[0:00:00] Hello and welcome to The Backlash. I'm your host, David J. Reilly. Thank you so much for joining me today.
[0:00:09] Got a wonderful show. Got a great guest. A lot of interesting topics that we're going to be covering.
[0:00:15] So, oof, I'm about to pass out. It's been a day, let me tell you. But please, before we get started, make sure that you hit the like button on the video.
[0:00:25] Make sure that you're following us on all of our platforms.
[0:00:27] Of course, we are on X at Real Backlash, our website, thebacklash.net, with all of our
[0:00:35] past episodes, our past guests.
[0:00:37] And I actually just added some new functionality to the site.
[0:00:42] It's not on that one, but like past episodes, we've got transcripts now that you can actually
[0:00:48] search everything that we've talked about on the show, help you find topics that are,
[0:00:54] you know, interesting to you and everybody in your orbit. You can support the show on the website as
[0:01:00] well. We've got a Patreon. We've got a subscribe star. You can send us some shekels as well if you
[0:01:06] find the content that we do here interesting and good. So thank you again for tuning in.
[0:01:12] We've got some stuff that we're going to talk about. What is this? My body cam is freaking out
[0:01:18] on me, man. Turn off. It's been one of those days. So, uh, of course the reason it's been
[0:01:25] one of those days is because I was up till like one o'clock last night at the Kootenai County
[0:01:30] Republican central committee meeting. Uh, these guys went for five hours. Uh, so I'm going to
[0:01:36] give you an update on that, uh, towards the end of the show, but weaponized incompetence,
[0:01:41] just totally, totally malicious. What's been going on at our local Republican party. So
[0:01:47] people do need to be aware of what's going on with that. So we will go there. But first,
[0:01:53] we need to thank all the sponsors for making this show possible. First up, of course,
[0:01:57] is our friends at ODGG Supply. Whether you're going blankie mode or bug out mode,
[0:02:02] you need to be prepared for anything. And as this gas crisis and diesel fuel shortage and all of
[0:02:08] this is going on, things could get crazy. So you want to make sure that you are properly outfitted,
[0:02:13] that you've got some extra food, maybe some MREs.
[0:02:17] Make sure that your guns are all sighted in and working well.
[0:02:21] And our friends at ODGG Supply can help you do that.
[0:02:24] Use promo code BACKLASH14.
[0:02:26] You will get 14% off your order.
[0:02:29] And while you're stocking up on things,
[0:02:31] you should stock up on some Above Time Coffee,
[0:02:33] makers and purveyors of the finest hand-roasted,
[0:02:37] fair-trade, pro-white, non-kosher coffee
[0:02:41] at abovetimecoffee.com.
[0:02:43] Use promo code Backlash10.
[0:02:44] You'll get 10% off your order with them.
[0:02:48] And, you know, while we're talking about health,
[0:02:50] we do need to be conscious of what we're using soap-wise on our bodies.
[0:02:56] The skin is, I think, the body's largest organ.
[0:02:58] Maybe I'll stand corrected on that.
[0:03:00] I don't know.
[0:03:00] But, you know, you get in the shower,
[0:03:02] you start rubbing all kinds of detergent and petroleum byproduct all over you.
[0:03:07] I don't think that's good.
[0:03:08] So our friends at Idaho Tallow make natural soap and skin care products.
[0:03:13] that won't disrupt your endocrine system, it won't turn you gay.
[0:03:16] So you go to IdahoTallow.com and use promo code FORLIFE,
[0:03:21] and you can get 10% off your order and 20% of every purchase
[0:03:25] will go towards fighting the abortion initiative
[0:03:27] that is going to be on Idaho's ballot this November.
[0:03:31] Of course, AtlasBullion.com.
[0:03:33] If you are sick of being robbed by the federal government
[0:03:36] by runaway money printing, you want to start stacking precious metals.
[0:03:41] I don't know if you guys saw or not,
[0:03:43] but the 10-year yield just broke past 5%.
[0:03:48] It's skyrocketing.
[0:03:50] We're hitting some sort of economic crisis very soon here.
[0:03:55] So you want to make sure that you're prepared
[0:03:57] with some gold and silver.
[0:03:59] And our latest sponsor, of course, IHS Press.
[0:04:03] These guys are the only publisher exclusively dedicated
[0:04:07] to the social teachings of the church.
[0:04:10] There's some required reading that you need to pick up.
[0:04:12] Action by Jean Husset, Flee to the Fields, The Faith and Works of the Catholic Land Movement,
[0:04:22] and Economics for Helen. If you don't have these books, if you haven't read them,
[0:04:27] these are required reading. And you can get it all at ihspress.com. And yeah, yeah, yeah,
[0:04:34] they're going to be getting a new website soon. We know. It looks like it's from 1993, but
[0:04:39] whatever. Anyway, today we are going to be talking about goyslop. Okay. This meme has been going all
[0:04:46] over the internet. People are starting to realize that the food that we're eating is fake. It's not
[0:04:53] good for you. It's not nutritious and it's causing a lot of problems. So today we have joining us
[0:04:58] Denise Dijon. She's a holistic nurse. She's been practicing in this field for over a decade. She's
[0:05:05] been working with patients, both online and in person, helping them identify and remove the
[0:05:10] physical, emotional, and spiritual obstacles that are preventing their bodies from healing.
[0:05:15] Denise, thank you so much for joining me today.
[0:05:18] Thank you so much for having me. It's really wonderful that this is starting to get
[0:05:23] mainstream as far as people realizing that the foods we're eating are literally killing us.
[0:05:30] And we really can't give it the noble name of food because it's actually a poison.
[0:05:37] And so we get to that point, and this is where, you know, in working with my patients is there just has to be a shift in our thinking.
[0:05:46] Because when we associate this with food or it's even say it's benign or it's not, it's actually poison.
[0:05:57] And the reason it's poison is because it's sold by what?
[0:06:00] Corporations, marketers, you know, and corporations is corpse.
[0:06:05] It's dead.
[0:06:06] And so it's a business.
[0:06:07] And so they're in the business, the corporations who sell your food are in the business of profit.
[0:06:12] They're not in the business of your health.
[0:06:14] So what they want to do is have you eat as much of their product as possible.
[0:06:19] Well, what's one great way to do that?
[0:06:22] Get you addicted.
[0:06:22] so currently there's over a hundred thousand man-made chemicals those are chemicals that's
[0:06:31] not food that are put in food and the reason these chemicals are put in those foods is to
[0:06:37] cause what they call irresistible but let's go ahead and call it what it is it's addictive
[0:06:42] you know so they they put these chemicals in food to have us become addicted to these foods
[0:06:49] so that we buy their product.
[0:06:53] And so it really started back in the 70s
[0:06:55] when the cigarette companies started realizing that,
[0:07:00] hey, people are wising up to the fact that cigarettes
[0:07:04] are in the highly addictive chemicals
[0:07:06] they put in the nicotine and in the cigarettes
[0:07:08] were actually poisoning people.
[0:07:10] So the cigarette companies decided
[0:07:12] they needed to buy up the food industry.
[0:07:15] So this is where the shift happened.
[0:07:17] So they took their chemicals,
[0:07:19] and they put it in into the food.
[0:07:21] It's not food.
[0:07:22] They put it into the product.
[0:07:24] Anytime that something has a barcode,
[0:07:26] it's literally a product.
[0:07:27] It's no longer a food.
[0:07:29] So we've just gotten to the point
[0:07:31] where we need to get back to Mother Nature
[0:07:34] and how not only how we are designed,
[0:07:39] but how our food is designed
[0:07:41] that was given to us by our creator,
[0:07:43] by a grand creator
[0:07:46] that has not only designed our bodies,
[0:07:49] in a perpetual state of healing and rejuvenation,
[0:07:53] but just giving us everything we already needed
[0:07:56] to provide our body for revitalization,
[0:08:02] for health, for rejuvenation.
[0:08:04] And one of the things about the chemicals
[0:08:08] that are put in food, the poisonous chemicals,
[0:08:10] is that when we put these poisonous chemicals,
[0:08:14] you know, you just showed fried chicken,
[0:08:15] it could be, it's literally everything.
[0:08:17] So when we put these chemicals in our body, what happens is we have a proliferation of unbeneficial microbiome or microbes within our intestines.
[0:08:33] So they start to proliferate.
[0:08:35] Well, like any living organism, it wants to survive.
[0:08:39] So what it does is it lives on these chemicals, these poisons, these toxins.
[0:08:46] So the more of these toxins we eat, the more unbeneficial bacteria or microbiome we create within ourself when we create a disease.
[0:08:57] And so what they do is they create what's called endotoxins.
[0:09:03] So they put off off products that actually poison us.
[0:09:08] And when we eat the high amounts of sugar in all forms, because I think there's over 100 names for sugar now, so it's hidden in everything.
[0:09:18] The microbiome produces what's called gluteomorphine.
[0:09:24] And it is exactly what it is.
[0:09:26] so you ever think about like it's late at night and you want to go to the refrigerator and you're
[0:09:32] like oh i just want something sweet you know you just have this like and you're almost like a
[0:09:36] walking zombie because you are a walking zombie your microbiome is carrying you to the refrigerator
[0:09:42] or to your pantry and it wants to be fed so it puts off these off toxins that make you feel just
[0:09:48] not so good you know you have that little ache in your in your head or whatever but the moment you
[0:09:53] eat that sugar or that whatever it is, you have this release like, oh, you know, you have this,
[0:10:01] that is actually morphine. It's gluteomorphine. So, you know, everything wants to survive. So
[0:10:06] the microbiome is literally creating zombies in people to have them feed them. So how do we
[0:10:15] eliminate that, you know, and that's going to be to starve them out and to create a microbiome
[0:10:21] that is beneficial for the body.
[0:10:23] But that's a lot easier said than done
[0:10:25] because one of the things that I really like to
[0:10:28] get my patients to process
[0:10:34] is that humanity, not Americans,
[0:10:38] not humanity are now drug addicts.
[0:10:41] And we're drug addicts from all the chemicals
[0:10:42] that have been put in our food,
[0:10:44] just like came right from the cigarettes into the food.
[0:10:48] And we're alcoholics.
[0:10:51] that's yeah and we're going to get into that i mean certainly i remember we met about a month
[0:10:56] ago at this catholic land movement conference yes and i heard you talking about this you know like
[0:11:00] kids basically you know five years old you know you give them a juice box and they're like
[0:11:04] essentially turning into alcoholics uh yeah they're getting like type 2 diabetes but like
[0:11:09] before we even get into that and get in there like i just wanted to put a couple things on
[0:11:14] screen so like first up here you know people think oh chick-fil-a that's pretty good right
[0:11:19] That's, you know, for fast food, that's, it's chicken, right?
[0:11:22] Well, take a look at this.
[0:11:24] This is their nutrition information.
[0:11:27] There's over 40 different ingredients in a chicken sandwich.
[0:11:34] It's like, this isn't even chicken anymore, right?
[0:11:37] You got soybean oil.
[0:11:38] You've got all kinds of goofy stuff that I can't even pronounce.
[0:11:44] Monoglyceride.
[0:11:44] I'm sure that's some sort of sugar.
[0:11:46] um but it's it's not chicken it's like actually not chicken anymore it's like this conglomeration
[0:11:54] of weird ingredients and so i wanted to kind of get into this just from like the historical
[0:12:01] perspective right because things have changed a lot over the last 100 200 years uh with the
[0:12:07] industrial revolution and with uh the the industrialization of food production uh right
[0:12:14] You know, it went from, you know, most people would kind of live on like a homestead.
[0:12:19] You would have chickens in the backyard.
[0:12:22] You'd have your own little garden.
[0:12:23] You'd be able to kind of feed your family based off of that.
[0:12:27] Now we're in this paradigm where you go to Walmart, you go to the supermarket.
[0:12:33] It's all, you know, being shipped in from South America, from China.
[0:12:38] You're getting avocados from, you know, halfway around the world.
[0:12:41] And, you know, also with this mechanization and the supply chain thing that we've got right now, this just-in-time supply chain with our food, you know, you go to the store in the middle of winter and you're seeing grapes, you're seeing oranges.
[0:13:00] so tell us about that angle of it the change from uh you know being able to provide and having that
[0:13:11] kind of i don't know if holistic i guess but you know there are certain foods that are ripe at
[0:13:17] certain times of the year and now you can basically get anything you want any time of the year so
[0:13:22] kind of if you could lay that out for us that would be helpful i think as a starting point
[0:13:28] We and even when we follow the Bible and we follow when there's a time to fast, you know, and that's that's in before, you know, during Easter, you know, before spring.
[0:13:44] Everything in the Bible, it actually needs to be taught another step so that we understand the purpose of fasting, the purpose of feasting.
[0:13:55] Because we have through ancestrally, we always just have to go back to how we have evolved over millennia.
