eventually, when he passes, that mantle goes to Richard Butler,
[0:14:46] the head of the Aryan Nations here in North Idaho, who I have a source, and I've tweeted about this,
[0:14:53] I'm not sure if I'll be able to pull it up, but my source, who's done work with Blackwater,
[0:14:58] he's done work with the CIA, he claims that Richard Butler was a CIA cultural attache,
[0:15:05] and that the Aryan Nations was a part of the CIA's domestic Gladio program,
[0:15:12] which we don't have any disclosure on yet but when you look at what they were doing in Operation
[0:15:17] Gladio in Italy these extremist neo-Nazi bank robbers that were then laundering their money
[0:15:24] through the Vatican well here in the United States we had the National Alliance run by William Luther
[0:15:30] Pierce and the Aryan Nations run by Richard Butler and these bank robbers the order were
[0:15:37] laundering their money through these churches, which were run by, like, William Luther Pierce
[0:15:43] worked for Lockheed Martin. He was big in the military-industrial complex. Richard Butler
[0:15:49] worked at Boeing, and he had several patents. And also, there was a guy named Robert Miles.
[0:15:57] Let me pull this up, Ken. I don't know if... By the way, this is the first time that we've ever
[0:16:01] actually spoken. I think we've interacted on Twitter back and forth quite a bit, but this is
[0:16:07] the first time that we're actually talking. Where is this? Do I not have it? Ah, here it is. So,
[0:16:15] welcome to the Schizo Show, everybody, where we're totally all over the place. But like,
[0:16:22] here's one of these things that bugs me, right? So, I tweeted this back in 2024.
[0:16:29] Daily reminder that there are liberals in Coeur d'Alene that support the Nazis in Ukraine.
[0:16:35] They spent decades fighting Richard Butler only to turn around at the end of their lives and support the same CIA backed ideology that they fought against here.
[0:16:43] And look, the Azov battalion using the was it the wolf's angle?
[0:16:47] It's the same symbol used by the Aryan nations.
[0:16:51] So, you know, these people by their symbols.
[0:16:54] This is, of course, a photo of William Luther Pierce and his group was at the National Alliance.
[0:17:00] But, you know, I was having some conversation with somebody that got suspended and I said,
[0:17:05] read the FBI files. Robert Murkey, Robert Miles, Louis Beam, William Pottergate,
[0:17:10] Harold von Braunhut and Colonel Gayhart were all either in the CIA or some form of military
[0:17:16] intelligence. Robert Miles literally trained guerrillas in Eastern Europe while working in
[0:17:21] insurance, right? So this is a newspaper clipping from his obituary. Okay. It says from 1947 to 69,
[0:17:31] Miles was an insurance executive for the General Accident Fire and Life Insurance of Perth,
[0:17:37] Scotland, representing the company in upstate New York and in Michigan. At the same time,
[0:17:43] Miles was working to train Eastern European guerrillas for work behind the Iron Curtain.
[0:17:48] In 1953, his house mysteriously exploded in New York. Miles then moved to Michigan soon after.
[0:17:56] Now, again, for the non-autist people in the room, Robert Miles became the head of the KKK in
[0:18:05] Michigan. He was the one that led this charge to blow up school buses when they started busing
[0:18:11] black students into white schools. He was also an advisor to Richard Butler for the Arya Nations.
[0:18:20] So I'm just saying it's really bizarre what's going on here. It seems like you have the Southern
[0:18:26] Poverty Law Center and the FBI on one side fighting a domestic war against CIA operatives,
[0:18:34] and they're breaking the law and doing all of this crazy stuff to prosecute this war.
[0:18:41] But anyway, we are way, way outside of the bounds of the...
[0:18:48] Oh, wait, who's this?
[0:18:49] Hold on a second.
[0:18:51] Who is this?
[0:18:52] I think we have another special guest coming in.
[0:18:57] Hold on.
[0:18:59] Sorry.
[0:19:00] Like I said, this is going to be kind of a schizo show tonight.
[0:19:04] so uh let's welcome our guest hold on uh let's see for everyone okay don't show this again
[0:19:16] sorry pin all right here we go let's uh have a special round of applause for our new guest
[0:19:23] gavin mcginnis
[0:19:25] thank you very much thank you thank you so much
[0:19:29] I just got a new mic. Yes, it is working. How are you? You're hearing bonk, bonk, bonk, bonk.
[0:19:35] No, we're not hearing bonk, bonk. We are. We are hearing it through the computer. Yes.
[0:19:40] That's gay.
[0:19:44] Sorry, Kevin. Yeah, here, Gavin, I know that your time is valuable as well. Not that Ken's isn't.
[0:19:50] We've got Ken Silva here with us. He's the editor in chief of Headlines USA. He's been following this
[0:19:56] stuff for a while. But Gavin, you have had a number of run ins with the Southern Poverty Law
[0:20:03] Center over the years. Give us your take. What is your initial reaction to hearing about this
[0:20:09] indictment? Well, vindication. I mean, I've been screaming this for years. I've said that they're
[0:20:15] a lie. I've even said that they create hate where there isn't. I mean, you look at a map
[0:20:20] of hate watch for the SPLC. And it's just pins, pins, pins everywhere. Like the only place there's
[0:20:27] no pins is where there's no people. And you go, oh, okay. So America is just a cesspool of seething
[0:20:33] hatred. And it's depressing. It's nihilistic. And more importantly, it's not true. These guys have
[0:20:41] been brainwashing the normies into thinking that hate lies around every corner. And, you know,
[0:20:47] it makes people crazy it made antifa crazy it helps get it helped get biden elected and they
[0:20:54] don't care about that it raises a lot of money for them and you know it destroys lives like my
[0:20:59] wife lost all her friends you know my kids aren't invited to birthday parties because of this
[0:21:04] bullshit uh the ripples are endless really and i just feel like i've been screaming this forever
[0:21:10] and finally people realize that i was right well like you know it wasn't just you it was there was
[0:21:17] a lot of us that have been screaming about this stuff for a very, very long time. Of course, the
[0:21:23] Southern Poverty Law Center, they came after. Hold on. Let's get the right one up here. They
[0:21:27] came after me. They came after my family, my parents' radio stations cost us millions of
[0:21:31] dollars, millions of dollars. Oh, absolutely. Because after Charlottesville, I got doxxed as
[0:21:38] a Nazi for going down there with the radio station to cover the rally. I filmed the rally. I sold my
[0:21:44] footage to like Dateline NBC and like Steven Spielberg or something. And for that, I got
[0:21:51] turned around and labeled a Nazi. Of course, I've kind of become one since then. But, you know,
[0:21:57] you know, well, they create hate. They create hate. They are they have done such a good job
[0:22:03] of creating exactly what they say that they have been trying to oppose. So, Ken, let's go back to
[0:22:11] you for a second. Can you give us some examples of these informants that have been paid? Because
[0:22:19] you sent me a list in Twitter DMs. I think you've doxed nearly all of their informants. Can you give
[0:22:25] us a little bit of a heads up on who these people are? The only one I've been able to confirm myself
[0:22:33] is F39. And just for people who haven't read the indictment, every SPLC source is referred to an
[0:22:42] F number. There's only about a dozen listed in the indictment, but it goes as high as F43.
[0:22:49] So we know that their network was at least 43 informants large. F39 have been able to confirm
[0:22:58] as former National Alliance accountant Randolph Dilloway.
[0:23:03] And the reason I was able to do this is because the indictment says that he was paid $6,000
[0:23:08] to take the blame for stealing documents and giving them to the SPLC.
[0:23:14] And there's actually a lot of public reporting on this from around 2016.
[0:23:18] And a lawsuit was filed over the matter that actually accused Dilloway of being paid by
[0:23:24] the SPLC, quote, over $5,000 to steal documents and give it to them. So it's kind of interesting
[0:23:32] that the lawsuit supposed that Dilloway was actually the thief, but now we're learning
[0:23:37] from this indictment that the thief was somebody else and that he was only paid to take the blame.
[0:23:43] So the guy who filed this lawsuit, his name's Glenn Allen. He's an attorney that represents
[0:23:50] the patriot front on some of their civil lawsuits. So I reached out to him to see if like, this is a
[0:23:55] game changer for him. And he responded saying, no, I still know Dilloway was involved in the
[0:24:01] duplicity. So it, I don't think he really cares, but it's interesting that there's somebody else
[0:24:06] who actually stole the documents at the time. Well, this was something super interesting
[0:24:11] that I saw somebody talking about yesterday. This other, so the SPLC paid a guy to go into the,
[0:24:18] it was at National Alliance headquarters, steal documents. Then he gave the documents to the
[0:24:23] Southern Poverty Law Center. And then the lawyers at the SPLC told another one of their informants
[0:24:29] to take credit, to take responsibility for stealing the documents, even though he had
[0:24:34] nothing to do with it. So then when the National Alliance went to sue the guy that didn't steal
[0:24:41] the documents, you see what I'm saying? It's a dead end. And the SPLC then protected the informant
[0:24:47] that they paid to actually steal the documents.
[0:24:49] Do you see how that works?
[0:24:51] They got to keep his cover.
[0:24:52] Yes.
[0:24:53] That's kind of like what Enrique did, Enrique Tarrio, with the Black Lives Matter flag.
[0:24:57] He didn't take that Black Lives Matter flag off the church.
[0:25:01] He took the blame.
[0:25:02] And he becomes a dead end the exact same way.
[0:25:06] Interesting.
[0:25:07] What are your thoughts on Enrique?
[0:25:09] I haven't seen him since that night.
[0:25:11] I was actually there with them as they were marching through the streets.
[0:25:15] And I can't remember for the life of me who actually took the flag down.
[0:25:19] But what's the latest on the Enrique Tarrio stuff?
[0:25:22] Is he he's a Fed informant or something?
[0:25:25] No, I don't think so.
[0:25:26] I mean, with Enrique, we had minor differences.
[0:25:28] And then but when he refused to flip on Trump and he got decades in jail for a riot that he didn't attend and then went to jail and began his sentence, I was like, all right, the slate is wiped clean.
[0:25:42] We're good.
[0:25:44] You're in my books forever.
[0:25:45] Okay, got it. Yeah. I mean, I never really had any issues with Enrique. I always thought he was a good guy. But yeah, man. And this is great. And the accusations are flying. There is one of the people that's listed. Let me pull the tweet up real quick. I had posted this last night. F37.
[0:26:03] This is the one we want to know who the fuck is F37.
[0:26:08] According to the indictment, F37 was a member of the online leadership chat that planned the 2017 Unite the Right event in Charlottesville, Virginia, and attended the event at the direction of the SPLC.
[0:26:25] F-37 made racist postings under the supervision of the SPLC and helped coordinate the transportation to the event for several attendees.
[0:26:36] Between 2015 and 2023, the SPLC secretly paid him $270,000.
[0:26:44] Now, there's like a lot of speculation over who this is.
[0:26:49] I've seen the TRS people blaming Richard.
[0:26:52] I've seen people blaming Mike Enoch.
[0:26:55] Uh, it's a clusterfuck. I think we can rule out Richard, uh, to be fair, uh, according to the,
[0:27:01] was it the signs versus Kessler lawsuit? He was not a member of the leadership chat that is talked
[0:27:08] about here. So the person that took this money was both in the chat and at the event. And so that
[0:27:15] kind of rules a few people out. It wasn't Nick Fuentes. I've been seeing a lot of that. I don't
[0:27:20] I think it was Richard Spencer.
[0:27:23] Gavin, who do you think it is?
[0:27:26] It sounds like Jason Kessler.
[0:27:29] And I can't, I'm 95% sure that Jason was getting SPOC money.
[0:27:35] But again, that's just my theory.
[0:27:37] And I'm basing it almost strictly, almost exclusively on vibes.
[0:27:43] I always had a weird vibe from that dude.
[0:27:45] He portrayed himself as a sweet little boy who wanted to become a proud boy.
[0:27:50] and I'm familiar with that kind of guy,
[0:27:53] like a naive, sheltered kid
[0:27:55] who wants to join a club with dudes,
[0:27:57] and I was always very kind to him.
[0:28:00] He even had like a different octave to his voice,
[0:28:02] and then after Charlottesville, I said,
[0:28:05] and he wouldn't shut up about getting me
[0:28:07] to go to Charlottesville, by the way.
[0:28:09] Like, he called me a hundred times
[0:28:10] until I was on the beach with my kids,
[0:28:13] and I remember this vividly,
[0:28:15] I fucking snapped,
[0:28:17] and they go,
[0:28:18] stop, I'll get going, I'm the best.
[0:28:19] I'm not going I'm drop it for fuck's sakes
[0:28:22] Drop it you got your thing
[0:28:24] Go put on your thing I don't have to
[0:28:26] Be part of your fucking thing
[0:28:27] Because it was like a hundred calls
[0:28:30] And
[0:28:31] And then when I gave him shit after
[0:28:34] And I said you told me this was
[0:28:35] You're not all right and this is all about statues
[0:28:38] And you had no idea what was going on
[0:28:40] And his tone was different
[0:28:42] Post Charlottesville he was like
[0:28:44] Well I'm not all right per se
[0:28:46] But I am in the sense that I'm an identitarian
[0:28:47] and he sounded a lot tougher
[0:28:50] in Charlottesville.
[0:28:52] And I'm like, where's this sweet little boy
[0:28:54] that was hoping to be a proud boy?
[0:28:55] And I should also mention
[0:28:56] that he was never officially a proud boy.
[0:28:59] He tried to join two different chapters.
[0:29:03] I think one was San Francisco.
[0:29:05] And in both cases, they sussed him out
[0:29:07] and then were like, you're not going to work here.
[0:29:09] Sorry, it's not happening.
[0:29:11] So I'm not the only one that always had a bad vibe
[0:29:13] about this guy.
[0:29:14] But again, to avoid getting sued by him,
[0:29:17] I want to make it clear that this is all my personal, emotional chick-like feeling.
[0:29:24] Now, I will say we're going to get into some stuff, I guess, that has like never really been disclosed before on this show.
[0:29:32] I've never really talked about Charlottesville publicly.
[0:29:36] I mean, maybe a little bit here and there.
[0:29:37] I did a Twitter space last night with Richard Spencer.
[0:29:41] It's on my X account.
[0:29:42] You can go listen to that.
[0:29:43] I think it was kind of interesting.
[0:29:45] but in the run-up to Charlottesville I went down there and I met Kessler we had dinner
[0:29:55] I was told about this event it was sold to me as a way to preserve American heritage and identity
[0:30:04] because they were going to get rid of the statues that was the issue it was an anti-communist thing
[0:30:10] It was a patriotic thing. It wasn't supposed to be about like neo-Nazism or national. So,
[0:30:17] you know what I mean? Like this was not sold to me anyway, as the kind of rally where a bunch of
[0:30:22] people carrying around swastika flags was going to be, that was just not how it was presented.
[0:30:28] And so the following day after we had dinner, Jason gave me his phone and I went to, there was
[0:30:36] a KKK rally about a month before the Charlottesville rally. And I went there and I filmed it.
[0:30:43] And let's see who this is. Hold on a second. Hold on, everybody. One moment. We've got another
[0:30:49] person coming in. This is going to be, I told you it was going to be a clusterfuck of a show.
[0:30:54] uh all right uh we have the former leader of the alt-right himself
[0:31:04] richard spencer is now joining us oh he there we go can we see yeah there we go hello richard
[0:31:12] hi can you hear me yes we can uh i guess let's get your thoughts real quick on the uh the lawsuit
[0:31:20] or the the indictment uh that has not a lawsuit it's big time yeah go ahead what are your thoughts
[0:31:26] well i am overall happy that this is happening because i would like to know the truth about
[0:31:38] things and that is one thing that a indictment or criminal suit like this it could be very good at
[0:31:46] the discovery process alone will reveal who um f37 is uh the mystery person uh who was being paid to
[0:31:57] surveil the alt-right or charlottesville or give out information or do logistics etc so on that
[0:32:05] count i'm happy but i predicted this uh last night when we talked and it's actually sort of worse
[0:32:15] than I expected, which is conservatives are dumb and they come to the wrong conclusion
[0:32:24] and they come to a very self-serving conclusion, which is that anyone who isn't, you know,
[0:32:32] Daily Wire or Matt Walsh or what have you, anyone who isn't in a movement conservative
[0:32:40] is somehow a puppet.
[0:32:45] And the people pulling the strings are, you know,
[0:32:48] graduates of Yale University, the military industrial complex,
[0:32:52] the SPLC, the deep state, et cetera.
[0:32:55] And it's all fake and a sham.
[0:32:58] The fact is this indictment does not even suggest that.
[0:33:03] And it's just a very self-serving thing for conservatives to now say,
[0:33:09] oh, I knew it was a hoax or something.
[0:33:12] Charlottesville, I mean, again, it's a complicated matter.
[0:33:16] Charlottesville was not a hoax.
[0:33:18] Now, was there involvement by bad actors?
[0:33:22] Yeah.
[0:33:23] And I knew that already.
[0:33:26] And there's bad actors everywhere.
[0:33:28] It's hard to avoid bad actors.
[0:33:30] There were bad actors in J6,
[0:33:32] but there were also people who genuinely went there
[0:33:35] in order to peacefully overthrow the government
[0:33:37] or whatever the hell they were doing.
