Episode 176 —Hunter Biden, the FBI, and the Federal Judges “Beyond Scrutiny” w/ Garrett Ziegler

Show notes

After years investigating the Hunter Biden laptop, Garrett Ziegler and Marco Polo are turning their attention to another powerful institution: the federal judiciary.

In Episode 176 of The Backlash, Garrett joins Dave Reilly to discuss his ongoing legal fight with Hunter Biden, why he believes recent interviews have failed to challenge Hunter’s claims, and what serious investigative work requires. He walks through Marco Polo’s use of court filings and public records, including its research into lists of men connected to prostitution cases.

The conversation then turns to the FBI. Garrett argues that the agency has outlived its purpose and proposes moving selected federal law enforcement work to the U.S. Marshals Service. Dave brings the question of accountability closer to home, discussing local government in Post Falls and why subsidiarity matters when national politics consumes so much attention.

Finally, Garrett lays out Marco Polo’s next project: a public directory examining federal judges, their backgrounds, and potential conflicts of interest. He explains how a judicial conduct report prompted his team to identify a judge the report had left unnamed—and why he believes the federal bench needs far more scrutiny.

[0:06:15] so if you're, you know, kind of health conscious [0:06:17] and you want to be clean, [0:06:19] you can go to IdahoTalo.com. [0:06:21] You know, there are some hippie types [0:06:23] that, you know, they don't shower [0:06:24] and they just smell bad, [0:06:25] but, you know, we can, we can, [0:06:26] we're on the other side of that. [0:06:28] We're fascists, you know, [0:06:29] like we take showers. [0:06:31] We smell good. [0:07:25] You can save in gold and silver, [0:07:27] something that can't be debased, [0:07:30] something that can't just be printed out of thin air. [0:07:33] Go to atlasbullion.com slash backlash. [0:07:37] And of course, our newest partner in crime, IHS Press, [0:07:42] The only publishing company dedicated exclusively to expounding on Catholic social teaching. [0:07:52] They've got some amazing books like this here. [0:07:58] What is it? [0:07:58] A biography of G.K. Chesterton by Harold Robbins. [0:08:03] The Last of the Realists. [0:08:05] Flee to the Fields. [0:08:06] It's basically a manifesto for the Catholic land movement. [0:08:09] You have to read this book. [0:08:10] It'll open your eyes. [0:08:12] Economics for Helen against capitalism and socialism and also ethics and the national economy. [0:08:20] The big book, though, that I've been recommending to everybody. [0:08:24] I think I have enough. Yes, there it is. [0:08:26] I'm going to say I've been giving them away. [0:08:29] You know, over the years, I'll just I'll wind up acquiring books and then I'll see the same book and I'll just buy it again because it's so good. [0:08:36] Action by Jean Ouse. [0:08:38] This is your required reading. [0:08:40] If you are involved in any way in building community, in trying to network people together, if you're involved in local politics, this is the handbook. This is the manual. You need to read this book because he outlines everything, you know, all of the challenges with trying to herd cats, essentially trying to get people on the same page to take action for Christ the King. [0:09:09] you know, and you can get that book among others at IHSpress.com. [0:09:18] You know, speaking about local action, speaking about, you know, doing things locally, [0:09:24] there was a little bit of a scuffle. [0:09:28] It wasn't a scuffle. [0:09:29] It was a contentious interaction that took place about a month ago. [0:09:35] If you've been watching the show, you would have seen. [0:09:37] And I kind of got into it with Hayden City Councilor Ed DePriest after a big housing forum that was held here in North Idaho. [0:09:48] And, you know, I basically shouted across the street, hey, hey, Ed, no Nazi salute tonight? [0:09:54] Because this guy goes around Nazi saluting everywhere you go. [0:09:59] He'll be there, Sig Heilig, at North Idaho college meetings. [0:10:04] He's done it outside of the North Idaho Republican meeting. [0:10:08] He did it. [0:10:09] And so I was curious, you know, what was going on with him? [0:10:12] Well, he stepped to me, okay? [0:10:14] He came up. [0:10:16] I have it all on camera. [0:10:17] He came up and he challenged me to a fight. [0:10:20] He wanted me to fight him. [0:10:21] The guy's totally unhinged, by the way. [0:10:23] I don't know how he became a city counselor. [0:10:26] This is what I'm