[0:14:02] And we've evolved with feasting and fasting.
[0:14:07] And so we were never intended to have fruit year round.
[0:14:11] That's not the intention.
[0:14:14] The intention is when we fast during Easter, what we're doing during that fast is we're clearing out toxins, heavy metals, mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium.
[0:14:28] Why are we clearing them out then?
[0:14:30] Because we're getting ready to go into a feast.
[0:14:34] Well, what is the feast during summer and early fall?
[0:14:37] That's all the fruit that's on the trees, right?
[0:14:39] You know, we have all, you know, there's an abundance of fruits and vegetables.
[0:14:44] And so we were actually evolutionarily designed to to become addictive to sugars.
[0:14:50] So this is what this is what corporations have tapped into to to hook us.
[0:14:56] During that season, when there was there is an abundance, which we are coming, you know, we're kind of in right now.
[0:15:03] And we've been in through the summer and a little into the fall.
[0:15:06] we're it's it's called survival value for the winter so we so evolutionarily we would eat a
[0:15:14] lot of fruit a lot of uh you know and that's locally right right in your area we would we
[0:15:18] would have that and at some at some point um so that would basically have us um gain gain weight
[0:15:28] We would gain fat because, but the reason we fasted prior to the feast, which is this current time, is we wanted to eliminate the heavy metals within our body to prepare to take in heavy metals, which does the fruit have heavy metals?
[0:15:47] Well, does the soil?
[0:15:49] Yes.
[0:15:49] So the soil has, this is nothing new under the sun.
[0:15:53] The soil has always had mercury, lead, arsenic, all these heavy metals in it.
[0:15:58] So the reason we cleanse or fast prior to the feast is to prepare the body to take in more heavy metals.
[0:16:08] We don't do that.
[0:16:09] What do we do?
[0:16:10] We just eat and eat and eat and eat.
[0:16:13] Okay, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
[0:16:15] Then we feast during the summer.
[0:16:19] We're vacationing with our families and we're feasting.
[0:16:21] Then we go into Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's here in New Orleans.
[0:16:31] It's Mardi Gras, which is a whole nother party environment.
[0:16:35] So we never gave the body a cyclical cycle of feasting and fasting.
[0:16:43] So we never cleansed during Easter season.
[0:16:47] We feasted.
[0:16:47] so we've added more chemicals more you know lead mercury and arsenic then we then we go into the
[0:16:55] fall in the winter are we overloaded we didn't fast we took in more we start the gluttony of
[0:17:03] all the holidays right and so now the body says i'm so overloaded with toxins mercury lead i need
[0:17:11] to cleanse. So the body goes into what we call flu season. It's not flu season. It's the body
[0:17:18] taking a virus and activating it within the body to try and alleviate some of these toxins, these
[0:17:25] heavy metals that we didn't do through going through the cycle because we're cyclical. We're
[0:17:32] not linear. And so we look at time and we look at our bodies and our life as a linear fashion.
[0:17:38] but every day that we wake up, the sun rises and there's certain things that happen as the sun
[0:17:44] rises and it's midday and then it's sunset and then it's night. There's a whole cycle that goes
[0:17:50] on in the way that we eat, even within a 24 hour period. There's also a cycle that happens within
[0:17:57] an entire year period. And so when we're not, we're just not honoring the laws of nature any
[0:18:04] longer. We think that the conveniences of having fruit year round or having, we're not supposed to
[0:18:11] have it. If it's not growing in your area, you're not supposed to have it. So you have it when it's
[0:18:15] seasonally in your area, and then you move into the diet. We evolutionarily evolved. We evolved
[0:18:24] because we ate meat. So this is where we then go to. So we've just lost sight of
[0:18:33] how to honor the cyclical cycle within a 24 hour, within a 365 day cycle of, um, of the way we're
[0:18:43] designed to eat. Um, none of these, you know, and so if we're taking in these fruits that are,
[0:18:49] that are being shipped in, of course they have glyphosate on them. And even, even today,
[0:18:55] what's called organic in the grocery store is a lie, uh, because now they, uh, have legally,
[0:19:02] the FDA has approved chemicals and glyphosates to be organic. And so now we're basically eating,
[0:19:13] and glyphosate is by nature a broad spectrum antibiotic, just what you have up there.
[0:19:17] And so that's what glyphosate is. So we're taking in a broad spectrum antibiotic for what? Breakfast,
[0:19:23] lunch, and dinner. So we're actively destroying our microbiome. And our microbiome is our health.
[0:19:31] It's a total environment within the body.
[0:19:37] Our human cells are only 10% of our body.
[0:19:42] The other 90% is microbes.
[0:19:45] So we are really, if we don't honor that, we're not honoring how we're designed.
[0:19:51] So we're taking in this glyphosate and we're just destroying.
[0:19:56] So what glyphosate does, it literally puts holes in the GI tract.
[0:20:02] Once it does that, along with the plants, which we haven't even touched on yet.
[0:20:09] But these holes cause, when you look at your large or your digestive system, from your mouth to your anus is a closed system, like a plumbing system.
[0:20:22] So everything that's in there needs to stay in there.
[0:20:24] But what happens is with glyphosate, with plants, with seeds, with all these grains, it causes the holes to happen within the large intestine or throughout.
[0:20:38] And so now toxins and chemicals are flowing out of the large intestine into the pelvic area and then into the bloodstream.
[0:20:47] So it really just depends on where these chemicals now land, these toxins land, undigested food.
[0:20:54] And, you know, so a person has a shrimp allergy.
[0:20:56] Well, why didn't they have one last year?
[0:20:58] Why do they have one this year?
[0:21:00] So why do they have one is because that shrimp left the system.
[0:21:07] It left the plumbing system and it now lodged itself, which it has an affinity for collagen or connective tissue in some part of the body.
[0:21:16] The body now recognizes this as a foreign object.
[0:21:19] It says, this is not me.
[0:21:21] This isn't me.
[0:21:21] So it elicits an autoimmune response.
[0:21:26] So the immune system comes in to attack it.
[0:21:29] So this is how we start to get autoimmune diseases.
[0:21:32] So literally all disease starts in the gut.
[0:21:37] And so our goal is to stop first poisoning the gut with things like glyphosate, which
[0:21:44] we haven't talked about plants being literally indigestible.
[0:21:47] and um and then we start giving the body the building blocks to heal and seal the gut
[0:21:54] when we do that then we have a closed system we have a system that uh we're not allowing toxins
[0:22:02] to to flow out into the bloodstream so um you know we're just not designed we're not designed
[0:22:11] to eat and this is a hard one for for people is we're not designed to eat plants we're not
[0:22:17] I've designed to eat legumes, beans, seeds, nuts.
[0:22:23] These are, this is our body, our GI system or our stomach.
[0:22:32] And this is how we assess it.
[0:22:34] It's not about how we feel.
[0:22:36] Well, I don't want to hurt the animals or I, you know, it's not about feelings.
[0:22:40] It's just about facts.
[0:22:42] You know, and the fact is we are designed with a stomach that's a hydrochloric acid stomach.
[0:22:48] It has pepsin, hydrochloric acid.
[0:22:50] It cannot break down plant matter.
[0:22:54] So we eat it and it just sits in the gut.
[0:22:58] You know, it doesn't really serve a purpose.
[0:23:00] And all these plants have what we call anti-nutrients because a plant can't run away from its prey.
[0:23:11] so with so it's in the ground or it it has to produce something within it that will cause
[0:23:17] the body damage or or harm it has to provide its own poisons within so now we're eating things that
[0:23:25] are literally indigestible they're not designed for human consumption and so we're these anti
[0:23:32] nutrients are also putting holes in in our gut lining as well that's i was let me i just wanted
[0:23:38] going to stop you right there because, you know, it's funny, you know, I've definitely been on my
[0:23:43] own journey with all of this, you know, health food stuff. I mean, thank God for my wife. I think
[0:23:48] she's, she's, she knows, you know, you're telling me stuff that she's been telling me for years.
[0:23:53] But it's like, I remember, you know, back my college days, you know, and it's like, oh,
[0:23:59] well, I need to get healthy. I should, I should have like a, like a kale smoothie, right?
[0:24:04] Like everybody's talking about, oh, kale is a great thing for toxins and all this stuff.
[0:24:09] And it absorbs heavy metals.
[0:24:12] And this is somehow good for you.
[0:24:15] It's a superfood.
[0:24:16] And you hear all of this stuff.
[0:24:18] And it's like, I never stopped to think about it until a couple of years ago.
[0:24:22] But I'm like, wait a minute.
[0:24:24] Kale absorbs heavy metals.
[0:24:26] Okay.
[0:24:26] So what do you think that's doing in the ground?
[0:24:30] It's like literally sucking all of the heavy metals.
[0:24:33] Heavy metals.
[0:24:34] out of the ground soil. And then I'm eating that. So then I'm putting heavy metals in putting heavy
[0:24:40] metals. And it's like, absolutely. Dude. So like everything that I think, you know, and this has
[0:24:47] been a big deal with Maha, right. With, uh, was it Robert, uh, Kennedy jr. You know, getting him,
[0:24:52] there was this big Maha coalition of, you know, people talking about this, this type of stuff,
[0:24:57] but it's like everything that we're taught from the food pyramid to what healthy eating looks like,
[0:25:05] that's all basically been a lie.
[0:25:07] Am I off base there?
[0:25:09] No, no.
[0:25:10] So I basically told my children many, many times, and I told them,
[0:25:15] you don't have to know everything.
[0:25:16] But the one thing that you can fall back on is take whatever mainstream tells you
[0:25:23] and turn it on its head, and you're going to get the proof.
[0:25:26] and that's it you know uh sunscreen no sunscreen you know uh sunglasses no sunglasses you know
[0:25:33] and and and there's reasons for all that you know but we've been lied to about everything
[0:25:38] on a spiritual level i i truly have come to believe that it's to disconnect us from our
[0:25:46] creator that it's so much bigger than money it's so much bigger than corporations and making profit
[0:25:52] it's about control it's about you know harvesting our energy and keeping us in a system in the many
[0:26:00] systems that have been created and i truly see them as slave systems so the only way to get out
[0:26:06] of these systems is not to fix it i have no desire to fix not a single system not the medical system
[0:26:13] not the government none of them you know not the educational system none of them is to create new
[0:26:19] systems is to create something new. And that's something that the Catholic land movement is
[0:26:25] doing, along with many other grassroots organizations. We just need to disengage.
[0:26:33] This is my opinion. To disengage, mind our own business. What is our business? It's our health.
[0:26:40] It's our family. We are here for family. We're here for relationships.
[0:26:46] you know, and, and to mind our temple. And as Jesus says, the temple of God,
[0:26:53] seek first the temple of God and the temple of God lies within where are the temples on the body?
[0:26:59] They're right here. This is the temple, you know? And so I see so many
[0:27:04] Christians who, who proclaim to believe and have faith, but they put their faith in man,
[0:27:14] You know, man's statin drugs, man's, you know, statin drugs is a $10 million a year industry.
[0:27:21] Do you think we can have a bit of propaganda to go along with that?
[0:27:25] I mean, what's the difference between advertising and propaganda?
[0:27:28] It's a lie.
[0:27:29] It's the same.
[0:27:30] Well, advertising is advertising a product.
[0:27:33] Propaganda is a lie.
[0:27:34] So we have a lot of propaganda going on and there's a lot of money behind it.
[0:27:39] to keep people sick, disconnected from source so that we no longer can be discerning,
[0:27:48] to be sovereign, to see through the lies.
[0:27:52] And this has been since the beginning of time.
[0:27:54] And we know, we've heard the expression, give them bread and circus.
[0:28:00] So what does that mean?
[0:28:02] The bread, what is that?
[0:28:04] You know, that is not, you know, if you think about everything you need to do to just make one loaf of bread, why would you do that?
[0:28:12] You know, and the reason is it causes us to become addicted.
[0:28:17] So there's a lot of cognitive dissonance that happens with this because we're all addicted.
[0:28:23] We're all addicted to all the processed poisons.
[0:28:28] They're just highly addictive.