[0:33:40] Perhaps Gavin, as a founder of the Proud Boys,
[0:33:43] can explain that to us.
[0:33:46] Let's keep it nice, everybody.
[0:33:48] I heard you were the mastermind of the whole thing, Gavin.
[0:33:51] That's what I heard, at least.
[0:33:52] You heard you were the mastermind of J6?
[0:33:55] That's what people are saying.
[0:33:58] Why would I encourage people not to go, then?
[0:34:02] To J6?
[0:34:03] I thought, okay, well, you were totally out of the Proud Boys.
[0:34:06] to be gavin i was i was my tongue was in my cheek when i was saying that but secondly you i didn't
[0:34:14] know that you dissuaded people from going to j6 but i begged proud well i said it was a hoax i i
[0:34:20] thought my rationale wasn't exactly on the money i said you went there in november you were stabbed
[0:34:27] and it said proud boys go to dc stabbing ensues you went there in december you were stabbed it
[0:34:34] said proud boys go to dc stabbing ensues i go you're going to get shot and the narrative is
[0:34:41] going to be proud boys go to dc shooting ensues now i was wrong about a shooting but i was right
[0:34:47] that it was a trap and i've never been a rally guy that always bothered me about enrique
[0:34:52] constantly having a rally and they they went to a thing in i think it was november they were
[0:34:58] beating up antifa they were protecting like some black lady with a manga hat it was great pr
[0:35:03] it looked very good in the media and i'm like okay if i was your publicist i'd say
[0:35:08] that looked good in the newspapers stop you did you did it it's good tied up in a bow
[0:35:14] okay gavin but you went on joe rogan and you said if there's someone who looks like a leftist
[0:35:21] punch them in the face or something to that effect i mean i've seen those clips yeah let's
[0:35:26] hear the context though and tifa would come up to us and they'd be like and not me like a well-known
[0:35:31] guy but someone like i've heard of antifa that they're they're kind of bad folks i've heard about
[0:35:36] it right well that's who i was talking about yeah and they come up and they go hi just like you right
[0:35:41] you're doing that interview and someone comes up to you they don't want to discuss things or
[0:35:46] interrupt you they want to punch you face and run away so what i was saying was if if you're at a
[0:35:52] rally and some antifa like person comes up and wants to chat they're not there to chat the best
[0:35:58] offense is a good defense so the best defensive
[0:36:00] thing to do would be to punch him in the face
[0:36:02] I was obviously not saying
[0:36:03] go punch fucking liberals in the face
[0:36:06] that's juvenile
[0:36:07] okay that's fair enough
[0:36:10] we'll show you
[0:36:10] the environment of the proud boys
[0:36:16] this is still true
[0:36:18] but back then was
[0:36:20] it's on I mean the whole club
[0:36:22] was formed to fight back
[0:36:24] against all this Antifa violence
[0:36:26] so when I say you know punch
[0:36:28] people i'm talking about when someone is literally spitting in your face i i get it and and look that
[0:36:35] was the environment back in the day but the the real issue with charlottesville if you i i don't
[0:36:42] i would i don't want to call charlottesville a hoax i also don't want to call j6 a hoax
[0:36:46] i don't think any of these i think that that's a misrepresentation of of both events and it's
[0:36:52] again it's self-serving for people to say oh i have no agency i have no responsibility i was
[0:36:58] trapped by evil people that being said the issue with charlottesville is was not that there was one
[0:37:06] guy who was giving information to the spc don't get me wrong i want to figure out who that guy or
[0:37:14] girl is uh but the the issue really was incompetence bordering on maliciousness that
[0:37:24] was documented in the heathy report a year or two later they were not literally not using the same
[0:37:31] signal to communicate between state and uh local police they were pushing people after they declared
[0:37:39] a state of emergency they funneled everyone onto uh what was it market street or i'm forgetting the
[0:37:46] name of the street though i went to uva but uh they funneled everyone onto the same street they
[0:37:51] created madness and mayhem and they i mean they're there to protect you they're there to maintain law
[0:38:00] and order and and thus i do hold them responsible for the chaotic violence which i i want to you
[0:38:08] know and that's the issue but again conservatives are not going to talk about that what they're
[0:38:13] going to talk about is that anyone who is not them is an splc fed plant or whatever yeah i i don't
[0:38:21] like, what is it called? Patriot front. I'm not a fan. But they're not feds. At the very least,
[0:38:29] they have not been proven to be feds. They just simply haven't. And you can't prove a negative.
[0:38:36] So they cannot prove to me that they are not feds, of course. So I just take it as it is.
[0:38:43] I can criticize them in an above board way. Conservatives get off. They've been getting
[0:38:50] off for years on just declaring that their feds the liberals uh funds them so that they make us
[0:38:57] look bad and blah blah blah they just will do this endlessly and so what happens with these things
[0:39:03] is we learn new information and i and i hope that we'll learn important information with this case
[0:39:10] and you you wake up a year later and somehow we're dumber like we we we have a worse conception of
[0:39:19] the event, we're not able to criticize it productively, precisely because conservatives
[0:39:25] are retards. And if anything is a hoax, I'm sorry, it's mainstream conservatism that gets
[0:39:35] funded by billionaires, in some cases, foreign actors who are really up to no good, who are
[0:39:42] putting forth their puppets onto debate stages and conference stages and getting their podcasts
[0:39:50] produced, etc. Like they are so heavily funded that to compare like some bad actor who got a
[0:40:00] quarter of a million dollars to like the conservative movement infrastructure is to compare
[0:40:08] a T-ball team to the New York Yankees. There's just no comparison. It's ridiculous to even
[0:40:15] make the suggestion that all the alternate, the dissonance fear, the alternative, right?
[0:40:20] They're all paid. They're evil paid actors. But our guys, our guys are good. Glenn Beck is saying
[0:40:27] this. Matt Walsh is saying this. These are people who are funded by billionaires. It's going to say
[0:40:31] even total bullshit. Even Mike Lee. We've got this tweet here from based Mike Lee, you know,
[0:40:37] So SPLC in action, shameless bastards with this video of Patriot Front.
[0:40:45] Now, I want to kind of back up here because Richard made a point here about the Heffy report.
[0:40:51] We we put that up on the screen. You can, of course, find this.
[0:40:54] This was produced by a firm called Huntington and Williams.
[0:40:57] This was the final report, the independent review of the 2017 protest events in Charlottesville, Virginia.
[0:41:02] And the conclusion of this report is that the state police, the Virginia State Police and the local police are at fault for the violence that took place.
[0:41:11] Now, just before you were coming up, Richard, I was kind of giving some never-before-heard behind-the-scenes stuff where a month before Charlottesville, I went down and I met Jason Kessler, talked with him about whatever the rally was supposed to be, tried to get a vibe for it.
[0:41:30] I was in the process of doing a big story on it for the radio station that I worked at at the time, WHLM Radio in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
[0:41:39] And the following day, there was this KKK rally that was set to take place in Charlottesville.
[0:41:46] Jason gave me his phone and I went and I filmed it because I wanted to see what is the dynamic going to be here?
[0:41:54] What is the opposition looking like?
[0:41:57] You know, are we in for a riot when we go to protest for the removal of these statues?
[0:42:02] What exactly is going to happen here?
[0:42:04] And as I was there, I saw with my own eyes the police escort the KKK in a motorcade in into the police station.
[0:42:13] They park their cars in the police station.
[0:42:16] They get out of the cars and then they come out the front door of the police station to an area that was designated for them to protest in.
[0:42:25] There was a barricade between the Klan and Antifa, and there were police officers manning the barricade, keeping the right and the left separated.
[0:42:37] There was no violence at that rally except for Antifa, which wound up getting tear gassed by the police because they started beating up the police and stuff like this.
[0:42:46] But the the Klan were escorted in. They did their thing for 30 minutes or whatever it was.
[0:42:52] They were escorted back out and then given a police motorcade out of the city.
[0:42:57] That's what I thought was going to happen in Charlottesville. But that's not what happened in Charlottesville.
[0:43:01] As we were, you know, walking up to the park, Virginia State Police on either side of the park were standing down.
[0:43:09] They were not engaging. They were not putting themselves between the different protest elements.
[0:43:15] In fact, they put a barricade in the park that ran north-south bisecting the park.
[0:43:22] So depending on which entrance you went in, you couldn't get out the other side.
[0:43:26] You'd have to go down the steps and then through this, I don't even know how to put it.
[0:43:33] It was like when you see that clip from Game of Thrones where the queen is being led through the city and everybody is throwing tomatoes and shit at them.
[0:43:44] That's exactly what it was like. You had to walk through this trench with Antifa throwing piss, shit and like Gatorade bottles filled with concrete at people as as they were trying to maneuver their way through the park.
[0:43:57] And it was only after, I guess it was Matt Heimbach's crew, the, what was that? The National Workers, whatever the fuck. I don't, I don't, I can't keep track of this shit.
[0:44:09] But they all came in with Nazi flags, flipped the barricades that were bisecting the park, and then the police declared it this emergency situation.
[0:44:20] And then they – the Virginia State Police finally came into play.
[0:44:24] They pulled out their riot shields and pushed the alt-right into the left.
[0:44:29] And that's where we started seeing people shooting guns.
[0:44:32] There were flamethrowers.
[0:44:34] It was mass pandemonium.
[0:44:35] It was a total mayhem, but it was not pre-planned mayhem.
[0:44:41] It wasn't like there was anyone who was thinking in a premeditated fashion, thinking, oh, we're going to go kill us some leftists, some commie scum or whatever.
[0:44:52] That wasn't what happened.
[0:44:54] Chaos was, at the very best, chaos was not put down swiftly enough by the police.
[0:45:04] And at the very worst, they facilitated chaos. I can remember after when I was on, I guess it's Lee Park.
[0:45:12] And I you know, we were refusing to leave about a dozen of us because, you know, we had done nothing wrong.
[0:45:19] We were there to speak, exercise the First Amendment, et cetera.
[0:45:22] And these riot police pushed us off the field. And that and they also sprayed me in the face with bear spray.
[0:45:30] but so I was discombobulated to say the least. And I remember going down with someone who was with me
[0:45:40] down to the state police. And I was like, look, I mean, I'm worse for wear. I don't know what to
[0:45:45] do. And I was like, look, I'm just going to be honest. Like I'm a big target here. And I was
[0:45:50] at that moment. And they said, oh yeah, come here, come here. We can help you. And I was like,
[0:45:56] oh good you know um so i'll get some good treatment here and they said oh here you go and they they
[0:46:01] showed me market street that was like a war zone basically they're like you can walk down there
[0:46:08] i mean i i just the the police were so incompetent that in possibly malicious
[0:46:18] yeah that it's just at this point where it's like i i i don't know if i was disillusioned
[0:46:25] even with police being like good guys or something i i think they're dumb and or evil
[0:46:31] and in this case so they're they're just following orders as the line goes um i i it was a terrible
[0:46:39] situation but again the the notion of it whenever they mention charlottesville it's like they killed
[0:46:45] three people or something and uh you know as if like we it was like a reenactment of uh that movie
[0:46:54] uh uh what would the bonfire where they like burn the the what is that the wicker man as if it were
[0:47:02] like a wicker man revival and we like burn someone alive the reality is that two police officers
[0:47:08] unfortunately died due to their own incompetence i am sad to say uh there was a helicopter
[0:47:15] crash. And the second thing that gets lost in all this is that the death of Heather Heyer and the
[0:47:22] injuries to the people in her environment happened after the state of emergency was declared and
[0:47:31] everyone was told to disperse. So it was not planned. It was not the intent of the rally.
[0:47:39] It all happened after the police like cracked down and did martial law.
[0:47:45] And again, all of these realities are lost when you start going into these conspiracy theories about, you know, they're all working for the SPLC.
[0:47:58] Nick Fuentes is working for the SPLC.
[0:48:01] Richard Spencer must have been a deep state operative or whatever.
[0:48:05] All of this bullshit just allows conservatives to not understand anything and to basically treat themselves as like good, the good guys.
[0:48:16] We're the ones.
[0:48:17] Everyone who's not us is like a bad actor being paid by some foreign entity or whatever.
[0:48:23] It's just it's total bullshit.
[0:48:26] It's naive to say Charlottesville was a complete myth.
[0:48:30] They say that about Proud Boys.
[0:48:31] They go, it's 100 percent feds, just like kidnapping Governor Whitmer.
[0:48:34] It's 80% feds.
[0:48:37] And I think a rational person understands that the SPLC was paying people to have shit pop off because they make money from pictures.
[0:48:47] That lynched black guy, Michael Donald, probably made them $50 million.
[0:48:51] That was a great picture for them.
[0:48:53] The Tiki Torches probably made them $80 million.
[0:48:56] That was a fantastic picture for them.
[0:48:58] I don't think they attack people like Anthony Cumia or Nick Fitches as much because it's a guy sitting at a desk.
[0:49:04] They need a photograph like that.
[0:49:06] They need tiki tortures.
[0:49:07] They need dead bodies.
[0:49:08] They need fists.
[0:49:09] Like when Proud Boys were fighting Antifa by the Metropolitan Club, they got photographs.
[0:49:16] That makes the money.
[0:49:18] So I think a rational conservative goes, I don't think that Charlottesville was fake.
[0:49:24] I don't think that J6 was fake.
[0:49:26] But I do think that people have been paid to have shit pop off so they can get photos to sell.
[0:49:32] And I do think this goes all the way to the top where police were told, do the barriers like this.
[0:49:40] Don't shuttle away Richard Spencer.
[0:49:42] Make sure he goes through the mob.
[0:49:44] It doesn't have to be all or nothing.
[0:49:46] There can be nuance.
[0:49:47] And the beauty of riots is it doesn't take a lot for it to pop off.
[0:49:52] You just need one or two bad actors to shove someone, punch a cop in the face, light off a firework.
[0:49:58] And now we have hysteria and the SPLC gets their photographs.
[0:50:03] Now, Ken, I want to bring you into this a little bit on our Twitter space last night.
[0:50:08] I kind of mentioned this in passing, but this goes way back, way back before the indictment with the SPLC.
[0:50:18] One of the people that was kind of in this mix was a guy by the name of Gary Thomas Rowe.
[0:50:23] I couldn't remember his name last night, but this is him.
[0:50:27] Let's see. I can play. This is a minute long clip. Let me play it real quick.
[0:50:31] This was him testifying at the Freedom Riders.
[0:50:34] The church committee hearings. Let's see what happened to his face.
[0:50:37] Connection with the Freedom Riders incident that you mentioned.
[0:50:41] Did you inform the FBI about planned violence prior to that incident?
[0:50:46] Sir, I gave the FBI information pertaining to the Freedom Riders assault approximately three weeks before it occurred.
[0:50:52] And what did you tell him?
[0:50:53] I stated to him that I had been contacted by a Birmingham City detective, who in turn wanted me to meet with a high-ranking officer of the Birmingham Police Department to set a reception for the Freedom Riders.
[0:51:07] You mean the Birmingham policemen set up the beating of the Freedom Riders and you told the FBI that?
[0:51:13] That's correct, sir.
[0:51:15] And then were they beaten?
[0:51:17] They were beaten very badly, yes.
[0:51:19] And did the Birmingham police give you the time that they promised to give you to perform the beating?
[0:51:23] Yes, sir. We were promised 15 minutes with absolutely no intervention from any police officer whatsoever.
[0:51:32] The information was passed on to the Bureau.
[0:51:37] We had our 15 minutes. Approximately 15 minutes after the Freedom Riders were attacked,
[0:51:43] a police officer ran over to me and stated,
[0:51:46] God damn it, God damn it. Get out of here. Get them out of here. You're 15 minutes up. We're sending the crew in.
[0:51:51] So, I mean, I don't think a lot of people know about this, but he was no.
[0:51:55] He was a paid informant by the FBI. That was their plan was to create violence between the Freedom Riders, which was a group of civil rights activists that would sit on buses or whatever.
[0:52:09] And the Klan, they wanted this to pop off. It's very similar with what happened to Charlottesville.
[0:52:15] So, Ken, can you give us some more color on the FBI's tactics and how this has happened throughout time?
[0:52:24] Yeah, and the clip you just shared was actually from the church committee.
[0:52:27] That's where he's testifying about all that kind of undercover provocateur.
[0:52:32] Democracy Now, Democracy Now.
[0:52:33] There's actually a reference to this in the SPLC indictment.
[0:52:37] There's a, quote, F unknown, who is the imperial wizard of the United Clans of America.
[0:52:42] And then the indictment references that this is the same group that back in the 60s was responsible for the bombing of a Birmingham church, which resulted in the death of four little girls in 1963.
[0:52:59] Well, Roe was involved in that bombing.
[0:53:02] There's a book called The Informant, which is kind of a biography about him.
[0:53:07] And when his buddies got busted and this later all came to light, he denied involvement.
[0:53:15] But I actually got the exact quote from the book here.
[0:53:18] It says his recollection was false.
[0:53:21] In fact, the evidence reveals that Roe, whether consciously or inadvertently, steered the FBI away from the real culprits,
[0:53:29] had difficulty explaining his own whereabouts the night the bomb was placed
[0:53:32] and was unable to correctly identify the men who were eventually convicted.
[0:53:39] Another thing about Roe is that he was directly involved in the murder of a civil rights protester.