talking about when I'm talking about, like, local stuff. [0:10:31] We need people to be involved. [0:10:32] This guy should not be a city counselor. But anyway, he stepped to me. He tried to get me to fight him. And of course, I didn't. My cortisol didn't spike. I didn't take the bait. I made this guy look like a total douchebag. [0:10:48] But anyway, the point is that I did call the police and the police investigated the situation and forwarded charges to the local prosecutor. [0:11:01] Now, of course, the prosecutor sat on that for about a month. [0:11:05] And from what I understand, they're declining charges. [0:11:09] And this gets into what we're talking about today with our guest, because there's a two tier justice system in this country. [0:11:17] There is very clearly a problem when it comes to the federal judges, when it comes to the local judges, the local police, the FBI. There's a lot of problems. [0:11:29] And so we're going to be talking about that because we need people watching and looking in to who these unelected, sometimes bureaucrats are. [0:11:44] And so we're going to have an amazing time. [0:11:48] We're, of course, going to get into this. [0:11:50] We're going to get into all of this at the end of the show after our guest has left. [0:11:55] But for now, I think we're going to throw it over. [0:12:00] So joining me today is someone I'm very excited to talk to and to have on this program. [0:12:05] It's Garrett Ziegler. [0:12:06] He is an American political researcher, former White House staffer. [0:12:11] He grew up in Illinois. [0:12:12] You went on to start this Marco Polo. [0:12:16] It's a 501c3 oppo research firm, kind of in the style of, was it Fusion GPS, I think was your initial inspiration. [0:12:26] Yes, the foil. [0:12:27] Right, right. [0:12:27] And so he produced, oh my God, this thing is so big, the report on the Biden laptop. [0:12:36] And we've seen this back in the news, which was kind of what got my gears turning. [0:12:40] because Hunter Biden launched a meme coin called Laugh. [0:12:47] Hard to get through without laughing. [0:12:50] So anyway, Garrett, how are you doing? [0:12:55] I'm doing well. [0:12:56] Hopefully that's the signed copy I gave you at your place. [0:12:58] It is. [0:12:59] It is. [0:12:59] Here, I've got. [0:13:00] I'm so glad you have the new cover. [0:13:02] You know, we put a new cover on. [0:13:04] Amazing. [0:13:04] Yeah. [0:13:05] We have a new cover that went on, I think, a month before I met you in person. [0:13:10] And that was a donor request because, you know, the the first printing was everything that we've done has been grassroots. [0:13:22] What I mean by that is finding a printer that would touch us was difficult. [0:13:28] So every everything has been a slog, man. [0:13:31] Like we didn't have we had to go through four printers to find somebody who would print in, even though we assured them that their name wouldn't be on the book. [0:13:38] I mean, they're that cowardly. [0:13:40] So anyways, the first printing didn't have anything on the side binding, and it was very nondescript on the cover. [0:13:46] But after we reached our 15,000 paperback copy sold, the donor gave us extra money because that – if you want to show the audience one more time, it's slick paper, man. [0:14:01] It's like we went 72-pound paper that's slick. [0:14:04] It's not – it's meaning if you do write on it with a pen, it will probably smear. [0:14:10] The best thing is a Sharpie. [0:14:12] All genitalia is redacted, but I'm very, very proud of the printing quality. [0:14:17] It's cool as hell. [0:14:18] If you have one of these things on your coffee table, even people who hate Trump and think that the Hunter scandal was overblown, they'll be very intrigued with the book. [0:14:31] I sit in an interesting place because I loathe both Jared Kushner and Hunter Biden equally. [0:14:37] In fact, the opposing counsel that sued me, it was the attorney for both Jared Kushner and Hunter Biden. [0:14:43] Abby Lowell, one of the demonic people in D.C., he is the general secretary for the Jewish Center of D.C. [0:14:53] He was the lawyer for both Jared Kushner and Hunter Biden. [0:14:57] So the idea that Hunter Biden's out there talking about the Epstein class and doing meme coins, he's of that ilk. [0:15:02] It's absolutely hilarious to watch him. [0:15:05] I was going to say there's like there's an op going on, right, to kind of. [0:15:10] It's pathetic. [0:15:11] Resuscitate Hunter in the eyes of, I guess, Gen Z. [0:15:14] And it's funny because I feel like people have forgotten that, like, for example, Tucker Carlson was