[0:28:30] our creator designed us to be addicted to the fruit during the feast season so because it's
[0:28:37] survival value going into the fast so we actually have that gene to become addicted
[0:28:43] but it goes away because if we look evolutionarily the fruit in a few months will go from the trees
[0:28:49] and we won't have that so what would we have had we would have had animal foods right you know eggs
[0:28:55] butter, meat, fish, you know, so we would have all of that. And so that even if we, so the addiction
[0:29:03] would go away, but because like you said, you know, we have this at our fingertips year round,
[0:29:09] that addiction never goes away. And then they enhance it with all their irresistible ingredients,
[0:29:16] which are really translation for addictive ingredients, chemicals that they put in food
[0:29:21] to keep us hooked to it. You know, so it really does come down to us, you know,
[0:29:27] having some real sobering thoughts about what we've been born into. You know, all of us are,
[0:29:35] we call it victims, but we're all, you know, been born into this system and it looked very natural
[0:29:43] and normal because this is all we knew. So it's like a paradigm shift in our mind to say, you know,
[0:29:48] like what, what, how did, how did God design me to eat? How did, how, how was I designed to honor
[0:29:54] and, and, uh, my temple, you know, was I designed to eat Doritos and, you know, Chick-fil-A with 50
[0:30:01] ingredients in it? Uh, or was I designed to eat the food that God gave me? And so when you really
[0:30:09] can have that heart to heart, sobering realization that we're, he didn't give us 10,000 different
[0:30:17] products. We were given meat, butter, cream, cheese, eggs, fish, just basic foods. Now,
[0:30:27] there's a place for plants. There's a place for seeds, but they're cleansing products or foods.
[0:30:35] They're cleansing foods. But can we live without them? Yes. And so people think, well, we need
[0:30:42] glucose. Well, the body produces glucose. It's through a process of gluconeogenesis. So if I was
[0:30:50] to eat a 10 ounce steak, my body's going to take some of that steak and convert it to sugar. And
[0:30:57] so a lot of people don't realize that, that you make your own sugar and it happily does that in
[0:31:03] the amount that the body needs. When we think about how much sugar the body really wants in
[0:31:11] the bloodstream at any given times, it's five milliliters, which I think there's like five
[0:31:17] grams and there's like 16 grams, I think in one Coca-Cola or something. So that's how little the
[0:31:23] amount of sugar, like a teaspoon of sugar. That's all the body wants in one, through the whole
[0:31:29] bloodstream. We are just being poisoned by sugars, by seed oils, and by highly processed foods,
[0:31:37] you know, and it's very sobering because we're all addicted to these. We're all addicted.
[0:31:43] Oh man. It's, you know, speaking of addiction, you know, and I think the people that have been
[0:31:48] watching the show know like back, I forget what year it was. I think it was 09 or 10 or something
[0:31:54] like that. You know, I was over prescribed Oxycontin. I became addicted, right? And then,
[0:32:00] you know, move on to heroin and all kinds of other stuff. But it was through that entire process that
[0:32:07] But I, you know, hit the realization that I'm like, wait a minute, this whole health care thing isn't about fixing people at all.
[0:32:16] It's about extracting wealth.
[0:32:18] It's about extracting money.
[0:32:21] Because if they actually healed you, then they wouldn't be able to profit off of you.
[0:32:27] You know, and you apply that to things like.
[0:32:30] They have an expression, a patient healed is a customer loss.
[0:32:33] Right, right.
[0:32:34] And, you know, then you can like apply that, for example, to the transgender thing where it's like, you know, you're getting a kid like eight years old and then you're putting them on these puberty blockers, hormone blockers or whatever.
[0:32:48] Now they're going to be stuck taking pharmaceuticals for the rest of their lives because their bodies can't produce, you know, whatever hormones it is that they need.
[0:32:59] You just created a, yeah, a forever customer that you can use up and extract wealth from them.
[0:33:07] And it's crazy, you know, because you look at like Boise area, I think the number one employer in Boise is St. Luke's Hospital.
[0:33:16] It's the biggest economic driver of the area.
[0:33:19] Here in North Idaho, Kootenai Health is the largest employer in the region.
[0:33:26] And it's not about making people healthy.
[0:33:29] It's not about, you know, having having a good.
[0:33:33] Yeah.
[0:33:33] Like I said, a good, healthy population.
[0:33:35] It's about being able to extract wealth.
[0:33:38] And I'm going to take a little tangent here, too.
[0:33:41] But like, you know, speaking about like the opioid crisis and stuff like this, I've been I don't know if you know anything about this, but there's been a buzz going around about kratom.
[0:33:52] I don't know if you've ever heard about this.
[0:33:54] Kratom is some sort of plant that, you know, it produces effects that are kind of like opiates or whatever.
[0:34:01] And so they've created this like synthetic called 7-OH, which is this like super potent version of kratom.
[0:34:12] And I know that there's like a big spectrum of opinion on this or whatever.
[0:34:18] But it's like when you get somebody that becomes an opiate addict, right, the off-ramp is suboxone or what's the other one?
[0:34:30] Oh, come on, methadone.
[0:34:33] Suboxone or methadone.
[0:34:34] And both of those drugs are produced by the same pharmaceutical companies that make the opiates.
[0:34:43] and so now we're seeing this like big conversation this big wave of people and here locally i know
[0:34:51] the the zionists have been cheering uh because uh the city council in coeur d'alene just put up this
[0:34:57] thing to ban kratom or whatever and it's like this is like the one thing the one kind of like
[0:35:04] off-ramp for fentanyl and opiates that isn't owned by the pharmaceutical companies it isn't owned
[0:35:11] by these like rehab facilities.
[0:35:15] And now they're trying to ban it.
[0:35:16] They're trying to schedule it.
[0:35:17] And all the people that are involved with this in DC,
[0:35:21] they're all like heavily invested
[0:35:23] in the big pharma industry.
[0:35:25] And they're trying to once again, pass it off.
[0:35:27] Like, oh, this is for people's health.
[0:35:29] And it's not, it's about profit.
[0:35:31] The entire thing is about profit.
[0:35:33] If they can't patent it,
[0:35:34] they don't want to have it available.
[0:35:36] Right.
[0:35:37] So they have to be able to change it
[0:35:39] some type of way biochemically.
[0:35:40] I mean, there's so many things that they've demonized, like say iodine, you know, iodine, I take every single morning.
[0:35:48] You can either take it in the morning or in the evening.
[0:35:51] And there is no, there's no, there's no overdose.
[0:35:54] And they, you know, use a lot of scare tactics with that, you know, or you could cause this or that.
[0:35:59] But iodine contact kills all microbes on contact.
[0:36:05] So I take that first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, but iodine is not something they can pound. So there's a lot of scare tactics behind that because we want a sterile stomach.
[0:36:18] So those are just, there's a lot of really easy things we can do that are inexpensive and that assist the body, but they're not promoted because again, it can't be patented and big farmers, it's all about big pharma.
[0:36:34] Right. You know, I mean, it's I call it the medical mafia. You know, it's it's it's true. It is what it is. True. And by the way, don't look up the Sackler family.
[0:36:43] uh the those these are the ones that owned uh yeah purdue pharma that came out with oxycontin
[0:36:49] and they paid off all of these different studies oh it's not addictive blah blah blah and yeah
[0:36:53] they're jewish and they never they never uh you know uh had to actually pay any restitution i
[0:36:59] think like half of my graduating class is dead from opiates uh by the way um yeah so and by the
[0:37:07] way i think we do have to like have the little cut out uh legally i have to say this is not health
[0:37:12] advice. We're not here to diagnose anything. Uh, I eat crayons for breakfast. So like,
[0:37:17] don't listen to me. I'm like not the healthiest person in the world, but from your background
[0:37:23] and your expertise in dealing with this, what should like, what would a good diet be? Uh,
[0:37:28] what should people be eating? What should that look like? Um, you know, as obviously cutting out
[0:37:34] fast food and like restaurants, I don't think we should, I don't even, we don't go out to eat
[0:37:40] at restaurants at my house. We cook everything here. We try to get everything as local as
[0:37:46] possible. Our beef we get from a guy up the road that raises the cows, kills them, and all of that.
[0:37:52] So what would a good diet look like? Well, I guess the first thing we would do is look at
[0:38:00] what are the two fuels of the body? And the two fuels of the body is glucose and ketones.
[0:38:05] So we're supposed to be metabolically flexible where we can burn ketones for fuel and we can burn glucose for fuel.
[0:38:13] So the only way we're going to get to a state, it's a state, it's not a diet, it's a state of ketosis, meaning that the body has exhausted all of its glucose and it's now converting the waste products in the body, cancer cells, which we're making constantly, viruses, old mitochondria, all of that then gets broken down during say a fast, okay?
[0:38:40] or, you know, say 12 hour fast, whatever. And, and it is sent to the liver and it,
[0:38:47] and the liver converts this trash of the body's, the waste products into ketones. So the body then
[0:38:54] burns ketones for fuel. Ketones is actually the preferred fuel of the body. It does not produce
[0:39:02] off products like sugar does. So eating a diet that is evolutionarily how we were designed to
[0:39:13] go from burning ketones to burning glucose is important. So just like wanting to set up your
[0:39:21] kitchen. The first thing I would suggest is removal. And the removal is going to be all
[0:39:28] seed oils and that's going to be, um, that's like not just a meme. That's, that's a real thing.
[0:39:33] They're actually bad for you. They're there. If you, if just look up how seed oils are made in
[0:39:39] these factories and you'll never eat seed oils again, um, they're not made from vegetables.
[0:39:46] They're, they're, they're, they're so caustic. The body cannot, the body cannot process it.
[0:39:52] So the only thing the body can do in order to keep you alive is to store these forever chemicals in your fat cells.
[0:40:00] So this now becomes stored in your fat cells because your body can't process this.
[0:40:04] So taking out seed oils, taking out sugar, which we're not designed to eat sugar.
[0:40:12] And so people can tend to say, so it's the three things, sugar, seed oils, and highly milled foods.
[0:40:19] So this is seed oil production.
[0:40:22] It's so disgusting.
[0:40:24] What is that?
[0:40:25] But look how it's marketed.
[0:40:27] It's marketed like, oh, it's a vegetable oil.
[0:40:31] It seems so clean and nice, but it's not.
[0:40:34] That sludge then goes into your body.
[0:40:37] It creates inflammation within the body.
[0:40:40] Inflammation is the root of all disease.
[0:40:44] So, you know, yay for that.
[0:40:46] You know, that needs to be outlawed.
[0:40:48] You know, so taking out seed oils and it's hidden in many, many foods like you can look at like when you pulled up the Chick-fil-A, they had like soybean oil and they had, you know, so it's hidden in a lot of foods that people think, oh, this is good for me.
[0:41:03] If it has seed oils in it, oh, so gross, then we don't want it.
[0:41:09] Sugar, when you think of sugar, it's the acid they removed from the sugar cane.
[0:41:17] So it's acid.
[0:41:19] It's no longer sugar.
[0:41:20] If I ate it the way the grand creator gave it to me, it would be with the sugar cane.
[0:41:27] Have you ever tried to chew a sugar cane?
[0:41:29] No.
[0:41:29] It's very hard.
[0:41:30] It'll take you forever to eat it.
[0:41:32] However, they remove the acid from the sugar cane.
[0:41:35] They call it sugar, but it's just acid.
[0:41:38] So now you're putting this acidity in your body.
[0:41:41] And then the third thing would be to remove highly milled foods.
[0:41:48] So highly milled foods are going to be your protein powders that everybody thinks they're getting so much great protein.
[0:41:55] No, they're not.
[0:41:57] The protein powders are made from plant-based proteins.
[0:42:03] They're highly milled.
[0:42:04] So the moment it goes into the body, there's a huge, because it's already digested.
[0:42:10] Just think about it.
[0:42:10] it's pulverized. Okay. So there's no breakdown in the body to, you know, if you would eat like a
[0:42:17] steak or, you know, any type of meat, there's going to be a process of breaking that down.
[0:42:23] But when you take that highly milled product and you put it in your body,
[0:42:28] the body's going to try and regulate the blood glucose. So what it's going to do is it's going
[0:42:33] to give you an onslaught of insulin to mediate all that highly processed food. So insulin is
[0:42:46] what it, insulin is released from the pancreas in response to the sugar, the sugar in the,
[0:42:52] in the bloodstream, you know, the amount of sugar in the bloodstream. So if you, if you've taken
[0:42:56] something in that's completely digested, you put it in the bloodstream, you're going to have an
[0:43:00] onslaught of insulin. Insulin is the reason for diabetes. This is the reason everyone is, not
[0:43:07] everyone, but most people, diabetes doesn't happen in a year or two years. It happens over about a
[0:43:15] 20-year period. You go into your doctor and they measure your blood glucose and they say you're
[0:43:22] fine. You're at 4.0 or whatever. And then the next you go in, you're 4.8. Oh, it's still fine,
[0:43:29] but they're not measuring your insulin. So the insulin is what's, what's rising. And we can,
[0:43:34] we can talk about that. We'll go back to the food. I was going to say, I've got a, first of all,
[0:43:37] by the way, uh, book track grooves. I see your, uh, your super chat. We are going to get to that.
[0:43:42] And, uh, we got another super chat from still hollow. Um, somebody is asking what about, uh,
[0:43:47] organ based protein powders? Is that a similar thing? Um, I am a big fan of organ meat. Um,
[0:43:57] So I would say if you did do that, I would do it in conjunction with a whole animal food.