[0:53:48] Basically, they had a big march, and this white lady was driving back to Michigan with a couple black guys,
[0:53:56] and Roe was in the car with three other Klansmen, and they did a drive-by shooting,
[0:54:01] and killed the white lady.
[0:54:05] And then the very next morning,
[0:54:07] Rowe calls the FBI and implicates his friends
[0:54:10] and they get convictions.
[0:54:12] But there's serious questions about whether Rowe was involved.
[0:54:16] He might have even pulled the trigger.
[0:54:18] And the cover-up actually went all the way to J. Edgar Hoover
[0:54:21] because Hoover called Rowe at one point
[0:54:23] and thanked him for helping him solve the case.
[0:54:26] And then when people started asking questions about,
[0:54:29] well, hey, what was an FBI informant doing in the car?
[0:54:32] It was actually Hoover who protected him.
[0:54:35] And again, this is a book called The Informant.
[0:54:39] The author is Gary May, if anybody's kind of interested in it.
[0:54:43] Well, Ken, could I ask a question?
[0:54:46] How much of this is the racist FBI trying to crack down on leftists?
[0:54:53] and how much of this is trying to create a scene for some ulterior objective.
[0:55:02] I mean, isn't the former more likely than the latter?
[0:55:07] Trying to crack down on leftists?
[0:55:09] Well, that was happening with Cointelpro.
[0:55:12] We seem to have this assumption, like David, you seem to have this assumption
[0:55:16] that they're trying to create chaos in order for some bigger ulterior objective.
[0:55:23] to be accomplished.
[0:55:25] But, I mean, how much of this
[0:55:27] is just the FBI
[0:55:28] being racist?
[0:55:31] Isn't that sort of a simpler
[0:55:33] explanation?
[0:55:34] In the bureaucracy, with Roe,
[0:55:37] he was placed in the Klan
[0:55:39] and not much was happening.
[0:55:41] And I guess, you know, during COINTELPRO,
[0:55:43] Klan was one of the main targets.
[0:55:45] And they really wanted to roll up
[0:55:47] the whole nationwide group.
[0:55:49] But Roe wasn't able to
[0:55:51] get heavily infiltrated because at the time there was a restriction on informants participating in
[0:55:58] violence. And then at some point they lifted that restriction and told Gary, Hey, the gloves are off,
[0:56:04] do whatever you have to do to get close to the leadership. And that's when he started, um, you
[0:56:10] know, doing all this nefarious activity, you know, whether there's some greater conspiracy or not,
[0:56:16] I don't know, but the facts are what the facts are, that the FBI did kind of subsidize this violence.
[0:56:22] So I don't know if intention really matters.
[0:56:25] There was definitely we did a podcast on this last week or two weeks ago with Justin Stamm.
[0:56:32] We talked about this a little bit, but COINTELPRO was run by a guy named Wild Bill Sullivan.
[0:56:39] He wound up actually getting murdered by like the son of a state police trooper just prior to the church committee hearings.
[0:56:46] where he was going to testify.
[0:56:49] But this guy, William Sullivan, was like a staunch, he was a Democrat,
[0:56:53] he was a Catholic, and he was a staunch anti-communist.
[0:56:59] And he was willing to use COINTELPRO.
[0:57:01] That was his program.
[0:57:02] That was his baby.
[0:57:04] And it seemed like he was willing to use that to go after what was called
[0:57:07] the new left at the time, basically by any means necessary.
[0:57:11] so that's just a little bit of color on you know the main player there whether or not that was I
[0:57:18] never thought of that before that they were they switched like the original COINTELPRO was against
[0:57:25] destroying Marxists like the American Indian movement and the Black Panthers and then you cut
[0:57:31] to you know the past few years in Berkeley you had the exact same situation you guys are talking about
[0:57:37] in other cities where the police are working with Yvette Falarka, who is in bed with Antifa,
[0:57:43] obviously, and she's in bed with the mayor. They share Facebook posts and Proud Boys go to jail
[0:57:49] immediately, whereas Antifa get these magical lawyers in Berkeley. And there's I remember a
[0:57:54] video where someone was interrogating the police and they go, why aren't you doing anything? It
[0:57:58] was some Antifa riot at the time and they go take it up with my boss. And they soon after had,
[0:58:04] you know, mass quitting at the Berkeley police. When the Milo thing popped off at Berkeley,
[0:58:11] there was no police presence whatsoever. So somewhere along the line, they went from
[0:58:16] destroying Marxists to seeing them as useful idiots. Well, Ken, was this a switch between
[0:58:23] COINTELPRO and PATCON? Can you tell us a little bit about PATCON and its origins and what it was
[0:58:29] designed to do uh well yeah pat con stemmed from the 1980s uh bank robbery group called the order
[0:58:39] which was like legitimate right terrorism uh they robbed over 3.5 million dollars from armored cars
[0:58:45] and banks and they actually assassinated a jewish radio host oh yeah ellen ellenberg yeah and
[0:58:53] basically like to richard's point is like was it like an intentional provocation pat con
[0:58:58] You could argue that because they went after the order, they built up this giant counterterrorism apparatus that has an expertise in hunting right wingers.
[0:59:09] And so now they have to use it. But there wasn't much action.
[0:59:14] So, again, Pat Con starts in 1991 and you have FBI informants going around trying to restart some version of the order.
[0:59:23] and like I was telling you before Richard and Gavin were on there was literally an FBI front
[0:59:31] group called the Veterans Aryan Movement that was purporting to be bank robbers and they were
[0:59:36] spreading around cash and if you look at like the statistics of the Aryan Nations chapters they were
[0:59:41] down to like two states at a time and then by like 95 they're back in like 48 states and really this
[0:59:48] PATCON program revitalized it again it's unclear whether that was like some top-down intentional
[0:59:55] setup or it was just like perverse incentives resulting on this uh but you know those are just
[1:00:01] the the basic facts i gotta i gotta give another example that i know you guys are dying for the
[1:00:06] canadian angle on this i'm here to supply it so when i was a kid a teenager in ottawa and montreal
[1:00:13] nazi skinheads were everywhere and i don't mean like jerks i mean like swastika i mean
[1:00:20] back piece tattoos of klansmen i mean they went in and out of jail are you describing your own
[1:00:26] rock band no we they would beat the shit out of us anal chinook oh okay we're constantly attacked
[1:00:33] by the nazi skinheads they they took my boots you weren't allowed to have dr martin's this is like
[1:00:38] They took them.
[1:00:40] They're like, wow, these are awesome boots.
[1:00:42] These are super Nazi.
[1:00:44] Take them from Gavin.
[1:00:45] They took our gear so they could wear it.
[1:00:50] And I'm like, I'm talking,
[1:00:52] the guy with the Klansman tattoo on his back,
[1:00:54] his name was Francois.
[1:00:55] This is a French Canadian.
[1:00:57] What the fuck does he know about the South?
[1:01:00] And it was the government was,
[1:01:03] they got a bunch of money to fight Nazism
[1:01:06] in the early 80s.
[1:01:07] there was a guy named David Bristow who worked for CSIS,
[1:01:11] which is Canada's CIA.
[1:01:13] And the Heritage Front had all this money,
[1:01:16] but they didn't have any Nazis.
[1:01:17] So they started putting out all these pamphlets like,
[1:01:20] don't you think it's weird the Jews run the banks and the media
[1:01:22] and you should fight for your race?
[1:01:24] And eventually these kids who were Canadian,
[1:01:27] there was no, like Canadian was much,
[1:01:28] Canada's much more white in 85 than it is right now.
[1:01:31] This is pre, you know, Pierre Trudeau, Justin Trudeau's dad,
[1:01:35] just flooding the whole country with Somalians
[1:01:37] and Indians.
[1:01:38] So they would go attack a Turkish guy
[1:01:41] or someone whose dad might have been Jewish.
[1:01:43] And they created a whole Nazi scene
[1:01:46] because it paid the bills.
[1:01:50] And thank God for a bunch of fucking goofs
[1:01:53] from Toronto who got in a bus
[1:01:55] and went and beat the shit out of them
[1:01:57] and solved the problem.
[1:01:58] But when I was 16,
[1:02:00] Nazi skinheads were absolutely everywhere.
[1:02:03] And it was completely created
[1:02:05] by the Canadian government to fight hate.
[1:02:09] Unbelievable.
[1:02:10] Very interesting.
[1:02:11] Well, just in terms of left-wing terror,
[1:02:13] I mean, it's not a conspiracy theory
[1:02:16] that the Soviet Union was funding
[1:02:18] the Red Army faction in Germany,
[1:02:20] which was engaged in absolute terrorism
[1:02:24] and death and destruction.
[1:02:27] And it's interesting, even Vladimir Putin,
[1:02:29] when he was stationed in Dresden,
[1:02:32] late into the Soviet Union.
[1:02:35] He actually had direct communications
[1:02:38] with remnants of the Red Army faction
[1:02:42] through the 80s.
[1:02:43] He also had communications with neo-Nazis.
[1:02:46] So the ability of foreign powers
[1:02:49] or the government
[1:02:51] to use agent provocateurs in this way
[1:02:56] just shouldn't be underestimated.
[1:02:58] Well, and this kind of ties in.
[1:03:00] I was going to kind of get into this.
[1:03:01] I didn't know how much time all of all of my fine guests here have.
[1:03:06] I don't I don't want to take, you know, all of your afternoons or anything like that.
[1:03:10] But there is a lot of this stuff that winds up then plugging in here in North Idaho.
[1:03:15] You know, and so I know people get on me.
[1:03:17] You focus too much on local stuff, but I think it is kind of indicative.
[1:03:21] You do focus too much on local.
[1:03:23] I do. And it's OK. But I wrote this article.
[1:03:25] It's on my X account.
[1:03:26] We could be talking about like Chinese policy and you're like in Coeur d'Alene.
[1:03:31] Where is Northern Idaho?
[1:03:34] Does it even exist?
[1:03:35] Well, we are on the hate map.
[1:03:39] We have several hate groups in the area.
[1:03:42] Is it the same as Idaho?
[1:03:43] Yes, we are in Idaho, Northern Idaho.
[1:03:46] I feel like we should-
[1:03:47] Oh, I mean Ohio.
[1:03:48] Is there a difference between Idaho and Ohio?
[1:03:50] Yes, one is-
[1:03:51] Yeah, Ohio's horrible.
[1:03:53] Idaho's beautiful, actually.
[1:03:55] I have to say, Idaho is a beautiful state.
[1:03:58] I was going to move to Coeur d'Alene.
[1:04:00] I hear it's a good baseball town for kids.
[1:04:02] It is.
[1:04:03] As a matter of fact, I can get you hooked up with your old debate adversary, Vince James,
[1:04:07] who is a big time.
[1:04:09] He's what he told me, actually.
[1:04:10] He's a big baseball head, man.
[1:04:12] He's into it.
[1:04:13] He could take you around and show you the ropes.
[1:04:15] But what I did, I did want to point out is that there is a lot of really bizarre intersections
[1:04:21] here in Coeur d'Alene between the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Mossad, the Anti-Defamation
[1:04:28] League, this group called the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations. But there was all
[1:04:35] kinds of stuff that was popping off up here. I had another tweet with a thread that I wanted to go
[1:04:42] over. Come on, where are you? Where are you? Here it is. And so this was a couple of years ago.
[1:04:48] Coeur d'Alene tried to put a draconian new hate crime ordinance into place. And, you know,
[1:04:53] little do people know that the city councilwoman that proposed this and was trying to get it passed
[1:04:59] is Christy Wood. Christy Wood was the head of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations that
[1:05:04] worked closely with the Southern Poverty Law Center here in North Idaho to bankrupt the Aryan
[1:05:11] Nations. Just a couple of years ago, back in 2024, they actually created a hate crime incident in
[1:05:19] Coeur d'Alene, where supposedly a white guy driving a truck with a Confederate flag shouted
[1:05:25] the N-word at a bunch of basketball players that were in town. Turns out the entire thing was a lie.
[1:05:32] It was totally fake. There was no white truck. There was no Confederate flag.
[1:05:38] He just wanted to play basketball. I mean, he heard them using the soft A and he was like,
[1:05:43] hey yo brothers well he was yeah he was hitting on a girl you know five foot nine white point
[1:05:50] guard and just let me play the word what's up well the casey the truth is that he was trying
[1:05:56] to hit on a girl is that it was wow this goes even deeper these kids were driving down sherman
[1:06:03] avenue and he was this kid yelled out the window i won't say exactly what he said but yeah he said
[1:06:07] i know you're at n-word but i'd still f you in the butt is what he said so the prosecutor couldn't
[1:06:12] That's how I met your mom. But there was also this long history here in Coeur d'Alene between these groups, the Human Rights Education Institute, the Task Force on Human Relations.
[1:06:27] They've been illegally occupying city property for over a decade. They have all kinds of ties with the former city attorney that was they were all in bed with the Southern Poverty Law Center.
[1:06:40] this is all kind of deep lore up here they reported me to the FBI for leading a rosary rally
[1:06:48] which was in protest of pride in the park that we had up here that's of course where Patriot Front
[1:06:54] famously showed up and then was immediately arrested this is some of that but we also
[1:07:00] this is where Rachel Dolezal got her start Rachel Dolezal got her start working at this group called
[1:07:06] the Human Rights Education Institute, where she would go around. She hung a noose in her own
[1:07:11] backyard. She was a director. She was the director of this group. And she would put swastika
[1:07:16] stickers on businesses. The businesses would then report a hate crime. Then people would donate to
[1:07:22] the HREI and the Southern Poverty Law Center. There's an uptick in violence and all of this.
[1:07:27] And this has been going on up here for years. As a matter of fact, the Kootenai County Task
[1:07:31] Force on Human Relations was initially headed by a Catholic priest named Bill Wasmuth. This is him
[1:07:37] right here. Back in 1986, he actually left the priesthood. He left the priesthood with a 17-year-old
[1:07:45] girl, ran to Seattle, ditched her for a 16-year-old. It's a whole mess. Are you getting paid to promote
[1:07:52] Coeur d'Alene? Yes. Yes, I am. But you can even see here, this is the articles. The shocking thing
[1:08:00] is that he wasn't a homosexual.
[1:08:03] Actually, that's true.
[1:08:05] That's true.
[1:08:06] The Catholic Church was actually very excited
[1:08:08] to find out who he was a teenage girl.
[1:08:10] There was an issue last month
[1:08:13] in the Diocese of Boise
[1:08:14] or a couple months ago.
[1:08:15] A priest that they brought up from Trinidad
[1:08:17] wound up sleeping with a 17-year-old.
[1:08:19] And I was like, oh, thank God he wasn't gay.
[1:08:22] That's how low the bar is.
[1:08:24] I'm sorry to interrupt.
[1:08:25] I've got to get going soon.
[1:08:26] No, it's okay.
[1:08:27] Give us your closing thoughts.
[1:08:28] But I want to hear your closing thoughts. What is the verdict on Patriot Front? I'm 50-50, real or feds?
[1:08:36] I think that Patriot Front are real people. I am inclined to believe. I mean, we did an interview on this podcast with Thomas Rousseau several months ago. He strikes me as a genuine guy. You know, are there feds and these types of operatives, whether they're ADL or Southern Poverty Law Center, they're clearly out here paying people to join extremist groups and push them to be more extreme.
[1:09:00] The idea that there wouldn't be somebody in Patriot Front that's getting paid like this, you know, I find that hard to believe.
[1:09:07] I agree with that assessment.
[1:09:09] I don't think they're feds.
[1:09:10] At the very least, I've seen no evidence of that.
[1:09:13] And people just assert it with certainty.
[1:09:16] And they're probably exactly as you described them.
[1:09:20] It doesn't mean that it's a good idea or that I'm in support of them.
[1:09:25] But I don't I don't want to just accuse them of being agents and so on.
[1:09:31] I think the right can make it can make the right can make the right look bad well enough.
[1:09:36] They don't need Patriot Front. Patriot Front makes them look good.
[1:09:41] What do you mean they're not fat? My next question is Jason Kessler.
[1:09:45] Do we think he's any of the F's in this indictment?
[1:09:49] Oh, well, that's an interesting question.
[1:09:52] I mean, I don't want to I'm very hopeful that we're going to see discovery with this.
[1:09:59] I mean, like, what is the Southern Poverty Law Center going to do?
[1:10:01] They've been indicted. They basically can either just take it on the chin.
[1:10:04] And what does that subject them to basically being dismantled by the government fines, jail time, potentially?
[1:10:10] Or are they you know, it's a group full of lawyers. Are they going to fight this thing?
[1:10:14] And so if they fight it, it goes to trial. There will be discovery.
[1:10:18] We will hopefully find out who these Fs are.
[1:10:20] But they do the Soros thing with the various LLCs. So Discovery isn't necessarily going to be a Venmo to a guy. It's going to be they donate to a group and then that group donates to that group and blah, blah, blah. It might have so many shells that there's no obvious paper trail.
[1:10:37] Yeah. The other question that I have, and I don't have an answer for this, maybe Ken would have some sort of an answer or an idea, is where did this indictment, where did this investigation actually start? Did this come from the banks? Did the banks actually trigger this?
[1:10:53] Or was this like Jack Posobiec's crew basically rolling out some red meat as the as the Iran war becomes more and more unpopular as Donald Trump's approval rating continues to sink?