like very good friends with Hunter Biden. [0:15:22] And so all of a sudden, you know. [0:15:25] He's in our book for three pages. [0:15:26] There's no moral center to these people. I've done now 13 hours of lie correction on the – Hunter Biden's on the podcast circuit. [0:15:35] And like everything, I don't have a problem with Hunter talking to people. So I did this whole three-hour video on Candace Owens and Hunter talking. [0:15:48] I have no problem with – I will talk to Bolsheviks, right? But the problem is once people have Hunter on as their guest, they lose all objectivity, and they start kissing his ass, and it's pathetic. [0:16:02] Like I don't know where they grew up, but they have the – they don't have the ability to disagree with somebody face-to-face or even over the camera. It's pathetic. [0:16:11] I mean, Tucker and Candace apologized to him. Candace, Dave, Candace let Hunter Biden meet her children. I wouldn't let Hunter get 100 yards from my four kids. Wouldn't wouldn't let him. He's he's abysmal. So, again, it's not that Hunter is talking to these folks. It's that they're lapping up huge lies. [0:16:31] And most of the time when somebody tries to bullshit you and pull wool over your eyes, Dave, you can't refute them on the spot. [0:16:37] Some lies are in that gray area where you know it's a lie, and lie requires a knowledge in the sayer's mind that it's false. [0:16:46] That's why we said there's 89 false statements slash lies in the Candace discussion because sometimes Hunter is high on his own supply, pun intended. [0:16:53] He really believes the BS that he's spewing. [0:16:56] So that's not a lie. [0:16:58] It's just a false statement. [0:16:58] So I have no problem with people talking, although I do – I went to a Jesuit college, and I do believe there's a limit to quote-unquote dialogue. [0:17:07] The Jesuits love that word dialogue. [0:17:09] Dialogue can only go so far. [0:17:11] If you're dealing with somebody like Hunter who's fundamentally mendacious, there's only a little bit that dialogue can do. [0:17:20] So we've been focusing on the Hunter beat. [0:17:23] We have four or five beats. [0:17:25] If people can go on our website at their leisure and look at our four or five big projects, we worked on a sex trafficking John list for a year. [0:17:36] If you go to projects real quick up at the top, you'll see it on the left side. [0:17:41] There's a bar. One of one of our big contributions is there was a John list that was leaked inadvertently. [0:17:49] And I really believe it was inadvertent because the person who accidentally posted it is very corrupt, Danielle Sassoon. [0:17:56] But there was a list that leaked in 2022 on the SDNY public docket. [0:18:02] It was only on pacer for an hour. [0:18:04] But if you go to Larry Ray case, John list real quick, this is a fun one. [0:18:08] So this exhibit, government exhibit 3217, that was supposed to be sealed, man. [0:18:15] And I have a problem with prosecutors and defense attorneys overseeing stuff, but that list of 121 names got posted on PACER, and I'm just the SOB that is sitting at my court listener profile looking for updates, right? [0:18:30] So I downloaded it within the hour timeframe hilariously, and then they wrote to everybody who had a court listener subscription saying, please delete this exhibit. [0:18:40] It was meant – yeah, it was meant to be private. [0:18:42] So these are – so the story is this. Larry Ray, who's in the pen for 60 years, he had a daughter at Sarah Lawrence College, as you know, but maybe others may not. [0:18:53] Sarah Lawrence is a shit-lib school in Bronxville, New York, in Westchester County. [0:18:58] Larry Ray's daughter, he just got out of state prison. He moves in with his daughter, ends up pimping out one of her classmates, Claudia Drury. [0:19:06] That list of 121 men, which, by the way, ABC, NBC, CBS, Daily Mail, New York Post, the Murdoch machine, they all got that list, but they were too cowardly to post it. [0:19:19] So what they were doing was describing the occupations. [0:19:22] What we did was spent 18 months – and some of these people got lucky, Dave. [0:19:26] Out of the 121, we use a clear and convincing evidence standard, which is the second highest standard, right? [0:19:33] Preponderance of the evidence is lowest. [0:19:35] list. And so some of these people got lucky. So for instance, you would never be on a John list, [0:19:40] but if you were, there's a lot of Dave Reillies in this country, right? So as a PI, what did I do? [0:19:46] I drew a circle. I put in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and searched that name