[0:44:09] So I'd say like eggs, raw eggs, and put that in there with it.
[0:44:12] If you wanted to use that organ-based protein, I don't think it's going to give you a huge insulin rise.
[0:44:19] But of all the powders, that would be the one if you're going to supplement with something.
[0:44:24] It would be because organs have 20 times more nutrients than, than meat.
[0:44:30] The organs do.
[0:44:31] So they're so healthy, but I, I don't use organ powders.
[0:44:35] I actually just eat organ meat, uh, you know, the liver, the, the kidneys.
[0:44:41] Um, yeah.
[0:44:43] And so that's, that's what I, I do recommend is eating the organs themselves.
[0:44:46] And, um, but yeah, that's not sure if it would raise your blood sugar that much.
[0:44:51] I don't know on that.
[0:44:53] All right. So, so eliminate, get rid of those three things. And then, and then what, like,
[0:45:00] how do we, how do we design, I guess, a program of eating that is more in sync with nature?
[0:45:07] Okay. So, so then you're just going to eat nature. And so what can, what can the stomach digest?
[0:45:13] It is, it has hydrochloric acid. So hydrochloric acid cannot break down plants. It cannot break
[0:45:20] down nuts and seeds and all this stuff. It doesn't break it down. So we're going to eat what our
[0:45:28] body is designed to break down. And that's meat, fish, butter, eggs, cheese. And of course,
[0:45:36] this has to be sourced, properly sourced. So like a breakfast would be eggs, try to keep the yolk
[0:45:45] intact because that's where you're going to get the most nutrients, not have it cooked,
[0:45:49] whether it's like a fried egg or a soft boiled egg or raw.
[0:45:54] Cause I do a lot like say with that protein powder,
[0:45:56] I would put raw eggs into a blender.
[0:45:59] I would put that organ base in there, you know?
[0:46:02] And so that way I'm combining the two, but, but you know,
[0:46:05] a breakfast would be like eggs, bacon, butter.
[0:46:09] Not cereal.
[0:46:11] Okay. So like go to your cupboard and throw it all that away.
[0:46:15] That's all poised. You know, that's, it's, it's fake.
[0:46:18] it's fake it's not real you know and it's destroying our health um you know so fish we
[0:46:26] need the omegas um so it's just it's just a bait it's just basically what we were given to eat you
[0:46:33] know in an animal form because that's what our stomach can um digest you know what do you think
[0:46:40] about the uh the carnivore diet i guess that's kind of a big a big thing yeah people are just
[0:46:46] eating meat? Yeah. So, so with a carnivore diet, I think it's great to initially to, you know,
[0:46:53] if you want to get off of all this other processed garbage poison. However, when we just talked about
[0:46:58] gluconeogenesis, so if a person's just eating like a steak or a burger, they're missing the
[0:47:06] other elements that the body's made of. And so, so if we ate like just this, just say chicken
[0:47:12] breast or chicken, the body's going to take that extra protein and it's going to convert it to
[0:47:18] glucose through gluconeogenesis. So you're still going to have carbohydrates, you know? So
[0:47:23] with the carnivore diet, my recommendation to, and the way that I eat is I'm going to have one
[0:47:30] bite of meat or protein, and I'm going to have another bite of fat. I'm going to have equal
[0:47:36] amounts. For the patients that I have that are very sick, we kind of want to do two to one,
[0:47:45] two fats to every one protein. Because when we look at how, and this is the thing about carnivore
[0:47:53] is when we look at how we're made, what we're made of, we are made of, you know, molecularly
[0:48:00] 90% water. So we have 10% dry weight. Of that 10% dry weight, 50% is fat, 50% is protein.
[0:48:12] Okay. So our dry weight, we have 50-50, fat and protein. Now of the 50% that is protein,
[0:48:23] you look at like, say my arm here. Okay. How much muscle is in here? Not very much.
[0:48:28] only 20% of the body is actually muscle. The other 80% of what's in this arm here is collagen,
[0:48:38] connective tissue, bones, ligaments, joints. So isn't that what we should eat if we want to
[0:48:43] repair this? But what in the carnivore movement, there's kind of that lack of that one missing
[0:48:50] piece, meaning if I just ate the muscle, like the protein or the meat, I'm not giving my body
[0:48:58] the building blocks to repair the rest. Right. So that's why I say, you know, even in the bites
[0:49:04] of the meat is 50% fat, 50% protein, um, or muscle, you know, because you, because that's
[0:49:11] what we're made of, but, but taking it one step further for the, so, so if I was carnivore,
[0:49:17] and basically, I mean, I did, I basically eat animal foods. That's what I eat. I mean,
[0:49:22] I did go down the rabbit hole of, of vegetarianism and, you know, quickly learned, um, what that was
[0:49:28] and what the propaganda was behind that.
[0:49:30] And we know what propaganda is.
[0:49:33] But so what you would want to do also,
[0:49:35] if you want a carnivore diet,
[0:49:37] is you want to get a piece of an animal,
[0:49:39] the whole piece of an animal.
[0:49:40] It could be the leg of lamb, you know,
[0:49:43] and you want to have this as your staple,
[0:49:44] your staple in your life.
[0:49:46] Put that in a crock pot, add water,
[0:49:49] add salt, whatever seasonings, let it slow cook.
[0:49:52] That leg of lamb is going to have what?
[0:49:54] All the pieces.
[0:49:55] so when that when that cooks down you're going to have a meat stock that's going to have collagen
[0:50:02] connective tissue joints ligaments so you so you see you're giving yourself your body back the
[0:50:07] building blocks and that and you and you can make soups with that you can make uh or you can have
[0:50:13] that like say if you would have your breakfast and you'd have um you know the eggs the bacon
[0:50:17] and a cup of meat stock next to you you know so you have that with with with every meal you know
[0:50:22] you'd want to try to have that, you know, don't worry about the, the collagen powders, you know,
[0:50:28] and all this stuff. Just, just go find your local butcher, find some local farmers, you know,
[0:50:35] and start buying your, your, your food from local farmers. It sounds like it's almost like the
[0:50:42] opposite of, uh, you know, what's the saying? You are what you eat. Uh, it's like, you should eat
[0:50:47] what you are actually it's like the opposite a thousand percent i mean i'm not a plant
[0:50:53] so i'm not i'm my body is it does not have the the amino acids that align up with a with a plant
[0:51:02] protein a protein's not a protein a fat's not a fat um so and a carbohydrate is not a carbohydrate
[0:51:09] So a package can say 20 grams of protein, but is that protein bio-identical to me?
[0:51:17] No.
[0:51:18] So we're not what we eat.
[0:51:19] We're what we assimilate.
[0:51:21] I can't assimilate that.
[0:51:23] But am I bio-identical to a lamb in my protein structure, my amino acid structure?
[0:51:28] Yes.
[0:51:29] So when I have something like lamb or beef, then my body can utilize that because eat
[0:51:36] what you are, just what you said.
[0:51:37] That's what I am.
[0:51:38] so i want to eat what i am you know and uh the difference with a cow though is a cow has
[0:51:45] four stomachs in their rumen and within that within within their stomachs they have microbes
[0:51:53] those microbes are what break down the the grass that they eat and it converts it to um amino acids
[0:52:01] we don't have microbes in our stomach we can't break down plant matter it's just how we're
[0:52:07] design. It's not about how I feel or what I prefer or what new fad is coming out. It still
[0:52:13] comes back to how I'm designed. So just because a cow decides he wants to start eating meat,
[0:52:18] it's not designed for that. It doesn't make any sense. We don't get to choose how we're designed.
[0:52:25] We get to honor how we're designed. And so when we honor how we're designed, we have harmony.
[0:52:31] when we don't honor that because we want to override that with our brains and say that,
[0:52:37] you know, I want to be this, I want to be a vegan, I want to be a vegetarian, I want to be
[0:52:41] an herbivore, carnivore, you know, then we have disease. We have disharmony,
[0:52:48] cacophony within the body. That is fascinating. Now we do have some super chats here. Let's
[0:52:54] let's dig into this from still hollow seven uh send in full body reset recommendation
[0:53:03] seven day water fast ivermectin and fenbendazole carnivore autoimmune issues and i'm a dude
[0:53:12] so what's the question i guess they're asking about uh asking for recommendations on a on a
[0:53:20] full body reset. Should it be a seven day water fast or just like ivermectin and fenbendazole?
[0:53:25] What even is fenbendazole? I've never even heard of that before.
[0:53:28] So, so I'm not a proponent of, I have a saying and it's, it's, we can't throw things at the
[0:53:34] body and demand it work. And, and this is, this is kind of the mindset that we, we have in, uh,
[0:53:40] Western medicine, you know, oh, you have a headache, throw an aspirin at it, or, um, you
[0:53:45] have an indigestion, take an antacid. You know, you have parasites, take a parasite cleanse,
[0:53:52] everything. They're all just signals to the body for what's going on. So, so like in, in that
[0:53:58] situation, I don't, I'm a big fan of fasting because however, there's a way to fast. There's
[0:54:09] a way to do it safely because think about it when we when we never fasted we continue to put
[0:54:17] not only the heavy metals into our fat cells because their fat cells are beautiful storage
[0:54:24] um units okay so they store heavy metals they store um the birth control pills that are in the
[0:54:32] water that we drink um you know all the all the chemicals that are in the water the fluorides
[0:54:37] everything, the chemicals we put on our body, the things we breathe in. So all this stuff gets
[0:54:45] stored in the fat cells. When we fast, what happens is the fat cells then release at some point,
[0:54:53] they're going to release those toxins and heavy metals, put it into the bloodstream,
[0:54:58] send it to the liver. So this is where people get what's called a healing crisis, because
[0:55:04] all those poisons that were sitting in those fat cells have come out of the fat cells into the
[0:55:09] bloodstream to be detoxified through the liver. And when they come out, they're actually 20 times
[0:55:15] more toxic than when they went in. So there is a way to fast, but it does need to be in a lot of
[0:55:21] cases supervised. And I would just recommend working with someone to first start cleanse.
[0:55:28] This is what I would do. I would first cleanse the liver, get the liver ready for the onslaught
[0:55:33] of toxins because your liver is your project manager of your body.
[0:55:40] It's your project manager.
[0:55:41] So if that's down, everything's down.
[0:55:43] So the first thing to do is start to get that liver online again, up and running, get it
[0:55:49] cleansed out and ready for a fast.
[0:55:53] Then I would move someone into a state of ketosis, which they start to learn how to
[0:56:00] first burn fat for fuel.
[0:56:03] Um, then, because, because here's why, because we're all addicted to carbohydrates.
[0:56:09] So if we go from, okay, you know, I've been eating, you know, the cereals, the, the, all
[0:56:16] this, the breads and all this highly milled foods that I'm highly addictive to, then I
[0:56:21] go into a fast.
[0:56:23] It's miserable because you're, you're now dealing with your addiction.
[0:56:27] You know, you, you, literally it's, it's, we're all addicts.
[0:56:30] And, um, and then, so, so you're going through the fast, so you feel horrible and you think
[0:56:35] it's your blood glucose that's low.
[0:56:37] It's not, it's, it's your, your body's going through withdrawals and addiction.
[0:56:42] So we want to kind of clean the body up first.
[0:56:45] Um, I remove parasites naturally.
[0:56:51] Um, that's a whole nother story, but they will, but parasites will start to come out,
[0:56:57] when the body is starting to get into harmony,
[0:57:02] then the overgrowth of parasites,
[0:57:06] it happened because of the overabundance of toxins.
[0:57:11] So as we start to cleanse the body and clear the body out,
[0:57:15] then there becomes more of a balance within the GI.
[0:57:19] We're starving them, first of all,
[0:57:21] because we're no longer feeding.
[0:57:22] So there's a process.
[0:57:24] We want to get the toxin food out.
[0:57:27] the sugars out. And, and so we start to, we start to squeeze out the, the, the unbeneficial
[0:57:35] micro biome. And, uh, and then at some point, you know, then we could move into a fast, but it's a,
[0:57:40] it's a process. Um, I, I just don't recommend, you know, Hey, I'm going to come right in. I was,
[0:57:46] cause I'm actually, I'm thinking about, uh, trying like a seven day fast myself. So you would say to
[0:57:50] like, uh, like try to like do like, you know, eat meats, carnivore, cut out bread, cut out
[0:57:56] carbs and all of that stuff. Get into that mode first. And then clean up your diet. Yeah. Clean
[0:58:02] up your diet and cleanse your liver, you know, um, and then start slowly, you know, start with
[0:58:07] like a 12, I don't know. Do you do intermittent fasting or do you do like, yeah, I eat like once
[0:58:11] a day anyway. So like I usually eat dinner, uh, and that's it. Um, and so I've, and I've done,
[0:58:18] I've done like three day fasts before and that's, that's pretty good. Um, but you don't really,
[0:58:24] I guess, what's it called? Um, the autophagy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You don't get into that, uh,
[0:58:30] until you hit day three or four. Yeah. Got it. Yeah. So, so there's some real benefits of it,
[0:58:36] but you just want to be set up for success. You don't want to be going through the withdrawals
[0:58:40] of the carbohydrates, um, you know, the sugars while you're doing the fast and, um, you know,
[0:58:47] and there's some things you can take to help to help bind with the toxins when they come out.