[1:11:08] It's now in like the low 30s. It's about the same as Jimmy Carter towards the end of his administration, which is not good.
[1:11:14] Are they throwing out red meat to try to get the disaffected alt-right to kind of start cheerleading for MAGA again?
[1:11:22] Maybe that's why they announced it now, but these things take a lot of time.
[1:11:28] You can't do an indictment like this in six months.
[1:11:31] They've been working on this for a while.
[1:11:33] And I bet the SVLC was in their sights.
[1:11:38] And there's probably, if you go look up SVLC Project 2025, I bet you can find something.
[1:11:44] The conservatives might have endorsed the SVLC in 2016, ironically, where they're like, oh, yeah, we're not racist.
[1:11:52] Oh, blah, blah, blah.
[1:11:52] But as time went on, conservatives were very angry at the SPLC because they were being targeted by them and attacked like pro-lifers were being attacked.
[1:12:04] Average conservatives were being attacked by the SPLC.
[1:12:07] I mean, in through words.
[1:12:09] Well, not even just through words.
[1:12:10] Remember, there was a group called was it the Family Research Council and the Southern Poverty Law Center published an article about them.
[1:12:17] and a crazed guy with a shotgun showed up at their headquarters
[1:12:21] and attempted to take out as many of them as possible.
[1:12:24] That led to a giant lawsuit and then a settlement.
[1:12:27] But the SPLC has...
[1:12:29] A black security guard was killed.
[1:12:33] And that guy, by the way, who did the shooting,
[1:12:35] he blames the SPLC for getting into his stupid, crazy head.
[1:12:40] Jeez. Unbelievable.
[1:12:43] But Gavin...
[1:12:44] And remember, the SPLC attacked Turning Point USA, Moms for Liberty, groups like that who are directly in kind of the GOP Trump patronage network.
[1:12:55] So it's really not a surprise that they're getting this backlash now.
[1:12:59] They're not just going after like fringe groups anymore.
[1:13:02] They're actually attacking the GOP apparatus.
[1:13:05] So it kind of makes sense.
[1:13:07] Guys, I got to go.
[1:13:08] It was a pleasure.
[1:13:09] Nice seeing you again, Richard.
[1:13:11] Nice to talk.
[1:13:12] It's been years, Gavin.
[1:13:14] This is the first time that we've ever met, too.
[1:13:16] If you kidnap a governor or blow up a building, I can help you.
[1:13:20] Get me.
[1:13:21] I promise you.
[1:13:22] Oh, good.
[1:13:22] Yeah.
[1:13:23] Well, there's another MILF governor in the Midwest.
[1:13:25] We don't want to kill her.
[1:13:26] We just want to talk to her.
[1:13:28] Just kidding.
[1:13:29] Yeah.
[1:13:30] Just kidnap her until she gets Stockholm Syndrome.
[1:13:33] Thank you so much for joining us, Gavin.
[1:13:36] That's awesome.
[1:13:37] Thank you so much.
[1:13:37] I'm going to take off as well.
[1:13:38] Yeah.
[1:13:39] Richard, any closing thoughts?
[1:13:42] I've said my piece, actually.
[1:13:43] All right. Well, very good. I'll talk to you soon, man. Thank you. Thank you. No,
[1:13:47] thank you for joining us. Good to see you again. Likewise. Good. Good to meet you.
[1:13:51] Bye. Very good. All right. Let's, uh, let's pin Ken back to the, okay, there we go. We're back.
[1:13:56] We're back to normal. That was crazy, man. That was, uh, the most guests we've ever had on at
[1:14:00] one time. I think we did a pretty good job of juggling, but, uh, Ken, do you think, uh, there's
[1:14:04] going to be any more, uh, indictments like this coming down perhaps against the anti-defamation
[1:14:09] League, which I believe has engaged in some similar activities.
[1:14:14] I doubt it.
[1:14:16] Kash Patel claimed that the FBI cut ties with the ADL last year around the same time that
[1:14:23] he cut ties with the SPLC.
[1:14:25] But then we found out in October that the ADL was still briefing the FBI on kind of
[1:14:32] left wing Antifa style terrorist groups.
[1:14:35] This is the case of it's called the Turtle Island Liberation Front.
[1:14:39] They announced it in early November.
[1:14:41] It was like these guys, it was like three guys and three FBI informants and an undercover agent.
[1:14:46] They were supposedly going to set off bombs on New Year's night.
[1:14:50] And they all got arrested.
[1:14:51] But then Jonathan Greenblatt came out a couple weeks later.
[1:14:55] He's speaking to his donors and he's talking about how the ADL identified some of these Turtle Island group members and briefed the FBI on the case, which kind of proved that Cash Patel was lying about cutting ties.
[1:15:08] And just remember, the ADL's relationship with the FBI runs actually much deeper than the SPLC's.
[1:15:16] It goes back to the Hoover era.
[1:15:18] And so considering how friendly the administration is with Israel, I just I don't see any action coming down on that front, which is too bad because the SPLC is just the tip of the iceberg.
[1:15:32] Yes, there's actually a video here.
[1:15:33] If you don't have to get out of here immediately, we can play this clip real quick.
[1:15:40] This, I believe, was the...
[1:15:42] I can't remember who this guy was.
[1:15:44] I think he was with the Institute for Historical Review.
[1:15:46] But this is a very famous clip that made the rounds on the Internet a couple of years ago.
[1:15:50] We'll give it a play right now.
[1:15:52] Applied for a permit to lead a march of Nazis through downtown Philadelphia.
[1:15:58] now eventually some
[1:16:01] enterprising reporters did an investigation
[1:16:03] you know what they turned up
[1:16:04] James Guttman was none other than Mordecai Levy
[1:16:07] who worked with the Anti-Defamation League
[1:16:12] and later split off that
[1:16:14] to form the Terrorist Jewish Defense League
[1:16:17] this was an operation
[1:16:20] that was run by the ADL
[1:16:22] they wanted to have a Nazi march in Philadelphia
[1:16:25] why?
[1:16:27] Because how can they raise money to justify their existence
[1:16:30] if American Jews don't think there's a lot of anti-Semitism?
[1:16:35] So what better thing to do than to slap swastikas on a couple of people,
[1:16:40] leave them on a march through town,
[1:16:42] and then the next day the ADL comes marching in and says,
[1:16:45] look, there are Nazis on the streets, you need to give us money so we can protect you.
[1:16:50] And then, on top of that, have a tax-exempt status.
[1:16:54] This was not a one-time operation.
[1:16:57] A similar thing happened in Trenton, New Jersey.
[1:17:02] A man named James Rosenberg, also on the payroll of the fact-finding division of the Anti-Defamation League,
[1:17:10] under the name Jimmy Mitchell, he worked to convince a small group of people who called themselves Klansmen,
[1:17:18] he convinced them to go into Trenton and blow up the New Jersey headquarters of the NAACP.
[1:17:24] And this was also exposed. There's a long history.
[1:17:29] So there's the clip. You know, it's pretty unbelievable, but it's true.
[1:17:35] And I've got in this thread some more of these links.
[1:17:40] So just to back up a second and, you know, not to again, we're very kind of far from the indictment.
[1:17:46] But I think it's important to get this information out.
[1:17:50] the this character Mordecai Levy that was going under the name James Guttman to make these clan
[1:17:59] rallies in Philadelphia happen Mordecai Levy was active here in North Idaho okay he was one of the
[1:18:09] members the founding member of the JDO the Jewish Defense Organization which was a terrorist group
[1:18:13] even the ADL called them a terrorist group and I have here a newspaper clipping from the
[1:18:18] spokesman review. Okay, so this is in the wake of the order, in the wake of the craziness that
[1:18:27] had happened here in North Idaho in 1984. Like I said, with the order investigations, there were,
[1:18:34] of course, ties to Meddling Falls. There were ties to the Aryan Nations. In 1986, they tried
[1:18:40] the order too, right? This was like a revival group run by, oh, what was her name?
[1:18:48] um, son of a bitch. I don't remember their names. Uh, I've got all of it in the clipping. I need to
[1:18:54] write a book about this at some point, but somebody blows up this priest that we talked about earlier,
[1:19:00] Bill Wassmouth, somebody planted a pipe bomb outside of his house. Uh, he, he wasn't hurt.
[1:19:07] Nobody got hurt in it, but there was this article published several days after the blast, uh, titled
[1:19:14] blast doesn't weaken belief in strength of nonviolence, right? But here in the article,
[1:19:19] you see Jewish defense organization leader Mordecai Levy contacted Wasmuth on Wednesday
[1:19:26] from New York to offer protection and believes that the bombing must be avenged with weapons.
[1:19:34] Wasmuth prefers words. So like you get this priest, he gets blown up and then all of a sudden a
[1:19:42] terrorist gets his phone number and then offers to give him guns to go out. And there are other
[1:19:49] clippings that I have. You know, here's here's another one. This is from the Spokane Chronicle.
[1:19:56] Militant Jew advises priests to, quote, get a gun. Levy continued saying his organization is offering
[1:20:03] a one thousand dollar reward for anybody who shoots any Nazi in defense of the community.
[1:20:09] so this was happening in Idaho where they were literally putting out hits in the newspaper
[1:20:17] offering a thousand dollars for people to go and kill Nazis and of course we know now that a Nazi
[1:20:24] you call someone a Nazi to basically give the stamp of approval of you can kill them they're
[1:20:29] not a human right we've seen this you know with the the Charlie Kirk stuff you get called a Nazi
[1:20:34] to dehumanize and to make it okay to, by any means necessary, do whatever you want.
[1:20:42] It's just amazing to me. This guy, Mordecai Levy, eventually was arrested in the East Village
[1:20:49] after he opened fire on a rival gang with an automatic weapon on the roof of his apartment.
[1:20:57] it. It's just crazy. And it's like, you know, now the women that were involved in all of this,
[1:21:06] the Human Rights Education Institute, the Task Force on Human Relations, the daughter of the
[1:21:11] FBI agent, Krista Hazel, she's now running for office here in Coeur d'Alene. She's running to be
[1:21:17] our state representative in Legislative District 3, which is just absolutely insane. And it's like,
[1:21:24] if you go to these people in Coeur d'Alene, they really believe that there was some sort of
[1:21:30] Nazi threat here in North Idaho. But we have, we have like confirmed proof now
[1:21:38] that the Aryan nations themselves were funded by the Southern Poverty Law Center, at least in its
[1:21:44] later years. This is the 1990s on, you know, I think that there is, you know, something to be
[1:21:51] said for the early days, the 1970, 1974, there was a group called the Posse Comitatus that was formed
[1:21:57] in, in a similar way. It's like, you know, there are conservatives out there that will pretend like
[1:22:02] it wasn't a real thing that it was, that they were all just feds, but they weren't. Um, for example,
[1:22:10] the Posse Comitatus formed here in 1974, there was something called the Expo in Spokane, which
[1:22:16] was kind of like a continuation of the world's fairs. And a lot of people in the community here
[1:22:20] in Kootenai County thought that that fair was going to bring a lot of violence and a lot of
[1:22:26] lawlessness to the region. So they created this posse, a sheriff's posse that would provide
[1:22:32] security and crack down on any ne'er-do-wells that would come to the area. That is eventually
[1:22:39] what grew into the Aryan Nations, which like I said may have been a CIA front. But there was also
[1:22:46] this battle happening in Coeur d'Alene at the time between the lumber unions, the mining unions,
[1:22:53] and the people that wanted to turn this place into a tourist trap. The resort people and the
[1:23:00] FDA and the EPA, right? They wanted to shut down the mines. They wanted to shut down the lumber
[1:23:06] mills because it was polluting the environment. So Richard Butler was like kind of the champion
[1:23:13] for the working man while the FBI and these resort people were in my, I think the Order
[1:23:19] II stuff that happened, the bombing in 1986 of the priest, I think all of that was fake.
[1:23:26] I think all of that came from the SPLC and the ADL getting one of their informants to
[1:23:32] plant a bomb.
[1:23:32] I don't think that was organic in any way.
[1:23:34] And I think from that point on, the late 80s and especially the 90s, everything after Ruby
[1:23:40] Ridge, I think that was all fake.
[1:23:42] and basically paid for by the Southern Poverty Law Center. I mean, it's just unbelievable.
[1:23:48] Ken, any more color, I guess, to add to this indictment, just the whole topic? Do you have any
[1:23:59] kind of closing thoughts? Because we are going to dig a lot more with Casey, who's so graciously
[1:24:06] with us in the studio today. We're going to dig deeper into the connections between the Southern
[1:24:10] Poverty Law Center and some of these groups here in North Idaho. But Ken, do you have any closing
[1:24:15] thoughts for us? About the indictment, I think we covered it pretty well. What you were just saying,
[1:24:22] I tend to agree that the order, too, probably was astroturfed. It just their tactics didn't
[1:24:28] make any sense. The order didn't shit where they ate. They were nationwide robbing banks in other
[1:24:36] cities, but they weren't wreaking havoc in their own communities, which is what the order to did.
[1:24:43] And the other thing you kind of reminded me of, and I don't want to open up a whole can of worms
[1:24:48] before we go, but when you talk about that Mordecai guy and the other ADL operative,
[1:24:54] again, I'm not speaking for the host here, but I can't help but to think of one Jake Lang,
[1:25:00] Yes. This guy that people see going around the country.
[1:25:04] At one point, he's like humping a goat on camera, burning the Koran, really just bad optics for the right wing and kind of trying to provoke the left wingers.
[1:25:16] And he's also advocated violence. He's trying to get people to break out.
[1:25:19] Tina Peters, who's in jail for her activities related to contesting the 2020 election.
[1:25:28] He's like advocating a prison break. And, you know, I don't have proof. It's just speculation.
[1:25:34] But I wonder if Jake Legg might be some sort of provocateur a la the people you are referencing.
[1:25:41] Oh, no, I am in complete agreement. Go off, King. It's OK. Speak for the host.
[1:25:47] it's this guy glows. I mean, I would rather stare at the sun without glasses. You know,
[1:25:57] I don't know how to put it. I'm not my wit is not I've been drinking this champagne. So I don't
[1:26:02] have I don't have a good comeback on this. But this guy is just he glows like the sun. I mean,
[1:26:10] everything that he's done trying to get, you know, you know, he'll go out to these rallies
[1:26:16] and talk about, oh, like, you know, white Christian patriarchy male, we got to take back our country.
[1:26:20] And then he'll like zig heil and, you know, give a salute.
[1:26:24] And it's like you couldn't create the more perfect thing that the ADL and the SPLC and all of these anti-hate groups want.
[1:26:35] Like he is with a bow on it.
[1:26:38] You know, I've I've been telling people for six, seven, eight months to stay away from this guy, you know.
[1:26:44] And I think because it's like there is a natural reaction to what has been going on in this country.
[1:26:50] That natural reaction was evidence that Charlottesville, I mean, all of these young kids that showed up at Charlottesville, they were there because their culture, their history was being erased right in front of their eyes.
[1:27:07] That's that was real.
[1:27:09] They were taking down the statues at Pepperdine University.
[1:27:11] They were taking down the statues in New Orleans all across the country.
[1:27:15] And, you know, one of the things that's coming up, Richard mentioned this, you know, they're astroturfing this story into basically that the entire alt-right was an SPLC hoax.
[1:27:27] That wasn't real.
[1:27:29] Well, we actually know who this guy is.
[1:27:32] His name is Pete.
[1:27:35] I don't know how to say his last name, Pete.
[1:27:37] I'm sorry.
[1:27:38] I'm going to butcher it.
[1:27:39] uh, Saitanovic, is that his name? But this kid, you know, he showed up at the rally.
[1:27:47] He was genuinely, I think, concerned about the direction our country was headed.
[1:27:53] And in the wake of Charlottesville, he actually converted to Catholicism. And, and he's not the
[1:27:59] only one. There's a whole bunch of them. He actually responded to my tweet saying, can confirm
[1:28:05] was not paid, also can't confirm practicing Roman Catholic. There was a lot of these guys
[1:28:10] that I know personally that became Catholic after Charlottesville because the critique is real.
[1:28:18] You know, the plutocracy, the kleptocracy, the concentration of corporate power,
[1:28:24] Jewish abuse of the goyim, let's say, you know, that's real. That's actually happening.
[1:28:31] And there are real reactions to it. And I think that there are good ways and bad ways to kind of combat this stuff. I think that grabbing a swastika flag and showing up at Charlottesville with the – this is not a proper way to protest or to make any kind of positive change in society.
[1:28:52] You're just going to run yourself into a brick wall, destroy your life, and cause chaos.
[1:28:57] But, you know, getting into the actual, you know, let's say social teaching of like the Catholic Church, Rerum Novarum, the old version of social justice, you know, the anti-capitalist critique of Pope Leo XIII.
[1:29:11] You know, things like there was an article published in La Chivalta Cattolica in 1889 called On the Jewish Question.
[1:29:19] And it's like it could have been written yesterday about how things were going in Europe at the time, the concentration of power in the hands of the banking class.
[1:29:29] And so, you know, it's it's it's crazy, man. It's absolutely crazy.
[1:29:35] But, yeah, can any any final thoughts? We're going to we're going to dig real deep, I guess, on the local stuff here.