in Reuters [0:19:52] clear. And then I would go through the list. So the people that got lucky were the people that [0:19:57] had common names. We were able to definitively ID 81 of them. And that's what our website is. [0:20:03] So it's the only place in the world where you can go look at the list. [0:20:06] And again, some of these people are very, very wealthy. [0:20:11] Demena is a hedge fund magnate, probably pulls in $250 million a year, and he's visiting this prostitute. [0:20:18] And again, they totally – no punishment. [0:20:23] Not a single John was prosecuted, and we sent these things to their entire family. [0:20:28] One of the great joys is that we made a flyer of each John and then sent it to every single member of their family that we could find via email. [0:20:36] Oh, wow. [0:20:37] I mean, it's – [0:20:38] Dude, that is ballsy. [0:20:39] That's incredible. [0:20:41] Well, Hunter, through all the BS lawfare, Dave, he's never accused me of being a liar, right? [0:20:46] So if somebody comes out against somebody and says, oh, he's a hater, he's – I only – you and I – you're not at heart an entertainer. [0:20:55] You are entertaining, and I can be funny every now and again. [0:21:00] But what separates us from Tucker and Candace and these other people is if truth happens to make it into one of their programs, that's fine. [0:21:06] They don't fight it, but it's like priority number four, whereas our – I know full well that we haven't reached critical mass. [0:21:16] We haven't reached 10 million people. [0:21:18] 10 million people won't visit our website, but to the people that do, our research is interesting as hell because there's nobody else doing that. [0:21:28] That list is just insane to me that the story behind it and the prosecutor feverishly writing to all the media. [0:21:37] I don't know what country Danielle Sassoon thinks she's in, but she posted on Pacer. [0:21:41] It's a public docket. It wasn't – the judge didn't order it destroyed, so she can go F herself. [0:21:48] In fact, every time we would we would post. Yeah, she's absolutely despicable. Her husband is bigwig. [0:21:54] Her husband's like this is part of the merchant cabal, by the way. This is the Jewish mafia. [0:22:00] If you go back to her, her husband is big friends with Paul Singer and he worked at Elliott Management. [0:22:06] Wow. And that's that's the tip of the spear, man. Yeah. And well, I was going to say this is one of the things that I love about what you're what you're doing. [0:22:14] Right. Because there is like if you go on X and if you, you know, there's all these like researchers. [0:22:19] Right. And they're they're researching the the Epstein list or they're researching, you know, Hunter Biden. [0:22:25] But they're like using A.I. They're like cracking open chat GPT and like asking a question. [0:22:32] And then A.I. is hallucinating and they think they like cracked the case. [0:22:35] And it's like, that's not how this works. Actually, you have to do a lot of legwork. [0:22:40] There's a lot of verifying that you have to do, a lot of records requests that you have to do. [0:22:45] And so you are one of the extremely few people in this country that's actually researching this stuff and bringing true information to light to the public. [0:22:56] And, yeah, I mean, I think, you know. [0:22:58] Well, I appreciate your compliment. [0:22:59] It's a double edged sword. [0:23:00] It's never been a better time in human history to be a PI, but it's also never been a more annoying time. [0:23:06] Because with these new tools, by definition, those people who on on I'd say 80 percent of them like the United States of America and are patriotic, 20 percent are just gone. [0:23:18] But of those of those self-styled researchers, what they they literally don't understand what a large language model is. [0:23:26] By definition, if you are using an LLM can only speed you up an LLM. [0:23:32] Let's say you're trying to break into a big topic like Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. [0:23:36] An LLM is helpful to get you up to speed. But by definition, an LLM can't give you original content. If it were in the LLM, it's not original. It's somebody else. So by definition, if, for instance, the LLM is now using our Larry, but there's so many human determinations that have to be made. [0:23:57] For example, there was a point in time where three weeks went by, and I was arguing with one of our dear volunteers, Linda, about lovingly arguing because there's no—I mean, true love is caring about the other person. [0:24:11] And so sometimes the best way you can love