[0:58:51] Some amino acids, it's just some things that can help mediate the, the, the, the, the workload on
[0:59:00] the liver. But yeah, so, so in mitophagy, you know, cause you have autophagy, which is auto
[0:59:06] phagy, which is auto eating the body's now eating itself. It's eating the, you know, the
[0:59:11] debris, the old cells, the old mitochondria. So it's, it's, it's starting to say, okay,
[0:59:17] hey, wait a minute, there's no more food coming in. I need to start breaking down some old
[0:59:21] organelles within the cells, within the heart cells, you know? So, so then we get into that
[0:59:27] autophagy where, and so, so what that, what happens is all those organelles, you know,
[0:59:33] the toxins that go in, that are coming out of the fat cells, they go to the liver,
[0:59:37] the liver converts them to ketones. And I mean, it's just, it's an amazing process. I mean,
[0:59:42] we're just designed, you know, to heal ourselves and it's a very healing thing.
[0:59:46] The great thing about fasting is when we come out, because the body's communicate,
[0:59:53] we didn't throw something at the body. We, we, we, we allowed the body to do some cleansing
[0:59:57] and sweeping because the body says, Hey, you know, I'm not doing digestion. Let me spend some time
[1:00:03] cleaning, you know, like cleaning. And so it starts to, it starts to do that because it's,
[1:00:08] it's, it's always going to try to, you know, um, conserve energy, uh, because the body's
[1:00:15] designed to stay alive. But the great thing about fasting is when you come out of it,
[1:00:19] because you did it, not you, your body did it. The body says, you know, okay, now we're going
[1:00:28] start feeding again. Once that happens, it sends messages to the bone, you know, to the bone
[1:00:35] marrow, which produces stem cells. And it says, you know, hey, I need some new heart cells. I
[1:00:43] need some new mitochondria. I need, you know, so now there's this innate wisdom going on within
[1:00:47] the body. And so through the human growth hormone in the stem cell production, this is how we
[1:00:55] reverse age. Okay. Because now we're producing new mitochondria, which is the powerhouse of the body.
[1:01:00] It's our energy source. But when people go, say, for example, to Mexico and they're like, okay,
[1:01:07] well, I'm just going to go get some stem cells. I'm going to throw something at the body and
[1:01:12] demand it work. Here's some stem cells. Guess what? There was no innate wisdom within that.
[1:01:18] So they just wasted $10,000 on stem cells because the body doesn't even know what to do with it
[1:01:23] because there was no communication. There was no harmony that happened. So this, you know,
[1:01:28] a seven day fast is equivalent to a $10,000 stem cell. You know, um, you just need a fast.
[1:01:34] And it's, you know, that's crazy. It's free. It's free, you know, but, but we're definitely
[1:01:39] not going to promote free, you know, not, no, not the, uh, not the modern, uh, pharmaceutical
[1:01:45] industry or anything. Our creator designed us with everything we need, everything. Yeah. Uh,
[1:01:50] from book track grooves, you sent $5. Uh, what food do you gather for winter preserve and fermented?
[1:01:58] And have you ridden a horse? Have I ridden a horse? Yeah. Oh, I grew up on horses. I love
[1:02:05] horses. Nice. Yeah. And so, you know, it's amazing that he brought that up because I eat a lot of
[1:02:12] in, in raising horses as a little girl, there was one thing that I needed to do. And that was
[1:02:18] respect that horse because try to, try to demand that a horse do something you want.
[1:02:25] It's not happening. No, it's nature. Horses are nature. So we, we learn how to, to be in harmony
[1:02:31] with that horse, how to move with that horse. And that's the same thing we do with our body,
[1:02:36] how to move with our body. Um, what was the question? Uh, the question is, uh, the real
[1:02:41] question I think is, uh, uh, what food do you gather for winter? Uh, and, uh, I guess, you know,
[1:02:48] how do you preserve it and do you do, uh, for fermentation, fermented foods?
[1:02:53] Fermentation is amazing. It's, um, I should go grab off my counter for four jars of fermented
[1:02:58] food right now on my counter. Um, because if we think about our ancestors, they didn't have
[1:03:03] refrigerators, you know? Um, so they, if they grew cabbage, it would only be for a few weeks.
[1:03:09] And then what the cabbage would be gone.
[1:03:12] So if you didn't preserve it, you're not going to have it for the rest of the year.
[1:03:16] The great thing about fermentation is when we ferment food or eat fermented food, because
[1:03:23] there are microbes in there, those microbes are breaking down the cellular wall of the
[1:03:28] cabbage, for example.
[1:03:30] And so they're digesting it for us.
[1:03:34] And so when they do that, they crack open the cellular wall.
[1:03:37] And so that cabbage fermented has 20 times more vitamin C than if we were to eat it raw.
[1:03:42] So I'm a big fan of fermentation of kefir.
[1:03:47] You know, kefir is just phenomenal.
[1:03:49] And so fermented meats.
[1:03:52] So anytime there's a question, you know, you just go back to what did our ancestors do?
[1:03:58] If they had meat, they wanted to preserve it.
[1:04:00] How did they do that with salt?
[1:04:02] You know, and so that salt is going to produce like lactic acid.
[1:04:04] that it's going to start breaking down that meat force, meaning auto-digesting it.
[1:04:08] It's going to start digesting it.
[1:04:10] So, I mean, fermented foods are the absolute best, in my opinion.
[1:04:16] And every day I have them.
[1:04:17] And so a trick about fermented foods is if you clean up your diet,
[1:04:22] and this is just something I've discovered with myself and my patients,
[1:04:26] and it's just how it works.
[1:04:29] Clean up your diet, meaning you're starving.
[1:04:31] you no longer want to participate in feeding the unbeneficial microbiome in your body.
[1:04:38] That means giving it the toxins of the chemicals in the foods, the fast foods.
[1:04:43] And you want to just give your body what it was designed to eat.
[1:04:46] Well, those, now they don't have food.
[1:04:51] Now it's not fun for them anymore.
[1:04:53] They'll send you the signals to try to get you to get to their toxins.
[1:04:57] when we eat fermented food we're having this whole uh microbiome within the fermented food
[1:05:05] when it when it goes into our system what it does is it it's it's like a mute it's literally music
[1:05:13] it's like a harmony within there and so within our gi track that harmony is no longer conducive
[1:05:22] for the unbeneficial microbiome. So it's kind of like if you wanted someone to leave your house,
[1:05:27] this is our house, and I want them to leave, what is it, carbon dioxide? Say I was to just
[1:05:34] start releasing carbon dioxide in my house. You start feeling uncomfortable. Well, I think I want
[1:05:38] to leave. It's the same thing when you have the fermented beneficial microbiome in the fermented
[1:05:46] food, it makes it disharmonious for the unbeneficial bacteria, and they just leave.
[1:05:55] And so they're eliminated through fecal matter this way.
[1:06:00] The reason we want them, you know, when we talk, someone asked about ivermectin and
[1:06:04] condensinol and all these things.
[1:06:06] Here's the reason we don't want to do that.
[1:06:10] I don't recommend it, okay?
[1:06:11] is everything. There is not a single thing in this world that is even cancer serves a purpose.
[1:06:19] Okay. Uh, within the body, uh, everything serves purpose. So we take in parasites in everything we
[1:06:28] eat, you know, uh, in the air we breathe and there's just, there's just every, it's part of,
[1:06:33] if we didn't have parasites in our body, we would die. Like we literally need them. Um,
[1:06:38] What their job is, is they come in, they lay eggs within the small intestines.
[1:06:47] They go into the large intestines, they burrow out and they travel through the whole body.
[1:06:53] This is what parasites do.
[1:06:54] This is their life cycle.
[1:06:55] They travel through your eyes, through your heart.
[1:06:57] What are they doing?
[1:06:58] Through your brain, they're picking up heavy metals, lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium.
[1:07:03] So they have a life cycle and they have a purpose in the body and that's to clear out
[1:07:07] heavy metals.
[1:07:08] Once they've accumulated all these heavy metals, they literally go to the trachea and they
[1:07:14] burrow back through.
[1:07:15] They go back into the stomach and then they're excreted through the intestines and through
[1:07:21] your fecal matter.
[1:07:23] So they actually have a life cycle and a purpose.
[1:07:26] When we, again, grow something at the body and demand it work, I'm going to take ivermectin
[1:07:31] because I'm going to get rid of these parasites.
[1:07:33] They're busy in your body and they're doing their job.
[1:07:36] They're picking up heavy metals.
[1:07:37] they're in your brain and they're picking up heavy metals and we took hipermectin and we blew them up
[1:07:42] what did we just blow up in our brain mercury arsenic we don't want them to be blown up throughout
[1:07:50] the body then now now that has to go to the bloodstream all these heavy metals they were
[1:07:55] accumulating to carry out of your body go to the liver and they have to be uh eliminated through
[1:08:02] the liver and then so they can cause liver damage, kidney damage. So I'm not a big fan of that. I'm
[1:08:07] a fan of more, let's get homeostasis within the body. Let's get the body in harmony where we did
[1:08:15] not create a terrain within our cell that is conducive with an overgrowth of parasites.
[1:08:22] You see, because if, you know, if there's plenty of food, they're going to proliferate and make
[1:08:28] more and more. And so now you've got tons and tons of parasites and what are they doing? They're
[1:08:32] burrowing through your large intestine. Now you have plenty of holes in your large intestine.
[1:08:38] So we want to do it naturally. You know, we want to do it in harmony with our body and,
[1:08:42] and it's very, very possible. And it's, you know, I'll kind of, I would say, learn this more by
[1:08:46] accident, not accident, but you know, when discovery, you know, like, wow, if I cut out
[1:08:52] all these foods that are not foods that are poisons and I stopped feeding them. I eat fermented
[1:08:59] vegetables in the juice of the, you know, sauerkraut, say, for example, I'm producing
[1:09:07] an environment that is harmonious with beneficial bacteria and disharmonious with unbeneficial.
[1:09:14] And they just leave. They don't like the noise.
[1:09:17] Nice. We've got another super chat. And look at this. I'm actually, look at this. We're getting it on the screen now. Yay. Camille Cooper asks, what is your opinion on freshly milled grain to make fresh bread?
[1:09:33] well i just we just weren't designed to eat grains um our body cannot break it down so
[1:09:47] now if i'm going to have bread i will have um sourdough bread and because that has been that
[1:09:55] has been partially broken down by the bacteria um i love bread i mean who doesn't you know because
[1:10:01] we're all addicted. We're all addicted to this stuff. So I don't have it in my house, but, um,
[1:10:06] we just can't break down grains. We can't break down, you know, it's just not bioavailable to us.
[1:10:16] So it's, you know, if we wanted to talk about like, why think about this?
[1:10:25] their grains are grown in a monoculture is that natural to nature to have a monoculture
[1:10:35] you know to have the land mill the land pulverized
[1:10:40] um grains grown and then it did we're not getting this in the wild you know we're growing this we're
[1:10:50] harvesting this, but we're destroying the planet by doing it. And this is, you know, there are four
[1:10:56] grains now that rule, that dominate. It's corn, barley, rice, and wheat. So this is what's caused
[1:11:09] all the deserts because our soil is like the skin of Mother Earth, of the earth. It's the skin.
[1:11:18] so if we were to take our own skin and we have to mill it up that that whole system is like a
[1:11:26] it communicates this has called a humus and it communicates throughout the whole you know the
[1:11:32] whole all the trees everything so over time we continue to to plow the land mill the you know
[1:11:39] turn that soil over plant this stuff it's just not natural it's just not natural so
[1:11:46] So, you know, I think it was the 60s, they hybridized the wheat.
[1:11:54] So they made it where it's even more indigestible.
[1:11:59] And they did that so that they could produce greater crops.
[1:12:03] But the, you know, the result of that is anything we do that destroys the earth,
[1:12:10] we're destroying ourself as within, so without.
[1:12:13] we were just not really designed to to eat grains interesting yeah we just had a we actually had a
[1:12:20] what's it called a um a skillshare workshop up here with the catholic land movement on uh baking
[1:12:27] your own bread and they took us they took us through everything from getting the grain to
[1:12:32] actually milling it and like talking about because like when you get flour from the store that's all
[1:12:37] sifted all of the good parts of the wheat is taken out and you're basically just like left
[1:12:43] with, you know, the fluffy white flour part. Uh, but, and I wasn't paying nearly enough attention.