[1:29:42] We're going to go over some of the stuff. But before we do that, do you have any do you have any closing thoughts?
[1:29:46] just to mention that there are actually still people uh being prosecuted for charlottesville
[1:29:53] including a guy named i think augustus invictus and several others who are being prosecuted under
[1:29:59] like the kkk act for um arguing like their torch march was designed to intimidate uh pretty much
[1:30:07] the da at the time declined to prosecute somebody ran specifically on a platform that they prosecute
[1:30:15] charlotte still torch marchers and now we've got guys fighting really dubious charges um so just
[1:30:23] wanted to mention that on my way out i mean i could probably talk to you all guys all day all
[1:30:28] night long about this stuff it's really fascinating so hopefully we could do it again soon yeah well
[1:30:32] thank you so much ken you know this was a it was great to finally talk with you in person your work

[1:31:58] Yeah.
[1:31:59] Yeah, I actually signed up to film her jury trial,
[1:32:01] so we're waiting to see if the judge will allow us to do that.
[1:32:04] Oh, hell yeah.
[1:32:05] Yeah, so that's pretty cool.
[1:32:06] But yeah, go follow Ken. Make sure that you're following Headlines USA. A lot of great information. I've learned a lot. And of course, you know, on your Twitter, you've got right now a bunch of these types of documents from the FBI, the SPLC talking about informants.
[1:32:23] there was this other one that I saw down here a random email asking about the ADL and holy crap
[1:32:29] I forgot that there's also an FBI report saying the ADL and SPLC had undercovers embedded in these
[1:32:35] phony NSM rallies and you tweeted this in 2024 so you know really good stuff oh and of course
[1:32:42] there's the there's the swastika flag with the with the fresh creases in it where did you know
[1:32:49] this was like one of those things where it was like that day I remember looking up and seeing
[1:32:54] the flag and I was just like what the what the heck is going on that thing just got shipped by
[1:32:59] Amazon who is this dude and of course we never got his name uh we don't know where he just he
[1:33:05] appeared out of nothing he disappeared back into nothingness and God knows how you know how much
[1:33:11] he was paid uh to go to this rally and do this but anyway Ken thank you so much for joining us
[1:33:17] God bless you and God bless your work. All right. Thanks again, guys. Take care.

[1:36:09] that have tried the North Idaho Talo stuff that have had eczema and all kinds of problems.
[1:36:15] And they're like, this stuff is like magic. I don't have skin problems anymore. What about,
[1:36:19] have you tried this stuff? I have actually. I use this balm here and it really helped with dry skin
[1:36:25] and I highly recommend it. I use it every day and it helped a lot with, like I said,
[1:36:30] dry skin on my face and that sort of thing. So I highly encourage people to use North Idaho Talo.
[1:36:35] Nice. Very good. And were you paid to say that? No. You were not paid to say that? No. You're
[1:36:41] just saying it because you're nice. Yeah, it's a good product. Okay, good. So visit idahotalo.com.
[1:36:47] Okay, now let's get into it. Casey, you've done a lot of investigative work up here, a lot of FOIA requests. What have you found insofar as this ecosystem of Southern Poverty Law Center cutouts and money laundering trails?
[1:37:09] What are we dealing with in North Idaho? Because it kind of feels like there's this cabal in downtown Coeur d'Alene that got their start. They got their rise to power by fighting the Aryan nations in the 1980s.
[1:37:25] And they're still in power today. I think that a lot of the hidden grammar of the issues at North Idaho College had to do with the people that were involved with these. Ken Howard, the lawyer who was on the board of directors of NIC.
[1:37:42] Ken Howard was the guy who let Morris Dees function through him right so like can you explain this if
[1:37:49] if you are in Idaho and you're at trial but you want a lawyer that was from out of state you have
[1:37:56] to have a local lawyer serve as the point man right that's on the case and that person was Ken Howard
[1:38:02] in Coeur d'Alene for the Aryan Nations trial back in the late 1990s Ken Howard then went on to be on
[1:38:11] the board of directors of North Idaho College. And, you know, we now know that Morris Dees was
[1:38:17] a pedophile. He was doing goofy stuff with his niece or something like that. Pete DeBroska brought
[1:38:24] the article up. But give us an overview of what you've found. I mean, I would start, for people
[1:38:30] that are in North Idaho, I think it's important to start, you know, in the early 80s when, and I'm
[1:38:36] glad that you moved here because you know it just it seems like we worked organically to find a lot
[1:38:41] of what we found but we did our own thing really independently and then I think you would pick up
[1:38:45] on what I found or or vice versa but largely you would pick up on records requests I would find and
[1:38:50] you would you know read the the papers from back in the day so I think like in the early 80s it's
[1:38:55] really important to understand that there was a group of people that had an ad hoc group called
[1:39:00] the Citizens Coalition Against Malicious Harassment, which essentially consisted of the
[1:39:08] Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations. And you had other groups that later joined,
[1:39:13] like the ADL, the American Jewish Committee. So essentially, this initial ad hoc group,
[1:39:19] which was not a nonprofit, it's ad hoc, and they had pushed the malicious harassment law.
[1:39:25] And I think that's important to understand because it kind of explains why that was enacted
[1:39:29] in the early 80s, and I think that was a way for these people to essentially, through the law,
[1:39:35] create a noose, so to speak, for them to attack their, you know, political adversaries, so to
[1:39:42] speak. And so in 1983, the Idaho malicious harassment law is passed, and essentially what
[1:39:48] that says, Dave, is that if you, you know, use some, like, a derogatory term against someone's race,
[1:39:55] gender, religion, whatever, and then you commit an act, a crime against the person or their property,
[1:40:02] then you could be charged with a hate crime. And so I think it's important for us to start there
[1:40:06] because that explains where we are today with the malicious harassment law and representative,
[1:40:11] for instance, Barbara Ehart trying to pass an anti-Semitism bill and amend Idaho's malicious
[1:40:18] harassment law. So now we can go after people who are being quote unquote anti-Semitic. Again,
[1:40:22] if you commit a crime against somebody's person or property and use a racial slur of some sort
[1:40:28] or some sort of derogatory term, then they can charge an additional charge, a hate crime.
[1:40:34] So I think that's important to understand because it explains why you saw in the mid-80s
[1:40:39] the KKK, Richard Butler, and all that really ramp up. It was because it was a way for these
[1:40:46] non-profits to work together. The Citizens Coalition Against Malicious Harassment is then
[1:40:51] created into a nonprofit in 1986 or 87 called the Northwest Coalition Against Malicious Harassment.
[1:41:00] And again, one of the instrumental people behind this movement was Jim Jones, former Idaho Attorney
[1:41:05] General and former Idaho Supreme Court Justice. And so he's a very important figurehead as far
[1:41:12] as this movement's concerned. So the Northwest Coalition Against Malicious Harassment is formed,
[1:41:17] And of that, you have the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations.
[1:41:21] You have the, later on, I'm sure, like the Human Rights Education Institute join that.
[1:41:26] You have, there's a list there.
[1:41:27] I have the whole list here, too.
[1:41:29] But you see there's, it consists of the five most northwestern states.
[1:41:34] And so this collective of nonprofits were working together, taking advantage of these incidents that were occurring in Idaho,
[1:41:44] So applying for grants, I'm assuming, I mean, we know that today.
[1:41:49] I'm sure that was the same circumstance.
[1:41:51] It's all about generating money.
[1:41:54] And at the same time, it's defaming your political adversary.
[1:41:58] It's also steering the community.
[1:42:01] So we know a lot of these influential people in the community are on city council.
[1:42:05] They're former city police officers.
[1:42:08] They're lawyers.
[1:42:09] They're you name it.
[1:42:10] They're part of the community.
[1:42:11] And so once these people get into positions of power, they all work together and then they steer the community to where they want it to be.
[1:42:20] And so now we're reaping the benefits of, I wouldn't say benefits, but we're reaping, you know, the whirlwind, I guess you could say, as to where we are right now.
[1:42:29] I don't know why this isn't working for me, but I was trying to, if you could pull up on your computer, we can put your computer on the screen.
[1:42:36] What do you want?
[1:42:36] Well, let's look at the steering committee thing, first of all, because there was kind of a blow up at the Coeur d'Alene City Council last night where these old powers represented by the Southern Poverty Law Center types.
[1:42:55] The old powers are at war with the new powers.
[1:42:58] The new powers being Candlelight Christian Fellowship and the Evangelical Christian Zionist faction here in North Idaho.
[1:43:06] They've been at war with one another over who the next police chief in Coeur d'Alene should be.
[1:43:13] The new people, the Zionists, want this guy Dave Hagar to be the police chief.
[1:43:21] He, of course, has cited Southern Poverty Law Center statistics and intelligence reports during the Patriot Front trial.
[1:43:30] So could you talk about that a little bit, actually?
[1:43:33] Yeah, so a lot of the records requests I've done for people that are not very familiar with records requests, I found a really cool technique in that.
[1:43:42] So what I started doing is I would take an email domain like the city of Coeur d'Alene, which is cdaid.org, and then I would just do like a one sentence record request.
[1:43:51] I would just do this all the time and I would just change the keyword.
[1:43:54] So I would just say I want all emails to and from, including attachments, for whatever email domain, for keywords, whatever.
[1:44:03] And then you pick a date range.
[1:44:05] So if you have a really specific, unique keyword, you can have a longer date range.
[1:44:10] Anyways, I did that.
[1:44:11] I learned how to kind of get good at doing that.
[1:44:13] And so I would scrape these email domains and I would get information.
[1:44:16] One of the things I got was in 2023, the North Idaho Pride Alliance, who hosts the Pride in the Park events every year, they had applied for a nonprofit security grant through FEMA asking for funds, essentially.
[1:44:32] And in that grant, which David Hagar was, or Captain Hagar was working with the North Idaho Pride Alliance with, you know, essentially how to get funds.
[1:44:41] And in that, they mentioned, you know, the reasons that they should get the funds is because the prior year we had the arrest of the 31 members of Patriot Front.
[1:44:49] But they also mentioned you by name, Dave Riley.
[1:44:53] They also mentioned the Idaho Tribune as reasons for them getting their security grant funds.
[1:44:58] So again, this is just more of a repetitive cycle, but to actually see this application and to see the language and the lingo, you know, the Western State Centers mentioned in this too.
[1:45:10] So suffice to say, behind the scenes, by doing hundreds, thousands of records requests, you can start to see these data points emerge.
[1:45:17] And, you know, now with this this this SBLC lawsuit, I don't know how much more crystal clear it needs to be for people.
[1:45:25] But you can see there on that document there that it names the arrest of Patriot Front at the bottom.
[1:45:30] It names you, Dave, in the Idaho Tribune. So that was a that was a pretty big deal.
[1:45:35] So you were mentioning that you think like the AG or somebody needs to look into this.
[1:45:40] Yeah, well, I mean, it seems very clear to me that the Southern Poverty Law, they were they were operative here in North Idaho.
[1:45:47] Not only was the Southern Poverty Law Center operative in North Idaho insofar as they were trying to prosecute the Aryan Nations and Richard Butler and all of this.
[1:45:58] We also know that they were in Idaho sending funds to people like Paul Mullet.
[1:46:04] Paul Mullet was this weird Nazi guy that was a leader in the Aryan Nations. He was a former
[1:46:11] director of the Aryan Nations. And so he was receiving funds from the Southern Poverty Law
[1:46:18] Center to then have rallies and actions here in Coeur d'Alene. So why is there no investigation
[1:46:26] into this because I think it's pretty obvious that these groups were funding one another.
[1:46:35] There was all kinds of money. And this goes to this article that I wrote on my X account. If
[1:46:40] you're on X, you should be able to access this thing. Where did it go? Where did it go? Where
[1:46:45] did it go? Come back. Come back. I saw it earlier. I did too. Well, here, let me just
[1:46:51] let me just do it this way.
[1:46:54] That was a good article too.
[1:46:55] Thank you.
[1:46:56] That's the only article
[1:46:57] that I've written on X.
[1:46:59] But this I did in 2024.
[1:47:03] Are Coeur d'Alene's
[1:47:04] woke human rights groups
[1:47:05] really a front
[1:47:06] for foreign intelligence?
[1:47:07] Because it does seem like that.
[1:47:09] Not only foreign intelligence,
[1:47:12] but like you have
[1:47:13] these weird intersections
[1:47:15] of like the head of the HREI
[1:47:17] at one point was this guy.
[1:47:20] Reese Johnson.
[1:47:20] Reese Johnson, right? And Reese Johnson was working in Israel, in Palestine, for a guy named
[1:47:27] Ayad El-Saraj, who was this guy here on the left, who is now, of course, sitting here with Noam
[1:47:35] Chomsky, big Epstein guy, by the way, for those unaware. And so after working for Ayad El-Saraj
[1:47:43] in Israel for the Palestinian side, allegedly, he was a pharmacist giving drugs to Palestinian
[1:47:50] by the way. Some thought that perhaps he was actually an Israeli operative drugging Palestinians
[1:47:57] basically to make them nonviolent. Reese then comes into the community here as the director
[1:48:05] of the HREI. This is back in 2004. Of course, this is also after Reese Johnson spent time
[1:48:11] at Harvard's Center for Human Rights, which coincides with Jeffrey Epstein's tenure at
[1:48:18] Harvard, by the way. Well, and we've read emails from Reese, and I still don't know what to make
[1:48:25] of it. He's emailing, I mean, can you think of some of the people he was emailing? He was emailing
[1:48:31] the New York Times, the foreign relations, the Keir Starmer, the people in Russia. He was claiming
[1:48:39] at one point very recently, back in 2023, that he had actually been contracted by the Biden
[1:48:44] Department of Justice to run a sting operation on neo-Nazis in Spokane that had participated in
[1:48:52] January 6th and that his assets had been frozen, his children had been taken away from him,
[1:48:58] and, you know, he was seeking restitution for his frozen assets or something like that. I mean,
[1:49:04] really crazy stuff, but at the same time, it was very cryptic. I didn't know what to make of it.
[1:49:10] Did you ever get a hold of him?
[1:49:11] I never got a hold of the guy.
[1:49:13] I wanted to dig into this.
[1:49:15] But one of the other elements of this, just to, again, you know, to keep schizo posting here, the Human Rights Education Institute started with a $1 million donation from a guy named Greg Carr in 2002.
[1:49:32] Okay.
[1:49:33] Now, Greg Carr also helped underwrite the lawsuit against the Aryan Nations.
[1:49:38] He paid the Southern Poverty Law Center and Morris Dees to be the lawyer in this case.
[1:49:42] He also wound up buying the property from Victoria Keenan, which was the, there was this whole debacle basically where like a bunch of Aryan Nations guys, I guess they tried to buy drugs or something, right?
[1:49:56] And then this woman, Vicky Keenan and her son, Jason, there's rumors that perhaps they sold bunk drugs.
[1:50:02] The Aryan Nations then opened fire on them.
[1:50:05] There was a whole lawsuit that came after the fact. It's all very hazy. I can't really talk about it too much because we'd probably get sued over it. But whatever they say that the main story was is definitely not true.
[1:50:18] long story short they wound up prosecuting richard butler for not doing due diligence on his security
[1:50:26] team or whatever they sued him out of house and home they took his property greg carr bought it
[1:50:31] for six million dollars uh from the keenan family and then they donated it to north idaho college
[1:50:37] of all places of course you see he's starting to see and to branch into the north idaho college
[1:50:42] we have to of course talk about tony stewart a political science professor correct yes uh who
[1:50:46] had been there since the late 70s until 2007, I believe, almost 40 years. And the interesting
[1:50:54] thing that we really have to talk about is that he had a public access channel at North Idaho
[1:50:59] College for decades. And who were some of the guests on his show? Tony Stewart was also part
[1:51:05] of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Rights, part of the Northwest Coalition Against
[1:51:10] Malicious Harassment, part of this collective. Then at the same time has his public access show,
[1:51:16] at NIC and some of the guests, Dave?
[1:51:19] Well, some of the guests would have been Mark Potok,
[1:51:22] the head of the Southern Poverty Law Center's
[1:51:24] Fact-Finding Division, Wayne Maness,
[1:51:26] the FBI agent that was in charge of Ruby Ridge,
[1:51:30] Leonard Zeskind, Morris Dees.
[1:51:33] Leonard Zeskind was on?
[1:51:34] I think he was, yeah.
[1:51:35] I mean, all of these, they were all in the same circles.
[1:51:38] And they did a lot of different panel discussions
[1:51:40] and whatnot.
[1:51:42] But yeah, there's also another weird connection
[1:51:45] to North Idaho College at the same time that Tony Stewart had been brought in to the college
[1:51:51] in the early 1970s.
[1:51:53] The college then brought in a consultant to help restructure the college.
[1:51:57] Do you know who the consultant was that they brought in?
[1:52:00] You're going to tell us.
[1:52:01] I'm going to tell you.