[1:12:50] I should have been, but there's like all kinds of other parts of the wheat that are getting,
[1:12:55] like I said, filtered out. And that's where most of the nutritional value is. Uh, and so, yeah,
[1:13:01] I mean, if you're going to do it, don't, uh, don't buy wheat from, or, uh, don't buy flour
[1:13:05] from the store. I mean, I, I, I would say do mill, uh, your own stuff, but like also where are you
[1:13:12] getting your grain? Are you getting like heritage stuff or are you getting Monsanto,
[1:13:17] Franken, Franken wheat, you know? So you gotta be, you gotta be careful with that.
[1:13:24] Yeah. And I think that it hurts everyone, but, but I think that depending on where you are in,
[1:13:29] in your, everyone's in a different place. Like some people can tolerate a little bit of bread.
[1:13:36] Now understand you're going to have a glycemic or you're going to have an insulin response from
[1:13:41] that because it's highly milled. That's just, it just is. So every time you have an insulin
[1:13:46] response, insulin insulates, it says it in the word. So it's going to take whatever you, you
[1:13:53] eat and it's going to store it as fat. So it seems like, well, if something says fat free,
[1:13:57] but it just depends on your insulin rise. So some people can tolerate more. Some people based on
[1:14:02] their gut health can never eat another like vegetable or grain ever because their body can
[1:14:10] no longer tolerate it. There's been that much damage. So it really just depends on how much
[1:14:14] damage it is. And then just, you know, use, there's no absolute. So say I would never,
[1:14:19] never do this. I mean, I, I'll eat some fruit. I'll, I'll eat a piece of bread if I go to dinner
[1:14:24] somewhere and, you know, but I don't use it as my daily staple. Right. Right. Uh, book track
[1:14:29] groups in another $5 super chat, uh, steak and eggs first, and then you cleanse the liver would
[1:14:36] green tea help geoffer uh does cloves help with liver uh also does this help with lead poisoning
[1:14:43] okay um a lot of a lot of questions yeah green tea is great i'll say that it helps with your um
[1:14:52] your vice your your insulin rise um for lead so any type of if you want to pull out any type of um
[1:15:00] heavy metals what everyone should be on i'm saying these these three things and they're super cheap
[1:15:07] and you can just get them yourself um is uh iodine because it contact kills all microbes in the
[1:15:15] stomach you want to do that first thing in the morning on an empty stomach you want to do um
[1:15:20] sulfur organic sulfur s-u-l-f-u-r okay it's s-m-n-s-s-m-m-s i can't i can't say it right now
[1:15:28] but it's, it's sulfur S C S U L F U R. So what sulfur does is it kills, uh, or it, um,
[1:15:37] helps bind to heavy metals. So, so it will start removing the toxins and the poison. So you want
[1:15:42] to take that maybe three days a week. It is cheap. Um, it is, it is, uh, it's actually made from,
[1:15:49] uh, pine trees. Um, and then you want to do vitamin C because we're, we're one of the few
[1:15:56] animals that do not make vitamin C. So we also want to take that, say at night on an empty stomach,
[1:16:02] you know, like right before bed, um, vitamin C to tolerance, basically. Um, meaning, you know,
[1:16:09] that, that you don't have bowel movements, you know, or, you know, to cause, so you want to do
[1:16:14] that because it also is a contact kills microbes. Um, but yeah, to remove heavy metals, sulfur,
[1:16:21] It's cheap.
[1:16:23] It's, it can't be patented.
[1:16:26] You know, so that's what you do.
[1:16:28] And that's what I do every day.
[1:16:29] It's sulfur, you know?
[1:16:30] And so, and you want to go slowly, you know, like a half a teaspoon, see how you feel.
[1:16:36] Look up sulfur online, whoever asked that question.
[1:16:39] And when you see the benefits of sulfur, you'll never not do it.
[1:16:43] I mean, it is so good for your joints, your ligaments.
[1:16:45] It also is a prebiotic in the small intestine and it's a probiotic in the large intestine.
[1:16:51] So it's just phenomenal.
[1:16:53] I've been on sulfur, oh, at least over a decade.
[1:16:56] And I just love it.
[1:16:57] It's good for your hair, your skin, your joints.
[1:17:00] I mean, it's just, it's phenomenal.
[1:17:03] But heavy metals.
[1:17:04] You know, another thing for heavy metals is the white of the egg when it's not cooked
[1:17:10] will chelate to heavy metals.
[1:17:12] Once you cook it, it deactivates it.
[1:17:14] So if you want to do, you know, like a shake with heavy, with, uh, with the egg white,
[1:17:19] that'll, that'll relate to heavy metals as well.
[1:17:22] So wait, actually eating raw eggs is that's actually good for you all the time.
[1:17:26] I eat raw meat.
[1:17:27] I, you know, and so I would, the way that I prepare my meat is, um, is, uh, I will put
[1:17:33] the, the, I'm thinking of the cabbage.
[1:17:42] I don't know, for whatever reason, I can't think of it.
[1:17:43] when we were just talking about the sauerkraut. Okay. So the sauerkraut juice on it. Okay. And so
[1:17:50] what that's going to do is it's going to start auto digesting the meat. If I was going to eat
[1:17:56] raw liver or brown meat, it'll start to auto digest it. It's going to kill or it's going to
[1:18:02] eat any of saying if there were any unbeneficial microbes on there, it's going to eat that,
[1:18:07] but it's also going to auto digest it to help with the digestion process. The great thing about
[1:18:12] eating raw foods like raw eggs or raw meat is it has the active live digestive enzymes in it.
[1:18:20] So when we cook it, we're, you know, denaturing the food in a sense. And I eat my food mostly
[1:18:28] cooked, but when I do eat raw food, that's how I do it. Because those active digestive enzymes
[1:18:34] will actually help stimulate your own digestive enzymes. So it's a great way to come off of a fast
[1:18:39] because if you've been on a fast for seven days,
[1:18:42] how we come off or three days
[1:18:44] is one of the most important things we can do.
[1:18:47] So a lot of people have crises
[1:18:49] because they come off
[1:18:50] and they think it's some celebration
[1:18:52] and they go eat all this, you know,
[1:18:54] burger, steak, whatever.
[1:18:56] You can't do that.
[1:18:57] Because if you think about it for seven days,
[1:18:59] your body hasn't been eating.
[1:19:01] Do you think it's made hydrochloric acid?
[1:19:03] No, it started doing other things.
[1:19:05] So now we want to gently come off the fast
[1:19:09] and we want to activate that hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes.
[1:19:14] So when we introduce, say, you know, a little raw meat that's been prepared,
[1:19:19] there's a preparation I do for it.
[1:19:21] It's coming in with live digestive enzymes already.
[1:19:24] So it's easier on the stomach.
[1:19:26] It's easier, you know, and then it also activates
[1:19:28] and stimulates your body to make your own hydrochloric acid.
[1:19:32] Interesting.
[1:19:32] Yeah, I've heard, you know, for sure, like when you're coming off a fast,
[1:19:36] like a long fast, a seven-day fast, you're supposed to.
[1:19:38] I mean, I've, I've been told you're supposed to do like, uh, like bone broth, just like
[1:19:42] the first day, just, just have like bone broth or like raw, raw milk or something like that.
[1:19:49] You know, not really solid foods, um, you know, stuff.
[1:19:53] Raw eggs are great.
[1:19:54] You know, that's a great way to.
[1:19:56] Interesting.
[1:19:57] Well, Denise, thank you so much for joining us today.
[1:19:59] Um, how can people get in touch with you?
[1:20:01] Cause you do have a practice.
[1:20:03] You do talk with people that are having, uh, issues and stuff like this.
[1:20:06] Uh, do you have a website?
[1:20:07] Do you have an email address for people?
[1:20:10] Yeah, you can just email me at ancientpowermedspa,
[1:20:15] ancientpowerhousemedspa, Gmail.
[1:20:20] Medspa at Gmail.
[1:20:21] It's ancientpowerhousemedspa.com.
[1:20:24] At gmail.com.
[1:20:26] All right, I'm putting this.
[1:20:26] Or you can just look me up on Facebook
[1:20:28] under Denise Dijon and message me.
[1:20:30] I work one-on-one either online or in person.
[1:20:34] I do have a wellness clinic
[1:20:36] And it's based on light energy medicine as well, which we, of course we didn't get into.
[1:20:40] Oh my gosh, that's a whole, that's a whole nother bag of worms.
[1:20:44] Yeah, that's just phenomenal.
[1:20:45] But yeah, so, so healing with light and food and lifestyle.
[1:20:49] And it's everything that creator gave us.
[1:20:52] We just, we just happened to, and, and we just, and for me, I just reject everything
[1:20:57] that man has created for profit.
[1:20:59] Based.
[1:21:00] That's good.
[1:21:01] Well, thank you so much for joining us.
[1:21:03] It's been enlightening.
[1:21:04] I think people from the chat have gotten something, uh, something pretty good from this. So,
[1:21:08] uh, thank you very much. Well, thank you. It's been my pleasure. And, uh, hopefully we'll chat
[1:21:13] again soon. Bye-bye. Cheers. Bye-bye. Awesome. Well, that was good. Trying to get some, uh,
[1:21:20] knowledge, some information here because man, you know, my wife, when I first got married,
[1:21:26] you know, I was into all the conspiracy theories and like, Oh, you know, like what the Jews are up
[1:21:30] to and you know, all this stuff. And she came from the angle of like food, uh, of like, you know,
[1:21:35] how this food is poison. And so she's been, God bless her over the last seven years, slowly, uh,
[1:21:41] ripping away all of like the bad stuff and, uh, getting me like eating more meat and drinking
[1:21:48] like kombucha, uh, stuff like that. So anyway, um, it is important though, man, so much of the
[1:21:55] food, like the food is, and I didn't notice it. The first time I noticed it was, um, I spent a
[1:22:01] lot of time in like South America and in Europe. And it's like, you go to Europe and I can eat
[1:22:08] the pastries there. I can eat the pasta there. And not only do I not feel like crap, but every
[1:22:15] time that I went to Europe, I would like lose weight. Every time I went to South America,
[1:22:19] I'd lose weight. Uh, and then I'd come back home and I'd try to eat like the same thing. I try to
[1:22:24] eat like, you know, pasta and meatballs. And all of a sudden I'm like blowing up, I'm gaining weight,
[1:22:28] everything feels inflamed and all of that. And so, yeah, the American food is definitely
[1:22:35] poisonous and people need to stay away from a lot of this stuff. It is just not good.
[1:22:44] So with that, we do have some other stuff that we're going to get into. I want to kind of go
[1:22:50] over a little bit of what happened at last night's Kootenai County Republican Party
[1:22:54] Central Committee meeting. But first, we do need to give some shout outs to our friends at ODGG
[1:23:01] Supply for helping to make this informative podcast possible. You know, we're not making
[1:23:08] money selling out our country to Israel or anything like that. We are trying to, you know,
[1:23:16] get people supporting local businesses. And one of them is ODGG supply. They've got everything you
[1:23:22] need from blankets. They've got woobie blankets, these little, uh, M81, uh, pattern camo blankets.
[1:23:31] They've got these German military blankets. They've got all kinds of stuff. We are about to,
[1:23:37] I think today's like technically the first day of fall as well. So you do want to be thinking
[1:23:42] about staying warm over the winter, getting some of that, uh, the, the flannel under, under stuff,
[1:23:48] uh, to, you know, stay warm, stay prepared. They've got all kinds of stuff, uh, when it comes
[1:23:54] to like backpacks and rucksacks, when you're, you know, talking about making a bug out bag
[1:23:59] or having something in your car in case, God forbid, some awful situation unfolds, you're
[1:24:06] unable to make it home on the highway because the crazy leftists have, you know, shut things down
[1:24:11] or whatever. You never know. They've also got first aid kits for sale. They've got some pretty
[1:24:17] big ones as well. I think there was one for like 150 bucks with all kinds of stuff. Tourniquet,
[1:24:23] quick clot. So you do need to be prepared. You need to have, yeah, there's a tourniquet right
[1:24:29] there, 15 bucks. You have no excuse. Not, well, other than the fact that it's sold out. Other
[1:24:34] than it's sold out, but visit ODGG supply, use promo code backlash 14. You'll save 14% on your
[1:24:43] order. You need to be prepared anyway. And so you may as well do it with a company that shares our
[1:24:48] values that supports local community. And you know, that doesn't hate white people either.
[1:24:55] That's kind of a big deal. So many of these companies like hate Americans. They hate white
[1:25:00] people. It's awful. Uh, Cronin actually just said that he bought some MREs and they're not bad.
[1:25:07] You know, I've never actually, I've never eaten an MRE before. Uh, maybe I should do that on air.
[1:25:11] Maybe I'll, I'll get him to send me some MREs and we can, uh, do a little food review, but, uh,
[1:25:17] yeah, go visit odggsupply.com. Uh, and, uh, you know, something that we didn't talk about,
[1:25:24] uh, as being unhealthy coffee, coffee is not exactly unhealthy. It's, it's pretty good for
[1:25:30] you, actually. It makes you alert and awake. It's got caffeine. And the way that they do it at
[1:25:35] Above Time Coffee, they hand roast everything to order. So when you get your bag of Above Time
[1:25:42] Coffee, it actually comes stamped with the date that it was roasted by hand by some white guy
[1:25:48] in Pennsylvania. So please stock up on your coffee. It also makes a great Christmas present.
[1:25:55] I don't know why I'm already thinking about Christmas, but it's like we're getting there.
[1:26:00] It's going to be upon us any minute.
[1:26:02] I feel like having three kids is like living in a time warp.
[1:26:07] It's just like things happen immediately.
[1:26:10] So anyway, visit AboveTimeCoffee.com.
[1:26:13] If you haven't tried them, give them a shot.
[1:26:15] Buy a bag.
[1:26:16] You're going to have a really difficult time, I think, going back to regular store-bought coffee
[1:26:21] or, God forbid, something awful like Folgers.
[1:26:24] these guys have everything you need
[1:26:26] from French presses to
[1:26:27] electric coffee grinders
[1:26:29] K-Cups, you know, if you have one of those little
[1:26:32] K-Cup machines
[1:26:33] you can get some real good coffee
[1:26:36] grind it yourself
[1:26:37] and make your own K-Cups
[1:26:39] and it goes to a company
[1:26:42] that hires white people
[1:26:43] that supports white people
[1:26:45] and I think they're also a big donor
[1:26:47] for the White Civil Advocacy Project
[1:26:49] as well
[1:26:50] so, make sure that you vote
[1:26:53] with your wallet. Go to above time coffee.com use promo code backlash 10. You will get 10%
[1:27:00] off your order with them. And, uh, we're going to talk about Idaho tell as well, uh, because
[1:27:08] this is something that I think gets missed by a lot of people. All of these companies,
[1:27:12] Procter and Gamble, uh, you know, all of the, the, the, they own all the pharmaceutical companies
[1:27:18] too, these big multinational conglomerates. So when you go to the store, you buy Irish Spring or
[1:27:24] one of these, you know, regular brands, even stuff like Duke Cannon, that stuff is like not a small
[1:27:32] independent soap company. That's owned by Procter & Gamble or one of these big multinational
[1:27:39] corporations. Sorry, if you can't tell, I'm also sick. I'm also sick. Uh, so, um, anyway,
[1:27:49] but visit Idaho tallow.com use promo code for life. You'll get 10% off your order. 20% of the
[1:27:57] profit will go to fight abortion in Idaho. And, uh, you won't be slathering a bunch of, uh, you
[1:28:03] know, chemicals all over your body, fake fragrances that disrupt your endocrine system. It would
[1:28:08] disrupt your testosterone production. It's a real problem. People don't know that these big
[1:28:14] mass-produced products that you're picking up at Walmart or Costco, that stuff is not good for you.
[1:28:20] It's not just the food that's poison. The soap is poison. The detergent is poison. Sunscreen
[1:28:26] is poison. Don't put sunscreen on your kids, especially, dear Lord. So get outfitted. Get
[1:28:32] everything that you need at Idaho Tallow. You will feel clean. You'll have a clean conscience. You
[1:28:37] won't be poisoning your body and you can help fight the abortion initiative here in Idaho.
[1:28:43] And so, uh, once again, you can get all of the sponsors for the show, uh, down below,
[1:28:48] by the way, uh, yeah, book track, uh, the, there is no promo code, uh, for Antelope Hill
[1:28:54] Publishing, by the way. Um, we, uh, we have concluded our, uh, advertising arrangement and,
[1:29:01] I think you could use promo code META, perhaps.
[1:29:06] METAPRIME, I believe, is an affiliate with Antelope Hill.
[1:29:10] I think that PNW Gorilla might also be,
[1:29:16] but there is no more Backlash 10 promo code for Antelope Hill Publishing
[1:29:20] because we are now partnered with IHS Press,
[1:29:25] The only publishing company devoted exclusively to expounding the social teachings of the Catholic Church.
[1:29:34] And so that means being against capitalism, being against communism, socialism, being against all of this, you know, fake economy nonsense that's going on, the fake food.
[1:29:50] And you can find out all about this with these books that were written by some of the giants of not only theology, but also political thought.
[1:30:00] Hilaire Belloc, G.K. Chesterton, The Outline of Sanity, by the way.
[1:30:06] Outline of Sanity.
[1:30:08] Come on, where are you?
[1:30:11] There it is.
[1:30:12] The Outline of Sanity by G.K. Chesterton.
[1:30:14] This is another one.
[1:30:16] I actually haven't read it yet.
[1:30:18] Don't shoot me.
[1:30:19] Don't shoot me, but I haven't read it.
[1:30:21] But this is required reading.
[1:30:23] I'm going to be getting, I just got a copy of it the other day.
[1:30:27] So, yeah, you need to figure, like, look at, like, these guys were so ahead of their time.
[1:30:32] You know, Hiller Belloc wrote this book, The Party System, which is basically just totally ripping apart the two-party system.
[1:30:39] This was back in, like, the 1920s, man.
[1:30:42] So, nothing new under the sun.
[1:30:45] Get in there.
[1:30:47] Read some books.
[1:30:48] replace time that you are spending scrolling with time reading good books at ihspress.com.
[1:30:58] And of course, the more books you buy, the quicker that we're going to get a new website up with them.
[1:31:02] So God bless them. And by the way, the interview that we did the other day with John Sharp,
[1:31:07] he's the publisher at IHS Press. If you missed that episode, it is a whopper. I think we went
[1:31:14] for like two and a half hours. It was crazy. Uh, but man, he's lived an incredible life,
[1:31:19] uh, attacked by the SPLC 20 years ago, which led to all kinds of consequences,
[1:31:25] uh, getting kicked out of the Navy. Then he sued the government and he won. He ultimately won.
[1:31:31] And, uh, now, uh, you know, we were dusting him off. We're bringing him out of retirement
[1:31:36] and, uh, we're going to use him like a human tactical nuclear bomb. We're just going to like
[1:31:40] direct him at society and he's going to blow up and it'll just be integralism and, and Christ the
[1:31:48] King. Uh, so please go watch that episode with John Sharp. If you, uh, if you haven't already,
[1:31:55] um, man, there was something else that I was gonna mention. Oh yeah. But speaking of, you know,
[1:32:01] this, this whole concept of, um, you know, parallel economy voting with your wallet,
[1:32:08] But there has been a development up north in Sandpoint, Idaho.
[1:32:14] And here it is.
[1:32:16] There is a new website that somebody has put together, SandpointGays.com.
[1:32:25] SandpointGays.com.
[1:32:27] This is a list of every pro-gay company in Bonner County, which is just north of where we are here in Kootenai County.
[1:32:40] But somebody has gone through and basically pulled all of the flyers for all of the gay pride events that have happened over the last couple of years, right?
[1:32:51] And they've made a comprehensive list.
[1:32:53] So if you see a company on this list, obviously Starbucks, YMCA, STCU, Avista, unfortunately,
[1:33:04] what are we going to do?
[1:33:05] Go off grid.
[1:33:06] But they have exposed every business that supports pride, that underwrites pride, that
[1:33:13] gives them money.
[1:33:15] And so it's very important that you stop shopping at these places in case you do, right?
[1:33:22] in case you do shop at any of these places.
[1:33:25] You know, one of them, for example, is Schweitzer Mountain.
[1:33:29] Yeah, Schweitzer Mountain is the big ski resort up north.
[1:33:35] You can't go there.
[1:33:36] Sorry, guys.
[1:33:37] We're going to have to find our own ski resort or something.
[1:33:41] But yeah, this is incredibly needed work to go through
[1:33:46] and take note of all of these businesses
[1:33:49] that are undermining our way of life.
[1:33:52] They are undermining the conservative nature of North Idaho.
[1:33:56] They even have a list of sex offenders here in Bonner County.
[1:34:02] Oh, and not just Bonner County.
[1:34:03] It's all of them.
[1:34:05] Wow.
[1:34:06] So check this website out.
[1:34:08] Give them some traffic.
[1:34:10] Sandpointgays.com.
[1:34:12] It is so important that we stop funding our own destruction.
[1:34:19] uh so anyway yeah this is from idaho tribune god bless them and i mentioned by the way that uh you
[1:34:27] know you can find all of the sponsors of this show on our website the backlash debt dot net slash
[1:34:32] affiliates we've got all of our wonderful affiliates here you can give them their money
[1:34:37] or you can give them your money and you'll at least know that it doesn't come around to get
[1:34:41] weaponized against you. So that's super important. Now, um, last night I was up until I don't even
[1:34:49] know what time it was, man. I think it was, I think it was like 1240 by the time that I actually got
[1:34:55] home. So the Kootenai count, the way that this all works, right? Uh, obviously we know the Republican
[1:35:03] party sucks. It's fake and gay. They're, uh, they're for the Indians. They are for welfare
[1:35:09] socialism, Donald Trump going around waving $5,000 checks in everybody's faces to vote for
[1:35:15] him again, even though he did the exact opposite of what he promised he would do. He said no more
[1:35:21] foreign wars. And, you know, now we're in the middle of this Iran thing. We're out of oil,
[1:35:27] gas costs like a bazillion dollars a gallon, like $5 in some places. Diesel is just out
[1:35:33] in like Texas. I think they've like run out of diesel in Texas. So anyway, the point is that you
[1:35:38] need to be getting involved at the local level, right? Look at what happened in Post Falls. Just
[1:35:43] as an example, we elected Randy Westland as mayor of Post Falls. He signed an agreement with ICE,
[1:35:51] the 287G agreement. And guess what? Post Falls police deported like 15 Mexicans last month alone.
[1:35:59] They just started driving up to work sites, asking people for their papers. And when they didn't have
[1:36:04] a green card, they were getting thrown in jail and then shipped back out of the country. Okay.
[1:36:10] So there are things that we can do at the local level to advance our agenda, to protect our
[1:36:17] communities and our families, but you have to be engaged. And it sucks because it's like an
[1:36:23] endurance sport. It's like nails on a chalkboard to sit through some of these meetings. You know,
[1:36:29] they start talking about budgets. They start, and your eyes glaze over and you just want to die,
[1:36:35] you know, and especially last night at this KCRCC meeting that lasted five hours. You can see I
[1:36:43] tweeted this at 7 o'clock p.m. when the meeting started. And for those of you that are watching
[1:36:50] and you live up here, and because I've seen a bunch of these messages on X, like, oh man,
[1:36:55] I can't believe I missed it again. I always find out about these things after they happen.
[1:37:01] This group, this KCRCC group, they meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Always the fourth
[1:37:11] Tuesday of every month. So you don't need to know what date it is. It's the same every month. The
[1:37:18] Fourth Tuesday, 7 o'clock p.m., 451 North Government Way in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
[1:37:25] And this is the group of people that is supposed to be kind of setting the bar.
[1:37:30] They're supposed to be setting the agenda.
[1:37:33] What is it that we as citizens in the county of a one-party state, essentially, right?
[1:37:39] Like, if you're not in the Republican Party, you're not getting elected.
[1:37:44] So the Republican Party sets the agenda, okay?
[1:37:48] and so these are the people that are supposed to be setting the agenda.
[1:37:52] Well, the problem is that they've been under attack
[1:37:56] for the past couple of years.
[1:37:59] Why?
[1:37:59] Well, because, I don't know, they let me volunteer for them once upon a time.
[1:38:04] And so these Zionists and the corporate interests
[1:38:08] that were against both of them,
[1:38:10] they started a full frontal assault
[1:38:13] on all of the good representatives in our county
[1:38:16] and they've been systematically primarying them one by one
[1:38:21] and replacing them with obstructionist corporate stooges,
[1:38:27] people that will just do what is in the best interest of the Hagadon Corporation
[1:38:31] or the resorts in the area or the hospital, Kootenai Health, right?
[1:38:37] Because that's one of the biggest businesses.
[1:38:40] And so the grassroots people that were on the committee,
[1:38:43] Like I said, they've been getting ousted because these corporations are putting propaganda out there that, oh, well, these are right-wing extremists and we need moderate experts to be on these committees and blah, blah, blah.
[1:38:59] And boomers fall for this.
[1:39:01] And they fall for it because nobody is door knocking.
[1:39:05] Nobody knows their neighbors anymore.
[1:39:07] There aren't any fraternal networks that can be used to disseminate information in the county.
[1:39:12] You see? And they've got the press on their side. They've got the money. And so we should have the people. We need to activate that. We need to get involved, step up, keep our eyes on this stuff. And, you know, it sucks. I'm like one of the only people doing it. But anyway.