[1:52:01] It was none other than Donald Barr, bagpiping Bill Barr's dad, the OSS CIA agent who was
[1:52:11] affiliated with the mafia in New York City and who was the person who gave Jeffrey Epstein his
[1:52:19] first job at the Dalton School teaching math. Okay, this is who was involved here in North Idaho
[1:52:29] at the time. Okay, here's the headline from the Coeur d'Alene Press. College to Hear noted educator
[1:52:34] Donald Barr, former headmaster of the Dalton School in New York, will speak at North Idaho
[1:52:39] College Thursday at 11 a.m. under the sponsorship of the NIC Convocations Committee, blah, blah,
[1:52:44] blah, right? He was at the Dalton School. This is from Wikipedia, where he hired convicted sex
[1:52:50] offender Jeffrey Epstein as a math teacher. He also wrote a book in 1973 called Space Relations,
[1:52:58] which was a science fiction novel about a planet ruled by oligarchs who engaged in child sex
[1:53:02] slavery. So this was the consultant that they brought in at North Idaho College at the time
[1:53:10] that Tony Stewart was a big wig up there, which is very interesting. Yeah, there's bagpipe and
[1:53:18] Bill Barr. But like, just, you know, again, I know that this is like a little bit schizo. This has
[1:53:24] to be organized into a book or something. But you have these connections of CIA agents, Epstein
[1:53:31] associates, FBI people, COINTELPRO, and Wayne Maness. I talked about this on the show a couple
[1:53:39] weeks ago. Wayne Maness, this FBI agent that was in charge of the order investigation,
[1:53:44] he was in COINTELPRO in the 60s. In 1968, he was actually involved in the DNC uprising
[1:53:54] in 68 in Chicago, where there was mass violence. He was going around introducing himself as Bill
[1:54:00] heirs to people, you know, and encouraging them to start, you know, kicking stuff off.
[1:54:06] It's absolutely fascinating. I mean, and of course, this had to pass the FBI censor. So
[1:54:11] this is like the official story. I don't think that this is like the truth by any stretch. I
[1:54:16] think that you have to read it and then kind of look from a wide angle and start piecing these
[1:54:23] things together because there's also a lot of really interesting connections with like the
[1:54:27] Russian mafia and other stuff as well. But my God, it goes so deep. But yeah, I mean,
[1:54:34] you've got the Southern Poverty Law Center operating in North Idaho, using groups like the
[1:54:40] Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, the HREI, giving them money, giving them material
[1:54:47] assistance. And now those groups have turned into Pride in the Park. It's turned into the North
[1:54:55] Idaho Pride Alliance. They're asking for federal funds from this nonprofit security grant program.
[1:55:01] Where is Raul Labrador? Where is the DA, Stanley Mortensen? What are we doing? These groups are
[1:55:10] operating up here with impunity. You can't even protest. Like a couple of years ago, I led this
[1:55:17] rosary protest at the park against the gay pride thing, and I got reported to the FBI by this group.
[1:55:25] Do you have something up on your screen?
[1:55:26] Yeah, I just have a substack here I put together.
[1:55:29] North Idaho Catholic Rosary Walk targeted by human rights networks to police and FBI.
[1:55:35] And so you were planning a counter, essentially, or a rosary walk to pray for the Pride event that happened on June 11, 2022,
[1:55:43] the same day that the 31 members of Patriot Front were arrested.
[1:55:47] and it's really interesting because you have
[1:55:50] Michelle Beach here who's an ISP officer who was there the year before
[1:55:55] a picture of her with her rainbow sash and she just actually pulled me over recently
[1:55:59] which is kind of funny. We had a laugh about it, she knew my name
[1:56:03] but anyway, basically in this article
[1:56:06] I got emails from the police department where the director here
[1:56:11] you can see this image here, the one on the left here is Jeanette Laster
[1:56:15] the director emailing the FBI telling them, hey, there's a Catholic rosary walk on, this is June 6th,
[1:56:21] so five days before the event. Then you have another email from Michelle Beach here, the ISP
[1:56:26] officer, who said, thank you, I'll get this out to our intel people in case they haven't seen it.
[1:56:32] So she notified the Coeur d'Alene police, and then there's a flyer here, which I can pull up
[1:56:37] on my screen. This one here on the right, you can see how the Coeur d'Alene police department
[1:56:42] put out this internal flyer through their intelligence analysts.
[1:56:47] So now law enforcement, police departments, sheriff's departments
[1:56:50] have intelligence analysts that relay and send information
[1:56:55] to and from the fusion centers, essentially.
[1:56:57] So that's basically what's going on here,
[1:56:59] is they're letting the local fusion centers in the state,
[1:57:02] in the region or whatever, know about it.
[1:57:04] They're disseminating information back and forth.
[1:57:06] At the time, they blamed Vince Fox for the Catholic rosary walk, which I don't think that was true, obviously.
[1:57:15] No, that was not true.
[1:57:16] So anyways, just misinformation.
[1:57:19] You can see, you know, they put here, Vincent has been banned from regular social media platforms and has about 50,000 followers on Telegram Bitchute.
[1:57:27] So anyways, if you're a cop and you're reading this in the department,
[1:57:32] and at the bottom it says, not want its time confidential for official police use only.
[1:57:37] So they weren't supposed to give me this, but they've done this a couple times.
[1:57:40] Here's a couple more of these flyers just for people to be aware.
[1:57:43] So you could probably try to do a record request through your police department.
[1:57:47] Once you find out who the intelligence analyst is or whatever,
[1:57:50] you can scrape the domain for your name, whatever.
[1:57:52] But they're not supposed to give you these.
[1:57:54] And so one here is from the Coeur d'Alene Police Department, and the other one is from the Spokane Sheriff's Department, just for taking constitutions into the police departments and filming the police.
[1:58:05] Right.
[1:58:05] So this is what do they call that?
[1:58:07] One A auditing.
[1:58:08] First Amendment.
[1:58:08] First Amendment.
[1:58:09] Yeah.
[1:58:09] So anyways, that's how I found out about fusion centers.
[1:58:12] And then ever since 2017, when I started getting those, I was I was hooked and I wanted to know what was going on in the community.
[1:58:18] And so thank God I did because it kind of I think it helped get ahead of the curve a little bit as far as this this this insidious group that's in our community that are planning, plotting, scheming behind the scenes.
[1:58:30] And now you have the the Zionists that are joining in and it's just it's quite a mess.
[1:58:35] Yeah, no. And I just you know, I want to go over a couple of these other pieces real quick.
[1:58:40] let's take a look first of all there's been this big battle in Coeur d'Alene over who the police
[1:58:48] chief should be and this blew up last night and I'm assuming that you haven't seen this yet have
[1:58:54] you okay so this is from last night this is fresh off the press Dan Gookin the mayor of Coeur d'Alene
[1:59:02] just for those of you who are unaware we'll go back and we'll play this video this is the of
[1:59:07] course classic video of now mayor of Coeur d'Alene Dan Gookin just to kind of refresh people who
[1:59:13] we're talking about they don't give a f**k and they all I'm a bible believe in Christian I believe
[1:59:20] in Jesus and it guides my life as a Christian conservative so f**k Christian family values
[1:59:28] Christian conservative mindless cult member group thinking morons are you a pussy you're a pussy
[1:59:37] Christians, they tend to be the rudest, most disrespectful jerks I have ever seen.
[1:59:42] I seriously think if Jesus were here today, he would have a message for everyone who's a Christian,
[1:59:48] and he would just say, get the f*** those racists and white supremacists.
[1:59:52] Gay? I felt really gay last night.
[1:59:55] Come over for a gay time. Really gay.
[1:59:59] Christian nationalism, now, but let's cut right to the chase.
[2:00:02] It's white nationalism.
[2:00:04] real hardcore Christians and Christians to f*** themselves and to go to hell.
[2:00:10] So this is, by the way, who the Zionists backed for mayor of Coeur d'Alene, okay?
[2:00:19] So they backed him, he won, and now here he is arguing with essentially the old guard, right?
[2:00:27] You've got Randy Adams, the Coeur d'Alene prosecutor, who took over from Mike Gridley,
[2:00:33] who, like I said, we've got this thread.
[2:00:37] There's a lot of threads.
[2:00:39] Mike Gridley was the former prosecutor for Coeur d'Alene.
[2:00:45] This is him in the Pride shirt.
[2:00:47] We tried to put tape on my camera.
[2:00:49] Right, he battered you.
[2:00:51] He assaulted you.
[2:00:53] And so now he's out,
[2:00:55] although he was very involved
[2:00:58] with this Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations.
[2:01:01] This is, by the way, Tony Stewart, who we were talking about with city councilwoman Christy Wood.
[2:01:06] There's Christy Wood and Mike Gridley.
[2:01:08] There's Josh Hurwitt from the Idaho Department of Justice, the Jewish guy that was, I guess.
[2:01:14] Do you have a barf bag around here?
[2:01:15] Yeah, no, I don't.
[2:01:16] But he was concocting all of these terror plots against the dams.
[2:01:21] Remember, that was a big deal that apparently white supremacists were going to blow up the dam at Hell's Canyon or something like that.
[2:01:29] But anyway, so now you've got the new Zionist establishment going against the SPLC establishment over who should be the next police chief, right?
[2:01:45] And this is what happened at the meeting last night.
[2:01:49] Mr. Tainple, this is 10 years of documentation of city attorneys attacking our police chief.
[2:02:02] That's what happens in this city.
[2:02:04] And that's what this vote is really all about.
[2:02:07] It is about a power play in City Hall by unelected officials who want to overturn your choice.
[2:02:18] I am the mayor and I have authority to make this appointment.
[2:02:23] By the way, he won with like 13% of the total registered voters in Coeur d'Alene.
[2:02:28] So this is like a power play by far.
[2:02:32] He is not popular.
[2:02:34] People in Coeur d'Alene do not like him.
[2:02:35] There was, what, 35% turnout, I think, at the last election.
[2:02:41] 35% turnout.
[2:02:41] He tried to delete a lot of those videos, didn't he?
[2:02:43] Yes, he did.
[2:02:44] That turned into a big scandal for him.
[2:02:46] And he won with like 51% of the vote.
[2:02:51] And what is 51% of 35?
[2:02:54] We're talking like 18% of the total registered voters in Coeur d'Alene.
[2:02:58] And now he's trying to be all like, oh, you voted for me,
[2:03:01] and now you're trying to overturn the will of the people.
[2:03:04] Bullshit.
[2:03:04] But anyway, let's keep going on this.
[2:03:08] And it is my opinion that the city attorney and others have poisoned this council and biased them against me and against the police chief.
[2:03:23] And I know this is pretty heavy duty, but I am tired of this shit.
[2:03:28] I'm tired of having a city attorney who doesn't tell me what the law is who tells me his opinion
[2:03:35] that's biased that he tilts the table which is mayor I told you what the law says
[2:03:43] I was giving you my opinion do not interrupt me do not interrupt me do not accuse me
[2:03:50] of doing something unethical.
[2:03:57] Why are you pissing on me?
[2:04:00] Why do you do this?
[2:04:01] I am not pissing on you.
[2:04:02] I am giving you what the Idaho Supreme Court says.
[2:04:06] You are not telling me the whole truth.
[2:04:07] When I asked you last Thursday,
[2:04:09] when this agenda was approved,
[2:04:11] I said, do you have an issue with this item?
[2:04:14] And you said you did not.
[2:04:15] That's in the minutes.
[2:04:17] Why didn't you bring it up then?
[2:04:20] I had given you my opinion. I did not want to embarrass you in front of other people.
[2:04:25] So you're going to embarrass me in a council meeting?
[2:04:27] You decided to continue with the motion despite legal counsel's decision.
[2:04:32] This is the shit. You guys see the shit that's going on right now?
[2:04:35] You see the pushback from the city attorney?
[2:04:37] You wonder who's been poisoned up here, who's been told not to talk to the police association,
[2:04:42] not to talk to the interim chief, who's been told to ignore things?
[2:04:48] This is what's going on in this city.
[2:04:50] And I'm trying to fix it, but I'm getting pushback.
[2:04:54] I have a legal right to make this appointment.
[2:04:56] And if you don't like it, you can sue me.
[2:04:58] Excuse me, Mr. Mayor.
[2:05:00] What?
[2:05:00] Excuse me, Mr. Mayor.
[2:05:02] That's Kiki Miller.
[2:05:03] I respectfully ask that we return to some decorum and respect for one another.
[2:05:08] We're here to do business with this woman right here.
[2:05:13] This is Christy Wood, okay?
[2:05:16] She's the one that was the head of the Task Force on Human Relations.
[2:05:20] that worked with the Southern Poverty Law Center.
[2:05:23] She used to be a police officer.
[2:05:26] She's the one that arrested Krista Hazel
[2:05:28] for stealing $293 from J.C. Penney,
[2:05:32] the daughter of the FBI agent.
[2:05:35] That was then, that charge disappeared.
[2:05:38] It disappeared overnight
[2:05:40] and then Ruby Ridge happened immediately.
[2:05:42] So people aren't like, hey, wait,
[2:05:44] is there corruption in the FBI and in Coeur d'Alene?
[2:05:46] No, no, no.
[2:05:47] There's an extremist on the mountain.
[2:05:49] We got to go kill him and his family, right?
[2:05:51] This big bait and switch that happened.
[2:05:54] And then, of course, you've got what was the what's that Democrats name?
[2:05:57] This old English old fart Dan English.
[2:06:00] So just FYI, like this woman represents a lot of the power structure in Coeur d'Alene,
[2:06:07] the old power structure that was backed by the SPLC, the ADL and and the Coalition Against
[2:06:15] Human Rights or whatever the hell it was called.
[2:06:17] So anyway, continuing, continuing with this clip.
[2:06:20] It's full of community members and teammates.
[2:06:23] Yeah, I know.
[2:06:24] And I respectfully ask that we try to control ourselves and conduct business that's best for our citizens.
[2:06:31] Good luck.
[2:06:33] Unbelievable.
[2:06:35] Good luck because I'm the mayor.
[2:06:37] Yeah, right.
[2:06:38] And so you've got that.
[2:06:39] Let's go back.
[2:06:40] I want to bring up this article.
[2:06:45] This is an article that's worth reading. This was about and you can find this at the Idaho Tribune.
[2:06:53] I'll actually paste this in the live chat right now for those of you that want to kind of do some
[2:07:00] some more reading on this stuff and get some more color. But this article, exclusive FBI whistleblower
[2:07:06] reveals malfeasance in Patriot Front trial. Sealed federal warrant has not been produced in court.
[2:07:11] exculpatory evidence hidden by leftist prosecutor. And of course you see the Southern Poverty Law
[2:07:17] Center logo right there, you know, obviously photoshopped onto his shirt. But in this article,
[2:07:24] it details a lot of the collusion back and forth. You know, there was Antifa present,
[2:07:31] armed Antifa marching around with guns. There were people like Alisa Azar, a felon. She's a rioter
[2:07:39] involved with Antifa. She was there at this thing, but it was Patriot Front that got arrested,
[2:07:44] not Antifa. And of course, you know, Patriot Front now being accused of being an SPLC cutout.
[2:07:50] Well, and in the court documents too, during the jury trial for five of the 31 members of Patriot
[2:07:55] Front, they came out in court that the plan of action was just to go into the park as far as
[2:08:00] they could. When they met some sort of opposition, they were going to stop and then...
[2:08:03] Create a confrontational dynamic.
[2:08:04] yeah no it whatever they're just trying to go into the park like everybody else you know and so
[2:08:11] then thomas rousseau was to read a speech and they read that speech in court there's nothing
[2:08:15] saying to engage people they their plan that they you know they told the guys not to engage anybody
[2:08:23] not to talk to anybody not to initiate anything and so you know in my opinion their rights were
[2:08:29] usurped and you have these power players trying to you know at the time we had something called
[2:08:34] the United Against Hate program that DOJ was pushing for local community members to.
[2:08:40] We actually have.
[2:08:41] Oh, yeah.
[2:08:41] I forgot about it.
[2:08:42] This was a program.
[2:08:44] And as you can see here, it was put on by the Department of Justice and the Human Rights
[2:08:50] Education Task Force, the Task Force on Human Rights.
[2:08:54] This was the SPLC cutout that was functional up here.
[2:08:58] There's another one, too, that was happening in Bonner County.
[2:09:00] this group, the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force.
[2:09:05] Oh, that was in Sandpoint, yeah.
[2:09:06] That was the one in Sandpoint.
[2:09:08] And so you can see that there was like clear collusion
[2:09:11] between the Department of Justice
[2:09:14] and the Southern Poverty Law Center,
[2:09:16] the Human Rights Task Force.
[2:09:19] So the White House launched that program
[2:09:21] on September 15th, 2022.
[2:09:24] Merrick Garland was there.
[2:09:26] He ordered all 93 U.S. District Attorney's offices
[2:09:28] to participate in the program.
[2:09:30] And the point of the program is for the DOJ law enforcement to partner with community groups like the Human Rights Task Force, you know, human nonprofits, essentially.
[2:09:41] So at a lot of these meetings, you see a lot of these human rights groups, and they're speaking at the event with the DOJ, the FBI.
[2:09:49] Make sure if you notice any hate to report it to the FBI and DOJ.
[2:09:53] So there's something called hate incidents, which could, you know, they're documented.
[2:09:57] and so if you actually do commit a crime that would be considered a hate crime,
[2:10:04] they could tack, from my understanding, they could tack on these other hate incidents.
[2:10:07] Modifiers. Enhancements.
[2:10:09] Okay, that makes sense.
[2:10:10] And that's sort of what Idaho's malicious harassment law does, really.