[1:39:31] Anyway, so KCRCC meeting happens last night.
[1:39:39] Their agenda was very long and they were just all over the place, bouncing around from one thing to another.
[1:39:48] They didn't follow the agenda all the way through.
[1:39:51] and you'll see that these people just start arguing about all kinds of mundane, ridiculous, unimportant crap.
[1:40:04] That's what's happening.
[1:40:06] Like, for example, like, here's a little video clip of Joe Alfieri getting grilled over, like, Article 5 or something like that.
[1:40:16] Like, this does not have anything to do with the local central committee.
[1:40:21] The local central committee can't call an Article 5 convention, okay?
[1:40:26] And, you know, obviously nobody wants this.
[1:40:29] For whatever reason, Joe Alfieri is supportive of the Article 5 convention, whatever.
[1:40:34] That's his problem.
[1:40:35] But there's nothing that he can do as a member of the committee.
[1:40:39] But that's what they're grilling him over.
[1:40:41] Or chemtrails.
[1:40:43] So take a look at this.
[1:40:44] This is just, this is like the level of ridiculousness that was going on last night.
[1:40:51] I don't know what you're talking about.
[1:40:53] The man is in this room.
[1:40:55] He's a constituent of mine.
[1:40:56] It's Mr. Bill Green.
[1:40:57] He's a volunteer for this committee.
[1:40:59] I witnessed you explode on him for asking you a question at the end of a town hall.
[1:41:04] You're wrong.
[1:41:06] You don't know what he asked.
[1:41:08] And Bill, if you're here.
[1:41:10] Yeah.
[1:41:10] Bill said something to the effect of, so they paid for your hotel on your trip and all of your expenses.
[1:41:22] And my answer was yes.
[1:41:24] And he said, so they bought you.
[1:41:27] And I said to him, I am not for sale.
[1:41:29] Okay, let's go.
[1:41:31] Let's go to the next question.
[1:41:32] I mean, it is just contentious.
[1:41:35] It is.
[1:41:37] You see, they're talking, oh, well, what about the local option hotel tax?
[1:41:56] You know, and that is a local issue, but you can see, you can see how these people, like this guy, I think his name is Dan Sheckler, right?
[1:42:05] All they care about is the corporate thing. They want these big corporations. Whoa, you're not going to tax our corporations, are you? You know, and so like last night, there was an opening on the committee. Some guy died, you know, and they had to replace him.
[1:42:24] And so it was between this guy, Joe Alfieri, who, by the way, just won state legislator of the year.
[1:42:30] He's a Catholic. He's very good.
[1:42:33] He votes, generally speaking, the right way down in Boise.
[1:42:37] He deserves it.
[1:42:39] And so it's between him or this yet another boomer woman, you know, that has emotional problems.
[1:42:49] Welcome.
[1:42:49] Hello. I'm Kathy Larson.
[1:42:53] I was born and raised here in Coeur d'Alene. I am a member of the St. Thomas Catholic Church and very conservative.
[1:43:05] Very conservative. Oh, I'm very conservative. You know, she went on to talk about how she has worked for the Coeur d'Alene Resort for 52 years.
[1:43:17] so you see what I'm saying when I'm talking about how these people are corporate shills
[1:43:22] this is what they're doing they're getting people that work for the resort for the ski company for
[1:43:27] the you know and they're trying to get them on these committees because they don't care about
[1:43:35] the people that actually live here or the small families that live here they only care about
[1:43:42] corporate profit. So they're trying to get corporate stooges on the committee. Thank God,
[1:43:47] by the way, in the vote, Joe won by one vote. One vote. That's how close and razor thin the
[1:43:57] margins are on this committee. It was 37 to 36. And we got Joe Alfieri in. Thank God.
[1:44:06] But you got, you know, people like, who's this woman? Mary Souza.
[1:44:12] I'll tell you, there is no more focused, strong person in business in this town than Kathy.
[1:44:19] No more focused person in business in this town than Kathy.
[1:44:24] You see what's going on here?
[1:44:26] Okay?
[1:44:27] It's the business interests versus we the people.
[1:44:30] That's what's going on.
[1:44:32] Just trying to get you guys caught up a little bit.
[1:44:35] Give you a little taste of what's happening on this committee.
[1:44:40] There was another element here, and you can go and read this thread, and it's like, man, you'll pull your hair out by the end of it.
[1:44:50] It's just so catty and back and forth, and they tried to handicap the campaign committee by not letting them have the money that they were budgeted, right?
[1:45:01] They had like a $50,000 budget to try to beat Prop 1, this pro-abortion thing.
[1:45:07] and the liberal faction, the North Idaho Republicans,
[1:45:11] they don't want them to be able to do that.
[1:45:13] And so I wrote all about this.
[1:45:15] I did the blow by blow.
[1:45:17] All the play by play is there.
[1:45:19] And it's like this thing just dragged on for five hours.
[1:45:23] And this is the type of stuff.
[1:45:25] That was going on.
[1:45:28] Let's see.
[1:45:37] And the Republican voters voted for the candidates that won the primary.
[1:45:44] So we have to respect their choices and get behind it and do the right thing for the people
[1:45:51] we represent.
[1:45:53] This woman is crazy.
[1:45:55] Mary Souza, by the way.
[1:45:57] And so what this debate was that I filmed here, this was about, is the committee going
[1:46:04] to give a blanket endorsement for all of the Republicans that won their primaries, right?
[1:46:11] Are we going to do that? Because Brad Little is a Republican and he sucks. He doesn't represent
[1:46:18] the people of Idaho. Uh, you know, uh, he hasn't come out against the abortion initiative, by the
[1:46:25] way. He is a classic tax and spend Democrat that just is a registered Republican. And so
[1:46:33] these liberals on the committee want this guy. Yeah. See you later, winged hustler. I know this
[1:46:39] is the boring part and you see everybody tunes out. Nobody wants to, nobody wants to actually
[1:46:44] like do the hard part of governing. I get it. I get it. But, uh, you know, so let's see here.
[1:46:51] We have Nina Beasley that stood up and this woman just constantly point of order.
[1:46:57] I don't want to hear one thing about
[1:47:02] point of information
[1:47:03] doesn't everybody get the opportunity to speak
[1:47:06] before another candidate speaks again
[1:47:08] I'm limited into two
[1:47:10] well I think the process
[1:47:12] is they get one time
[1:47:13] and this is my last time
[1:47:17] so I really don't want to hear
[1:47:19] one thing about any committee member
[1:47:21] complaining about somebody else
[1:47:23] not respecting the will of the body
[1:47:25] when I'm hearing a bunch of people here saying
[1:47:26] They don't want to respect the will of the people.
[1:47:30] Our government is of the people, by the people, for the people.
[1:47:33] And I hear a bunch of people here that don't want to respect the will of our Republican voters.
[1:47:39] And I actually, I remember, because I've been on the show.
[1:47:42] Watch, you'll see the demon come out in a second.
[1:47:44] Even if it kills me, I'm going to vote for the recommended candidate.
[1:47:51] There it is.
[1:47:52] You see what I mean?
[1:47:54] it's just petty
[1:47:56] petty
[1:47:58] ridiculous
[1:47:59] and you'll hear this type of talk
[1:48:03] oh it's about we the people
[1:48:04] we the people
[1:48:06] okay well guess what we the people
[1:48:08] that was the same excuse
[1:48:10] that Robespierre used
[1:48:12] in the French Revolution when he started
[1:48:14] cutting people's heads off
[1:48:16] it's the will of the people
[1:48:18] it's the will of the people
[1:48:20] okay well
[1:48:21] So, you know, these people are revolutionaries. They're just as bad as the communists, these Zionist, liberal, corporate Republicans that are on this committee. And they're smug, too. Look at how smug they are as they're sitting there and, you know, going and endorsing people like Brad Little. Right? Smug. Disgusting.
[1:48:49] So anyway, go on my ex.
[1:48:52] I have a little breakdown.
[1:48:53] I have a video that I did as a recap of the whole thing.
[1:48:58] But you need to invest in your local area.
[1:49:03] Or else, you know, it's going to go like what happened in Coeur d'Alene,
[1:49:07] where we got Dan Gookin as mayor.
[1:49:10] Now the city's running a $3 million deficit.
[1:49:13] it. Oh, you know, you want to bitch and you want to like complain and say, Oh, we're going to be
[1:49:22] there. We're going to have a revolution. You know, uh, we're going to rise up. No, you're not.
[1:49:26] No, you're not. You can't even go to a budget meeting. You're not going to have a revolution.
[1:49:31] So anyway, please go to the X account, read this thread, see how petty and just maliciously
[1:49:39] incompetent this entire meeting was. It should have been an hour. You know, back when the committee
[1:49:45] was only run by actual conservatives, by real right-wingers, these committee meetings lasted
[1:49:52] like an hour. Everybody agreed. There was no contention. You could just do what needed to be
[1:49:58] done. You'd be in and out. And now it's a big battle because nobody wants to invest in their
[1:50:06] local community. Nobody wants to invest in the time to go to these meetings. So anyway, please
[1:50:13] go on my X account, go on my Facebook account. I put a little, uh, recap video here, uh, recapping
[1:50:21] exactly what happened, why these people need to be replaced. And, uh, anyway, so that's that. Uh,
[1:50:30] and so with that, uh, speaking of local involvement, local community this Saturday,
[1:50:35] If you live in the area, if you made it through that little rant about the KCRCC meeting, we're having a bonfire.
[1:50:42] We'll be able to get you hooked up with other people in the area that want to be involved, that want to help build a better future for us and our kids and our grandkids as opposed to just whatever it is that these boomers are doing, wielding corporate power, trying to siphon as much money off of the system as they can, this corrupt, evil system.
[1:51:05] yeah yeah yeah
[1:51:07] Quo Vadis just said so we need to
[1:51:09] crowd those meeting spaces
[1:51:11] with rational adults is that the plan
[1:51:13] yeah that would be a starter
[1:51:15] or you know I don't know
[1:51:17] because if you actually show
[1:51:19] up to these meetings and as
[1:51:21] soon as you see how
[1:51:23] maliciously willfully
[1:51:25] incompetent these meetings
[1:51:27] are being run it will radicalize
[1:51:30] you it will
[1:51:31] and it's like you know
[1:51:33] we have no other option. If we don't get involved, if we stay home, and if we just blow it off,
[1:51:42] well then guess what? The only people that will be left will be liberals, will be corporate
[1:51:47] interests, and they are going to legislate against the best interests of the rest of us.
[1:51:53] So it sucks, but we have no other option at this point. I'm sorry. There isn't going to be a
[1:52:00] revolution next week. It's not going to happen. You aren't going to rise up and like what,
[1:52:07] install like a militia junta in court. Like that's not going to happen.
[1:52:13] These things take time. It's slow. You have to fill out. And the other thing is to build out a
[1:52:20] bench of people that are able to govern, that are able to get into the county tax assessor,
[1:52:26] the water and soil district. And I know it's not sexy. I know it's not exciting, but if we don't
[1:52:33] do it, then the people that do do it are going to be old people that don't understand that they
[1:52:40] don't, that America isn't the same country as it was anymore. Or it's going to be these malicious
[1:52:46] lawyers and corporate interest people that just don't give rats behind about us. So anyway,
[1:52:56] get involved, pay attention, send me an email at info at the backlash.net. If you want to come to
[1:53:02] this bonfire on Saturday, you'll get to meet other people that are making a difference in
[1:53:07] our local community. And anyway, that's going to do it for me today. Thank you all for joining us.
[1:53:14] Thank you for tuning in.
[1:53:16] It's been great.
[1:53:16] Very informative with Denise Dijon.
[1:53:19] And of course, you know how to get a hold of her if you are doing that.
[1:53:25] So anyway, we will be back on Monday, I believe.
[1:53:30] Who's joining us on Monday?
[1:53:33] Dalton Clodfelter.
[1:53:35] Dalton Clodfelter will be joining us on Monday.
[1:53:39] So that's going to be really fun.
[1:53:42] It's going to be great.
[1:53:43] and then I think we might be, it's up in the air, I think we might be postponing the Wednesday show
[1:53:50] to Friday because I think we're going to have Eric Kaysen on the show. He's a big-time AI
[1:53:58] developer and we're going to talk about the end of the world and AI and what that's going to do
[1:54:05] and how that's going to play out. So make sure you're subscribed. Make sure that you visit
[1:54:10] thebacklash.net. Got all kinds of back content for you. So anyway, God bless everybody. God
[1:54:18] bless all of you. I'm going to go take a nap. Have a good one. See you later.
[1:54:40] Thank you.
[1:55:10] Thank you.
[1:55:40] Thank you.
[1:56:10] We'll be right back.
[1:56:40] you