[2:10:14] So that's really the genesis of, I think, where a lot of our problems stem from
[2:10:17] because we already have crimes against property damage, injuring somebody,
[2:10:23] that sort of thing.
[2:10:24] We don't need these modifiers or these enhancements where, you know, if you're considered anti-Semitic and you, you know, whatever, it's just, it's ridiculous.
[2:10:33] It's charging people for freedom of speech and it's not, this is not okay in America, period.
[2:10:39] Now, do you happen to remember, this is the one thing I didn't prep.
[2:10:45] There was this guy and he was the first person that malicious harassment law was charged against.
[2:10:51] Do you remember who I'm talking about?
[2:10:53] He was, his business card was found in the pocket of a guy at the assassination of JFK or RFK.
[2:11:04] He tried to blow up, here's how I'll find it.
[2:11:07] Mann tried to blow up MLK Jr.
[2:11:17] Come on, man.
[2:11:18] That's not him.
[2:11:20] he also ran here well you you can talk a little bit about what you've got I'll find this guy
[2:11:27] because it's it's fascinating he was he was initially sent up here Richard Butler said that
[2:11:33] he was an SPLC or ADL informant he was running uh computer networks and internet back in like 1983
[2:11:41] but while while the internet was still a DARPA program right so it's like where did he get the
[2:11:48] money for computer servers to be running a hate network online. Anyway, that's a fascinating
[2:11:56] angle of this thing. But I mean, it's quite to say, North Idaho has been a playing ground for
[2:12:02] these nonprofits since the 80s, probably before that even. But I think the 80s really solidified
[2:12:07] and helped a lot of these nonprofits understand how to get the grant money, how to capitalize on
[2:12:14] incidents within the community to get, you know, what they want. And I mean, it's when you live in
[2:12:20] North Idaho for a while, especially Coeur d'Alene, and you start to understand the players and
[2:12:23] how things kind of operate, it's, it's pretty apparent. And then you look at the documentation
[2:12:28] and it's, it jumps right out at you. Hold on, we're going to see if Grock,
[2:12:34] if Grock can come up with this, because once I get the name, I've got all of the clippings in
[2:12:37] my computer and I can start pulling it up. No, that's the wrong guy. No, not Kevin Harfim.
[2:12:45] Anyway, I'll have to do another, another episode on this. Honestly, like I want to do a documentary
[2:12:51] about this stuff. So if you're watching and you want to donate some money, I think I could probably
[2:12:55] do a pretty bitching documentary. Like the history of North Idaho, especially, I think. I mean,
[2:13:00] I don't know if that'd be too much. It almost had to be a mini series, but I think your history and
[2:13:05] Because you're teaching people that have doctorates in history.
[2:13:11] Yeah, there was.
[2:13:12] There's people that don't know what you know.
[2:13:14] Yeah, there's a lot of stuff that's up here.
[2:13:17] You've done a lot of research.
[2:13:18] I'm going to have to circle back on that.
[2:13:21] But anyway, yeah, I mean, it's just a mess.
[2:13:24] It's just a mess up here.
[2:13:26] And the amount that our community has suffered based on what the SPLC did up here.
[2:13:34] You know, like I said, paying paying these operatives to come into the area, paying to agitate and create confrontation, violence, disorder in the community.
[2:13:48] And basically, like any conservative Christian in North Idaho is branded a white supremacist Aryan Nations member for being against girls going into boys' bathrooms.
[2:14:01] We even had Dan Gookin calling you and I at the Fourth of July parade two years ago.
[2:14:06] Pull it up.
[2:14:06] That was three years ago, by the way.
[2:14:08] Was that three years ago now?
[2:14:08] Yeah.
[2:14:09] Oh, my gosh.
[2:14:09] Yeah, here.
[2:14:10] This is...
[2:14:10] If I can find it.
[2:14:11] Hold on.
[2:14:11] There it is.
[2:14:12] Yeah, pull this clip up.
[2:14:15] So we were just filming.
[2:14:15] I don't know if the audio will come through.
[2:14:16] I did chase them around and boo them.
[2:14:18] You know, so I...
[2:14:20] It was fun, though.
[2:14:22] I don't know if the audio will play.
[2:14:24] It should, I think.
[2:14:26] Hold your microphone up to it.
[2:14:31] You guys are white supremacists.
[2:14:33] No, we're not.
[2:14:34] You're not racist.
[2:14:35] You're a tyrant.
[2:14:36] You're a hater.
[2:14:37] You're a tyrant.
[2:14:38] You're white supremacists.
[2:14:39] You're a tyrant.
[2:14:41] What a fucking piece of shit.
[2:14:44] Oh, my God.
[2:14:45] But anyway, this is what we're doing.
[2:14:48] And so I'm really hopeful.
[2:14:51] I am really hopeful that now that a lot of this is coming out, the ties between the SPLC and terrorism.
[2:14:58] Remember, there was an operative at the SPLC, a lawyer that was charged with domestic terrorism in, I think it was like Atlanta, Georgia.
[2:15:07] There was a stop cop city was this big protest that happened.
[2:15:11] Andy Noe covered it.
[2:15:12] Oh, I do remember that.
[2:15:14] You know, just unbelievable.
[2:15:16] They were throwing bombs and fireworks at the police.
[2:15:21] And this SPLC lawyer got charged with terrorism.
[2:15:24] them. Now we know for a fact, beyond any shadow of a doubt, because of this federal indictment,
[2:15:29] that they were paying to create the hate that they said they stood against. And so now that
[2:15:36] this organization, excuse me, now that this organization has been disabled, it's out,
[2:15:43] it's gone. Like, hopefully we're not going to have to deal with that. Granted, there are other
[2:15:48] groups. The ADL is still operative. Chabad-Lubovitch is still operative. There's still a lot of these
[2:15:53] foreign influence groups that are paying for operatives to create tension and these hate
[2:16:01] incidents and whatnot. I'm kind of hopeful, though, to be honest. But I'm very hopeful.
[2:16:06] Because we're normal people. No normal person wants to be replaced in their own country.
[2:16:13] No normal person wants to bring in eight data centers, which, by the way, that's how many Idaho
[2:16:19] is considering opening. No normal person wants to live in a town where these trannies are going
[2:16:27] all over the place in these different restrooms attacking kids. No normal person wants to live
[2:16:33] in a society like that. No normal person wants to live in a society where their labor is,
[2:16:39] they're defrauded of just wages through inflation, through the Federal Reserve. Like,
[2:16:43] this is all like normal common sense stuff. So like if you're against the racial demographics
[2:16:50] replacement in this country, if you are against usury and what the banking class has been doing
[2:16:57] to Americans, if you're against the atomization that has been happening, you know, like this makes
[2:17:03] you a normal person and you normal people have reactions against this. The problem is that we've
[2:17:09] had these groups like the ADL and the SPLC that have funded the most ridiculous cartoon character
[2:17:16] extremist versions of these ideologies to make normal people look crazy and to gaslight us into
[2:17:24] accepting the liberal narrative, into accepting what the liberals want to turn our society into
[2:17:30] this totally mixed up, crazy, no moral order, you know, destruction, you know. And so now that this
[2:17:40] is out in the open, it's incumbent on us at the local levels to fight, to fight this stuff, to get
[2:17:46] these SPLC and Zionist people out of office and to assert like normal, natural relations among
[2:17:55] neighbors, frankly. Like, that's all we want. We want to be left the fuck alone. That's why a lot
[2:18:00] of people wind up moving to North Idaho. And so anyway. Then you find out that's not quite what
[2:18:05] you thought it was either. Yeah, well, you know, North Idaho is very much the front lines. It has
[2:18:10] been, it has been on the front lines. As we've seen with all of these articles that we've pulled
[2:18:15] up from the 1980s and on, we've been on the cutting edge of these cultural battles with the SPLC,
[2:18:21] the ADL, this idea of local sovereignty, you know, autonomy, subsidiarity. And so, you know,
[2:18:29] we did, you know, just so everybody's aware, we were, I was, we, the royal we, I was initially,
[2:18:35] tonight was supposed to be an interview between me and Michael Thomas, the head of the Catholic
[2:18:40] Land Movement. But I'm pushing that off to next week, by the way, tune in next Wednesday, we're
[2:18:45] going to have Michael Thomas from the Catholic Land Movement, who's going to be talking about
[2:18:49] giving a lot of, I think, rightly ordered antidotes to the disorders in society that
[2:18:56] we're facing. And, you know, now that we don't have an organization that is, you know,
[2:19:01] ginning up Klan rallies and ginning up, you know, white supremacist groups and all of this,
[2:19:06] I think it's possible that normal people can actually try to fight for the country again,
[2:19:12] which is something that we haven't had in this country for 50 years. For the last 50 years,
[2:19:17] If normal white people wanted to, like, fight for them and their family and their community, they got branded as an Arya Nations neo-Nazi.
[2:19:26] Well, I think it's really interesting to comment on that press conference in 2024 when the NCAA team was here.
[2:19:35] Yes. Oh, let me pull that up.
[2:19:36] Because that press conference, how that came together, you know, where it was at, those were the power players all coming together at the Coraline Resort to condemn this hate incident, quote unquote.
[2:19:49] And, you know, it's so telling to see, you know, they called you out.
[2:19:55] You asked a question during that press conference.
[2:19:57] Yeah.
[2:19:58] Is that in the article?
[2:20:01] I mean, I think it is.
[2:20:02] That's the full presser.
[2:20:02] If you play the full presser and go to the end, it should be in there.
[2:20:04] Yeah, let's see.
[2:20:05] Go down.
[2:20:06] Right there.
[2:20:08] Hold on.
[2:20:08] That's the full thing.
[2:20:09] Let's pull this up.
[2:20:10] So we were there at the media.
[2:20:11] So this is at the shops.
[2:20:12] Schizo mode.
[2:20:14] Schizo program.
[2:20:17] Come on.
[2:20:17] Load.
[2:20:19] This is that guy, Tony Stewart, by the way.
[2:20:21] Tony was big.
[2:20:22] So he had Christy Stewart.
[2:20:23] He had people on the city council.
[2:20:25] you had yeah Coeur d'Alene resort you had everybody was there let's try to is
[2:20:32] this just not very here we go yeah okay so let's see if we can find so this is
[2:20:37] my footage that I filmed let's see if we can find the clip is it gonna what is
[2:20:43] happening Elon can we please get an upgrade can we get an
[2:20:48] It should be like right at the end.
[2:20:50] Yeah, it was when Chief White was...
[2:20:54] Hold on.
[2:20:56] This is pretty funny.
[2:20:58] Yeah, there it is.
[2:20:59] That was like the end of the press conference.
[2:21:00] There it is.
[2:21:00] All right, here.
[2:21:01] I'll start it here.
[2:21:03] It was reported that a vehicle drove by and several racial slurs were yelled by the occupants of the vehicles.
[2:21:08] This was fake.
[2:21:09] This was fake.
[2:21:10] At the time of the report, we were unable to speak to any of the potential victims of the incident,
[2:21:13] nor were we able to locate individuals who yelled the racial slurs.
[2:21:16] Tony Stewart and the human rights people whispering in his ear what to say.
[2:21:18] It has an open case in this matter, and detectives are attempting to speak with any victims of this incident.
[2:21:24] But so far, we don't know exactly who that may be.
[2:21:26] It was initially reported that there was approximately 100 people who were in the vicinity of the incident when it occurred.
[2:21:33] We are working cooperatively with our partners at the FBI because there are federal statutes that may be appropriately charged based on what actually occurred.
[2:21:40] Once again, until we speak with the victims of this incident, and some more witnesses, it's difficult for us to determine which state or federal statutes would be most applicable.
[2:21:52] I would like to say also that if you're a victim or a direct witness of this incident, you're encouraged to call the Coeur d'Alene Police Department.
[2:21:58] I'll give you that number real quick. That number is 208-769-2320.
[2:22:02] It was right at the end of him speaking.
[2:22:04] Our detectives are actively seeing what individuals might have taken.
[2:22:10] Oh, here we go.
[2:22:13] Take some questions.
[2:22:14] I should add that we work closely with law enforcement at all levels,
[2:22:18] and the U.S. Attorney for Idaho, Josh Hewitt,
[2:22:22] and I met with him recently on another matter, not this,
[2:22:26] but he is also very dedicated as our law enforcement.
[2:22:30] We have a record that is very important in this community.
[2:22:34] In 1983 was our first case in court
[2:22:37] when a member of the Aryan Nations
[2:22:39] threatened a biracial couple
[2:22:41] in this community.
[2:22:42] That would be when they probably used the
[2:22:43] malicious harassment law.
[2:22:45] This is the guy I'm trying to find his name.
[2:22:46] And he was sent to prison.
[2:22:48] What you might not know from 1983
[2:22:50] until the present time,
[2:22:52] we have never lost a case in court
[2:22:53] in Kootenai County.
[2:22:55] That is a great record.
[2:22:57] Other questions, please.
[2:22:59] Yes.
[2:23:00] Yeah, I was curious about
[2:23:01] do citizens in Kootenai County
[2:23:03] have to worry about their First Amendment rights
[2:23:05] being violated
[2:23:06] if you can't even cite which law may be violated in this case.
[2:23:10] Could you also explain how the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations
[2:23:13] has liaisons with the FBI and, in fact, the Human Rights Education Institute
[2:23:17] under Jeanette Lasser proactively reported a Catholic rosary walk
[2:23:21] on June 11, 2022, to the FBI?
[2:23:24] Can you talk about that?
[2:23:25] I can't speak for another organization, but I can certainly say to you...
[2:23:28] I think REI is part of the Kootenai County Task Force.
[2:23:31] No, we're two separate organizations with separate boards.
[2:23:33] and I'll just say this to you in a very direct way
[2:23:37] we are here to protect citizens
[2:23:40] from violence and crime
[2:23:42] and we will never stop
[2:23:43] the inverse is true
[2:23:50] hold on, let's see if we can scan through
[2:23:54] we've got to find my question
[2:23:56] because they freaked out and closed the whole press conference
[2:23:59] that was the mayor at the time
[2:24:00] that was the mayor Jim Hammond
[2:24:02] Fled to Colorado.
[2:24:03] Total loser.
[2:24:04] He's gone.
[2:24:05] I'm not saying just verbal.
[2:24:07] I mean, it was a whole.
[2:24:08] Let's see.
[2:24:08] Oh, yeah.
[2:24:09] Here it is.
[2:24:10] Here it is.
[2:24:11] The perpetrators has yet to be determined.
[2:24:13] Police Chief White, during the Patriot Front investigation.
[2:24:16] Hold on a second here.
[2:24:17] What, am I allowed to ask a question?
[2:24:18] My name is Dave Riley.
[2:24:19] I have a question for Police Chief White.
[2:24:21] This is a press conference.
[2:24:23] This is a press conference.
[2:24:23] With the media, not with the general public.
[2:24:25] I'm in the media.
[2:24:26] Well, who are you with?
[2:24:28] Who are you with?
[2:24:30] It doesn't matter.
[2:24:30] I've got a question for police chief white on July 20th of 2022 cell phones that were illegally
[2:24:36] taken from Patriot front were left in an evidence room outside of the evidence locker breaking
[2:24:43] policy 802.3.1 let me let me just say this there is another law called the verbal assault law
[2:24:54] this press conference is ended thank you very much for coming there's and so there's Christy
[2:25:00] wood again right there's tony stewart these are the guys look how he's waving too oh very gay
[2:25:05] very effeminate look at the uh he's got the yeah stop it guys now don't ask me what i know about
[2:25:11] his little incident with the trombone player from north idaho college i don't think we should talk
[2:25:17] about that on the show but it's it's out there uh for those who know you know um but yeah we've got
[2:25:24] we've had some issues up here but i'm very hopeful i'm very hopeful for the future and i think that
[2:25:29] Well, you know, I think that their weakness is they can't debate.
[2:25:33] They can't have an open debate.
[2:25:34] So why don't we have a debate with Christy Wood and Tony Stewart?
[2:25:38] Hey, come on the show, guys.
[2:25:40] What's with all the, you know.
[2:25:42] Look, there's plenty of room.
[2:25:43] You can bring all the files and evidence that you want.
[2:25:46] I don't bite.
[2:25:47] Maybe I'll even have an extra bottle of.
[2:25:50] Definitely be an invitation to have a sit down and have a public forum.
[2:25:54] Yeah.
[2:25:55] What's there to hide?
[2:25:55] Well, what there is to hide is the fact that they have been ginning up these racial incidents in Coeur d'Alene, as we saw with the hate hoax that was here a couple of years ago with the basketball team.
[2:26:12] This whole thing was totally fake.
[2:26:15] It dominated the headlines.
[2:26:17] We then found out that there was no white truck.
[2:26:20] There was no Confederate flag.
[2:26:23] There you go.
[2:26:24] Right. That that was all fake. It was totally fake. And, you know, we've got this long history up here of Rachel Dolezal who, you know, she faked being black.
[2:26:34] She faked a bunch of hate crimes. Look at this is potential hate crime under investigation.
[2:26:40] What did this say? In conclusion, I would request that Miss Rachel Dolezal recontact police and demand a polygraph examination to determine if she had anything to do with her.
[2:26:50] if she has knowledge of anyone who participated in the above mentioned incidents. What say you,
[2:26:54] Rachel? Because all of this was fake. All of it. It's like we had normal people in North Idaho
[2:27:02] that, you know, you wind up moving up here because California turned into a different country.
[2:27:09] Oregon, Seattle, it turned into lawless zones. And it has happened multiple times throughout.
[2:27:15] If you go back, we did a podcast a couple of weeks ago with Paul Banducci. We talked about
[2:27:19] these waves of migration. That was really interesting. You know, and so it's like you come up here and then you want to fight for like what's normal and reasonable.
[2:27:27] And they they'll call you all of these names. And I think that they're basically running on borrowed time.
[2:27:33] I think it's one of the reasons why Krista Hazel is running for office.
[2:27:36] It's one of the reasons why the North Idaho Republicans is attempting to overthrow the KCRCC, the local Republican Central Committee.
[2:27:44] you know it's a big fight but I'm very hopeful and so anyway there is just like the tiniest
[2:27:53] scratch of the surface I mean I could spend days with all of the PDFs and the newspaper clippings
[2:28:01] and the history that's there please if there is somebody out there you know throw me like 10 grand
[2:28:08] I will make a rocking documentary about all of this I'm probably going to make it anyway not to
[2:28:13] e-bag or anything like that but um there's a story it's all i mean you tell it there's a story
[2:28:19] history here and every and whenever you tell the talk about the history of north idaho people
[2:28:23] stop and just it's extremely interesting well and let me let me let me give let me give a little
[2:28:29] bit of it okay it goes all the way back to the cordelaine riots of 1892 uh see core yeah this
[2:28:37] is awesome i mean this needs to be a documentary or something minor we're both videographers by
[2:28:42] the way. So, yeah. So here it is. It starts at the beginning of the foundation of the state in
[2:28:49] 1892, there was a Coeur d'Alene labor strike that was headed up and it wound up leading to the
[2:28:56] formation of the Western Federation of Miners. But you see, there was a labor union that had
[2:29:02] been infiltrated by a Pinkerton agent who routinely provided information on the union
[2:29:09] to the mine owners. Then under the direction of this Pinkerton agent, the miners got violent and
[2:29:18] they wound up blowing up a mill. Here's a little photo of the incident with the smoke rising in
[2:29:25] the background. This was the Bunker Hill mill that got exploded. Let's see here. The silver
[2:29:33] mine owners responded by hiring Pinkertons and the field detective agency to infiltrate the union
[2:29:39] and report on strike activity. Pinkertons and other agents went into the district in large numbers.
[2:29:45] Then they bring in this guy named Charles Seringo, the cowboy detective. He infiltrates the Irish
[2:29:50] Catholic Union, gets them to commit violence, and then the governor comes in and locks the entire
[2:29:56] state down with, what was it called, martial law. They take all of the elected officials,
[2:30:01] throw them in a concentration camp in Wallace, Idaho, and that was 1892. This whole thing
[2:30:09] happened again in 1899, where there were people, normal people, Catholics, living here in North
[2:30:18] Idaho that were being defrauded of their wages. They were being replaced by foreign immigrant
[2:30:24] laborers that would work for less money. And when the white population said, hey, we deserve to be
[2:30:30] paid a decent living wage. We deserve, you know, to work in dignity. They got infiltrated.
[2:30:39] by paid agent provocateurs.
[2:30:42] Wasn't there a term?
[2:30:42] Union busters.
[2:30:44] They were called union busters.
[2:30:46] And it's the same tactics that were employed
[2:30:48] by the Southern Poverty Law Center
[2:30:49] and the Anti-Defamation League
[2:30:51] in the 1970s and the 1980s
[2:30:53] with the Aryan Nations,
[2:30:55] which was a group of local people
[2:30:56] that worked in the mines.
[2:30:58] They worked in lumber.
[2:30:59] And they didn't want Coeur d'Alene
[2:31:02] to turn into a tourist trap.
[2:31:04] They wanted to produce things.
[2:31:05] They wanted businesses
[2:31:06] that actually made real things.
[2:31:08] They didn't just want to like leech off of the land and be some sort of resort town or whatever.
[2:31:15] And so they tried organizing as the Posse Comitatus, later as the Aryan Nations, and they get infiltrated by paid agent provocateurs that discredit the entire thing.
[2:31:27] Right. And that's what we're dealing with again today here in North Idaho.
[2:31:31] Normal people that were like, hey, I'm not wearing a mask. I'm not taking the vaccine.
[2:31:35] They moved to North Idaho, and now all of a sudden they're butting heads with this old guard that has been subsidized and working with the Southern Poverty Law Center for decades and decades.
[2:31:46] So it's a really interesting story that nobody has ever told, and the documentation is there.
[2:31:53] I'm not just pulling this out of my ass.
[2:31:55] There's also stuff with the Jewish mafia operating up here, as we saw with Mordecai Levy, as we saw with the Idaho State Gambling Commission.
[2:32:04] People were blowing up the gambling commissioners with car bombs.
[2:32:09] That sounds like the JDO.
[2:32:11] That sounds like the Jacobs Brothers.
[2:32:13] That sounds like M-Prize Incorporated, which was this mafia front company run by Jews in
[2:32:20] Arizona that was killing journalists for looking into their goofy business practices.
[2:32:25] That was all happening here in North Idaho.
[2:32:27] And then, of course, you've got Bobby Wilhelm, Louis Kreitzer, the mafia that were smuggling alcohol from Chicago to Seattle.
[2:32:37] You know, there is a story up here and it's really important and no one's ever told it.
[2:32:45] And that's one of the things that hopefully, you know, as this show progresses, we can begin to flesh that out a little bit more.
[2:32:52] Maybe make some more tightly produced pieces of media that runs through the history.
[2:32:58] I'd like to do that.
[2:33:00] I think that we can.
[2:33:01] I think it'll be interesting.
[2:33:03] Ked Tuzinski said the Mormon mafia runs South Idaho.
[2:33:05] Yeah, I agree.
[2:33:06] Southeastern Idaho, by the way.
[2:33:09] Yeah, and thank you for everybody that joined.
[2:33:11] Today was a crazy show, one of our longer shows.
[2:33:15] We're going on two hours and 40 minutes.
[2:33:17] So thank you to everybody who joined us.
[2:33:19] We do have some super chats.
[2:33:21] we'll be reading those. Please, if you have any last minute super chats, you can send them in
[2:33:27] on Rumble, on YouTube. You can send it with what you call it, the powerchat.live. I'm going to have
[2:33:35] to get in there because I did see a couple of, I saw a couple of those super chats come in.
[2:33:44] So give me a second. We're going to pull that up. Let me pull up powerchat.live. And in the meantime,
[2:33:51] We do have to continue thanking our wonderful sponsors like ODGG Supply,
[2:33:56] whether you're going blankie mode or you're going tactical mode.
[2:34:00] ODGG Supply has you covered with blankies, sleeping bags, night vision goggles,
[2:34:05] and a whole lot more.
[2:34:07] They've even got piss jugs.
[2:34:09] Just in case, I'm really serious about selling these piss jugs.
[2:34:13] Ukrainian, aren't they?
[2:34:14] Czech. They're Czech.
[2:34:15] Oh, they're Czech. Okay.
[2:34:16] Yeah, let me see. C, Z, E.
[2:34:18] The shape is very unique.
[2:34:20] Yeah, here it is.
[2:34:20] the medical urine bottle. It is just $17.76 at ODGG Supply, but they do have their APE-approved
[2:34:31] gear. This is stuff that they have actually tried and tested in the field, whether it's
[2:34:37] ponchos or weapon lubricant, tents, sleeping bags, glasses, you name it. ODGG Supply is the best.
[2:34:47] They've also got a fantastic podcast.
[2:34:50] Alex hosts at ODGG Supply over on YouTube.
[2:34:54] So please check them out.
[2:34:55] And if you use promo code BACKLASH14, you'll get 14% off your order.
[2:35:03] Don't ask what the 14 represents.
[2:35:05] It has absolutely nothing to do with anything.
[2:35:08] Did you have a good time out there shooting and all that?
[2:35:10] How was the range?
[2:35:11] The range was great.
[2:35:12] We went out at night with night vision goggles.
[2:35:14] Did you get tracers?
[2:35:15] Did you get any 50 cal tracers or no?
[2:35:17] No, but it was the first time I ever shot a 50 cal.
[2:35:20] Those are way cheaper than I thought.
[2:35:21] 50 cal tracers?
[2:35:22] Yeah.
[2:35:22] Oh, interesting.
[2:35:23] Yeah.
[2:35:23] He pulled up the prices and it was like, whoa.
[2:35:25] I don't know, man.
[2:35:26] And, you know, I'm still waiting.
[2:35:27] I'm like so pissed right now at the ATF.
[2:35:30] I've been waiting on a Form 4 to come back for like a month now.
[2:35:35] And it's just like, what are we doing, guys?
[2:35:37] You can't process.
[2:35:39] You can't process, you know.
[2:35:42] Anyway, we'll be doing some more content with them soon.
[2:35:46] But yeah, odggsupply.com. Check in the show notes below. We've got links to all of their products. Of course, I've also got to give a big shout out to Atlas Bullion if you are concerned that this. And by the way, wasn't it nice that it's a show and it's like not about Iran, you know?
[2:36:04] Yeah.
[2:36:04] And I think it's pretty relevant. Not that the Iran story isn't still happening. That is, it's going to be a problem. There are still supply chain issues that have yet to come down the pike on this thing. I mean, Australia is almost out of oil. They're going to have to shut down because they can't power their country because of the Straits of Hormuz.
[2:36:23] a lot of farmers are now saying that they aren't able to purchase the fertilizer that they need
[2:36:29] to to do crops next year is not going to be fun no it's not we're going to either hit
[2:36:33] some sort of inflation or perhaps stagflation god forbid some sort of deflationary cycle that
[2:36:40] top off your preps but if you are concerned that your money is going to be worth less tomorrow than
[2:36:46] it is today i've got to tell you to go to atlasbullion.com slash the backlash you can sign
[2:36:52] up to get gold and silver sent to you the easy way with a gold and silver subscription. It helps you
[2:37:00] stack precious metals, which can't be debased by the government at a whim. You can protect your
[2:37:06] labor, protect your savings, and actually have something to give to your kids and your grandkids.
[2:37:13] Because if you're just keeping all of your money in the bank, I think you might be kind of screwed.
[2:37:17] Obviously, this is not financial advice. I like to eat crayons at night. So don't take financial
[2:37:22] advice from me, please call Atlas Bullion or go to their website, atlasbullion.com. I think
[2:37:28] now is a great time to be saving in some precious metals. So you can do that with them. Now we do
[2:37:35] have some super chats we're going to read. The first one comes from Secret Himmler.
[2:37:41] I'm waiting for the horse one. Secret Himmler, who sent $40. Thank you for the big super chat.
[2:37:46] The novel Secret Hitler was recently released on Amazon Books and deals with psychological operation where right-wing groups are infiltrated by people trying to use political violence as an excuse to impose a police state.
[2:38:00] You'll love it.
[2:38:01] I probably will love it.
[2:38:02] Let me actually pull this up.
[2:38:05] Secret Himmler.
[2:38:07] There's a great board game, obviously, called Secret Hitler, Secret Himmler Book.
[2:38:13] well I don't know where this is
[2:38:17] I can't find it
[2:38:18] send me an email
[2:38:19] info at the backlash dot net
[2:38:21] whoever sent that super chat
[2:38:24] please send that my way
[2:38:26] I would love to read that book
[2:38:27] IRL con
[2:38:29] sent $25 on Rumble
[2:38:32] really entertaining show
[2:38:34] well thank you
[2:38:34] yeah it was entertaining
[2:38:36] we had Gavin McInnes
[2:38:37] we had Richard Spencer
[2:38:38] Ken Silva
[2:38:39] of course Casey Whalen
[2:38:41] so I think it was
[2:38:43] a pretty good show. Pretty interesting. What else? What else? Got to give another shout out to
[2:38:52] Above Time Coffee Roasters. Of course, if you need help waking up in the morning like I do,
[2:38:57] you need a nice cup of coffee to get your juices flowing. And Above Time Coffee Roasters has just
[2:39:01] that. They've got non-kosher, small batch, hand-roasted coffee, and they're pro-white,
[2:39:06] so they don't hate us. They don't want us to be replaced with H-1B workers or AI or whatever. So
[2:39:13] please visit abovetimecoffee.com. Use promo code BACKLASH10. You'll get 10% off your order,
[2:39:20] and they really do have some of the most delicious coffee that I have ever tasted. So please
[2:39:25] visit Above Time Coffee. If you patronize them, they patronize us. They help us bring you this
[2:39:31] kind of content, which is very fun and interesting, and hopefully you all learned something. Hopefully
[2:39:36] it wasn't too schizo. It was a little schizo. You didn't have the horse question? No. Well,
[2:39:42] have you ever ridden a horse, Casey? I don't know. You didn't get asked. Have you ridden a horse?
[2:39:46] Tell me now. Yes. Yes, I have. You have ridden a horse. When I was younger, yeah. Okay. Big
[2:39:49] shout out to Book Track Grooves. I haven't seen him in a little bit, but you know. And otherwise,
[2:39:56] you know, like I said, I just, I cannot stress how hopeful I feel. I think that there are
[2:40:01] factors and things coming into play that is going to make it easier for normal people to live good
[2:40:09] lives in this country and to be a bulwark against globalism against replacement and i think that
[2:40:16] we're going to see these communities different communities pockets developing and uh with that
[2:40:24] thank you all thank you all for joining oh go ahead do you have one more oh yeah yeah please
[2:40:29] Let me just let it go ahead and plug.
[2:40:30] The screaming kid in the background.
[2:40:31] No, it's all good.
[2:40:33] No, and thanks for having me on.
[2:40:34] I appreciate it.
[2:40:34] It was a long, long show, but it was really interesting, I think, with the people that
[2:40:39] joined us.
[2:40:39] So I'm doing a documentary on Dr. James Fetzer.
[2:40:42] I'm leaving a couple weeks ago to my birth state of Wisconsin to chat with Jim and get
[2:40:49] his life story in the can.
[2:40:50] He's 85.
[2:40:51] And so if you'd like to help with the documentary, you can go to gibsongo.com forward slash James
[2:40:56] Fetzer and the working title is Truth in Question. If you have any questions about the documentary or
[2:41:03] how to do records requests or if you have a tip or whatever in your North Idaho or Idaho in general,
[2:41:08] you can reach out to me at North Idaho Exposed, E-X-P-O-S-E-D, at ProtonMail. I'd be happy to
[2:41:15] help you out. And again, thanks for having me on, Dave. I appreciate it. It was a lot of fun.
[2:41:20] About time. I know. It's been a while. And thank you for coming on. You really have done a lot of
[2:41:25] really tremendous work for the community here in North Idaho. A lot of corruption that normal
[2:41:29] journalists will look the other way. And you have consistently showed up, put in the work,
[2:41:36] put in the records requests, got boots on the ground to get the real story. Things like what's
[2:41:41] going on in Bonner County with the school district up there, like with the hate hoax that happened.
[2:41:48] You've been all over the state crisscrossing down to the Capitol up here. I've been embedding in
[2:41:53] communities essentially for months on end kind of just like a leaf on the wind trying to help
[2:41:58] get stories out that are not people can't get out so it's i've kind of got a form i kind of got it
[2:42:03] down now like i just went to uh potlatch idaho just to help with this this uh board this recreation
[2:42:09] board or whatever and we did an interview with a guy and went filmed the board he caught them
[2:42:12] lying i filmed it i mean it's it's like dynamite so i wish more people understood how to do this
[2:42:18] but it takes a long time to do everything, you know, the video, the writing, the interviews.
[2:42:23] But once you get there, it's, this is awesome, you know.
[2:42:27] So it's definitely a God thing.
[2:42:28] We need more of it.
[2:42:29] We need more of you doing FOIA requests and more of you getting involved in your local community.
[2:42:35] Be a pillar in your community.
[2:42:37] Be a good force for morality, for truth, you know,
[2:42:42] for the people that are constantly shit on by corporations and these big interests.
[2:42:48] You need to find your tribe and find your people and come together and put up a resistance to what they're trying to do because they're trying to make America not America.
[2:42:58] And they're doing a hell of a job of it, frankly.
[2:43:02] And so we've got to resist.
[2:43:03] And I think that certain places will be successful in this.
[2:43:07] And to that end, we're going to have a big interview coming out next week with Michael Thomas, the founder of the Catholic Land Movement.
[2:43:14] We'll be discussing Catholic social teaching when it comes to labor, when it comes to work,
[2:43:20] when it comes to money, when it comes to subsidiarity and your local community.
[2:43:24] I think that you guys are going to really enjoy the conversation that Mike and I had.
[2:43:29] And of course, there'll be more information on that.
[2:43:31] We'll be back Monday.
[2:43:32] Don't know who the guest is yet.
[2:43:34] We'll find somebody.
[2:43:35] But there's going to be a lot going on.
[2:43:37] Of course, the war in Iran, developments here at home.
[2:43:40] And so we'll be covering all of that.
[2:43:42] This is The Backlash.
[2:43:43] Thank you for joining us. God bless you and have a good night. Bye-bye.
[2:44:13] Thank you.
[2:44:43] The End
[2:45:13] Thank you.
[2:45:43] We'll be right back.