somebody is to argue. [0:24:13] We were having a great argument about the identity of a particular John. [0:24:18] And because we're Christians and don't believe in lying and slandering and denigrating people, we wanted to make damn sure that we had the right John before we published anything. [0:24:28] We've never been sued for defamation because we checked six ways from Sunday if the guy were – and some of these people had common names. [0:24:35] We were going back and forth about whether or not, well, this person is 68. [0:24:40] Could he really get it up? [0:24:42] I know this is going to sound graphic. [0:24:43] But some of these Johns were like 72, right? [0:24:46] So it's a fair question whether or not he's still visiting a prostitute, and we'd have these great discussions back and forth, and what X prioritizes is things that can go viral quickly and can get in the explore tab. [0:25:03] Now, I don't want to bitch about X too much, meaning it's obviously better than what it was pre-Elon. [0:25:09] But nevertheless, there are – I just don't like the hypocrisy, meaning it's not free speech now. [0:25:16] It certainly wasn't back then. It's better than it was back then, but you certainly don't have freedom of reach now. [0:25:22] I mean that old CEO, the female, Linda, I mean she literally said multiple times freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of reach. [0:25:28] Well, we're figuring that out the hard way. We've stayed at 220,000 followers for now 18 months. We cannot break anything more than that. [0:25:38] So, oh, and we try to pick beats, Dave, that are a little bit avant-garde. Like, for example, we've tried to collaborate with Judicial Watch. At the beginning, you mentioned Fusion GPS. We've tried to collaborate with other right-wing groups, like we were talking about offline. [0:25:56] I'll link arms with anybody in a prudential sense if the objective can be achieved better while locking arms. [0:26:04] But I have found a lot of reticence on the part of established C3s to work with us precisely because – and I use avant-garde in the definitional sense, not the 1920s or I guess 1820s painting sense in Paris. [0:26:22] I mean that we actually posted their names, right? We posted – and the only thing we redacted in Hunter's files was his penis and other genitalia of the women, meaning we redact only what's necessary. [0:26:35] And we put very clearly at the beginning of our book, which you showed at the top, that it's for an adult readership. Our stuff is not meant for 15-year-olds. [0:26:43] But it's also – we also don't advertise pornography because we're Christians. [0:26:48] So it's an interesting – it's an interesting beat. We've carved out a very unique space where I'm not an attorney personally, but our board has an attorney, and we always want to be – we always want to be careful about what we publish, but we have to. [0:27:05] And another project that – and before I get to the judge thing, another project that we're doing is there was a John List that ended up in some state charges. [0:27:17] So there was a Korean-run brothel house, multiple houses in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Watertown, Massachusetts. [0:27:25] Oh, I love this one. [0:27:26] And then suburban DC. [0:27:28] Now, this was a limited hangout. [0:27:30] They only charged 33 men. [0:27:31] They're all there. [0:27:32] It's the only place in the world where you can find the information about them. [0:27:34] We found a couple of the Chinamen we couldn't ID with their picture. Chinamen are always tough, especially ones that drive Mercedes and are worth $50 million because they don't have their picture online. [0:27:44] But that one was very, very disappointing because the feds, the U.S. attorney for the District of Massachusetts said we have thousands of names, et cetera, et cetera. [0:27:56] And then the feds didn't end up charging anybody but the madam and her gophers. [0:28:00] And not a single person in D.C. was charged because they said at the outset there were Pentagon employees visiting these brothels in Tyson's Corner and everything else. [0:28:10] But the ones that were charged in Massachusetts state court, we recorded all of their hearings and everyone but one of them took a plea deal. [0:28:19] And they're going to get the charges dropped if they do 24 hours of community service and pay $1,000 to some anti-trafficking NGO. [0:28:25] Unreal. Unreal. Totally unreal. One thing that we're very technically proficient, I personally [0:28:31] am not, but I'm fascinated with people that are, and I totally piggyback off of them. We have taken [0:28:37] MindMeister to its potential. We use mind maps all the time. I love mind maps. I think they're [0:28:45] one of the greatest tools. If I lived in 1970 and was trying to do this work, Dave, I couldn't. [0:28:52] meaning that the distribute meaning within those nodes if you go back real quick go to go to one of [0:28:58] those i'm anti-pc so i was going to say that chink but if you go to that korean guy the older dude [0:29:02] this guy on the right yeah yeah he's the one that rented a lot of these apartments if you go a little [0:29:08] bit more to the right just drag over just a little bit you see the you see the clips and the links [0:29:12] there so what mindmeister allows you to do if you really are into our research you can follow urls [0:29:18] We embed PDFs. You can go really, really deep, and I found nothing else that allows you to do that, meaning I've searched this space. [0:29:30] There are better tools out there, but they require technical proficiency that I don't have. [0:29:35] I want a simple tool that I can attach to all different types of mediums, GIFs, MP3s, MP4s, etc., and put it in a way that I can put on a public link. [0:29:44] And by the way, Mindmeister is a German firm that's a little bit woke, although they're pretty hands off. And what they do is they're a little bit uncomfortable right now because most public maps have only like 32 views. And one of our directories has like 7,500 views and they don't know what the hell we're doing. [0:30:02] so they're looking at the public leaderboard and we have like you know 7 500 which is not a lot [0:30:08] in terms of the nation but it is a lot looking up a john list so they're they're we pay them you [0:30:14] know 30 bucks a month but they're keeping us at arm's length we're not being featured you know [0:30:18] recipe mind maps are being featured we're not being featured i was gonna say there is uh i'm [0:30:24] gonna have an issue here uh finding it i wasn't thinking that we would be getting into it uh but [0:30:30] maybe we will. There was a, I've been seeing these stories here. I've got a couple of them [0:30:37] that have been coming out recently of certain members of the Department of Justice that are [0:30:46] just dropping dead. And I don't know if you know anything about this. Let me- [0:30:53] Is this in the Southwest? [0:30:54] It's all over. There was one in California. Let me see here. [0:31:00] I'm not sure we're thinking about the same thing. I recall a situation where somebody lived in New Mexico and they hadn't been seen in like three weeks and they're assumed to be dead. [0:31:08] Jessica Aber, right? [0:31:11] This woman. [0:31:12] Former U.S. Attorney, Eastern District of Virginia. Know her very well. [0:31:15] Right. [0:31:16] Aber, not able. [0:31:18] She was doing some good work. There's a lot of other people too, though. [0:31:21] And then, you know, all of a sudden this week I saw something hit the wire. Members of Russian intelligence services network charged with conspiring to finance terrorism and commit murder for hire in the United States. [0:31:33] And so it's like, you know, there are these cases and they're out there over the past couple of months of people working for the DOJ, you know, prosecutors, attorneys in L.A. just dropping dead with no apparent cause of death, no struggle, no, you know, no conflict. [0:31:51] and then we're seeing stuff like this happen. [0:31:55] I guess just what is your view right now of what is happening in this country? [0:32:02] Because it's like there's a war going on on U.S. soil and no one's talking about it. [0:32:08] Nobody's mentioning it and it's being covered up and there's like zero information about it. [0:32:14] I guess just what is your take on where we are right now, I guess, as a country? [0:32:20] and with these clandestine things going on? [0:32:25] I cannot recall which book it's in, [0:32:27] but there is a line in scripture that says, [0:32:30] the heart is deceitful above all things. [0:32:33] I think it's in Deuteronomy. [0:32:34] Don't quote me on that. [0:32:35] But quote me on the quote, but not the book. [0:32:38] And so nothing should surprise us. [0:32:41] Yeah, sorry, I'm just pulling this up. [0:32:43] No, I think Marco Polo, RC3, [0:32:46] which is made up of dozens of volunteers, [0:32:47] and a couple full-time people. [0:32:52] It's really exploring the cornucopia of sin in AD 2026. [0:32:57] And the sins are different. [0:32:59] In Africa, they're stealing copper wires and pooping in holes. [0:33:02] The sins here are so interesting in key ways because they – [0:33:08] one area that I haven't – we haven't delved into but which is ripe for a dossier [0:33:16] is this SIM card theft and basically stealing SIM cards and having basically a SIM farm. [0:33:24] The Secret Service and the Marshals have studied this. [0:33:28] Basically, the Chinamen come over and they jam certain areas, [0:33:33] meaning if you put a bunch of SIM cards in a certain tower area, [0:33:37] you'll basically ruin the service for a bunch of other people. [0:33:41] People have been at concerts or whatever in their cell. [0:33:43] It's the same concept. [0:33:44] If you're at a big concert with 10,000 people, your individual cell service is going to be crap because there's so many SIMs pinging on the towers. [0:33:51] They do this deliberately to shut down comms. [0:33:54] Those are the criminal networks I think that are the most interesting, and it just goes to show – you asked me what's going on with the country. [0:34:02] The most – if I had five minutes with the president, the last time I spoke to him in the Oval was January 18, 2021, and I spoke to him for 70 minutes along with my colleagues. [0:34:11] and we were talking about the election fraud and everything else if i hadn't if i had time with him [0:34:16] now i would say the biggest priority you need to make in your final two years is dissolving the cia [0:34:24] and fbi and keeping the 10 of good people and creating a new agency um what i mean by that is [0:34:32] not every soul in the fbi is doing corrupt work a lot of them are but some of them aren't and i [0:34:37] I think we just need to beef up the Marshall Service. [0:34:40] Like instead of having an FBI and an ATF and a CIA create divisions within the US Marshals, and it's very deliberate that I say that because the US Marshals were established under George Washington. [0:34:52] And unlike most conservative people, I actually believe in the founders and what they believed in in almost every topic. [0:34:59] Most ISI folks say I like the founders except there's like 30 asterisks. [0:35:04] No, I pretty much believe what the founders believe on all topics. [0:35:06] And if the U.S. Marshal Service was good enough for Washington, it's good enough for me. And I think that's so much of the rot, meaning right now with transnational criminal organizations, the U.S. executive departments in the bureaucracy is so vast. [0:35:21] First of all, there's no comprehensive org chart. You can't get your arms around it. You can't. I promise you I was there. There is no comprehensive org chart of the U.S. executive branch. [0:35:32] It's pathetic, but that's the truth. So I would completely and this is not sexy. I understand what I'm saying is not flashy and some people's eyes will roll over. [0:35:42] But if you want to utilize power and really wield power, the the the deep state and all of their cronies, they love complexity. [0:35:52] And because the president can get his arms around the executive branch, therefore he can't control it. [0:35:58] And so all of these other criminal groups are not going to be snuffed out like they would if you had a clear vision. [0:36:05] And part of this is the president's own limitations. [0:36:08] In my opinion, that's what's prohibiting him from being a great president is that he's not interested in the bureaucracy. [0:36:14] And what I mean by that is I want to take – and I mean this not literally, figuratively, Dave. [0:36:18] I want to take the bureaucracy and I want to choke it and drown it in a bathtub. [0:36:24] And I want to reconstitute something better in our vision, because right now it's not working. [0:36:30] No, it's not working. The FBI, 80 percent of it is gay. [0:36:34] What I mean by that is you still have hiring under Cash Patel. [0:36:38] You have tweets going out under the FBI official account for like women agents in Charlotte, North Carolina. [0:36:45] I'm just using one example. That's pathetic. [0:36:48] I mean, we can't do this anymore. I don't want there to be an FBI. The FBI has run its course. It's been here 100 years. There's no reason why we can't take 15 percent of the workforce that's honorable. [0:37:00] that's like you and me and transfer them to a division within the marshal service sure and [0:37:07] what we just have to shed ourselves i'm not saying every indictment that the fbi touches right now [0:37:13] is unjust i'm not saying that i'm saying the whole aura of the u.s executive branch is is [0:37:19] fossilized and gay and when they tried to do that with the war department they tried to do it okay [0:37:26] But then they get in the forever war again with Iran. [0:37:29] So it's all pissed down the drain. [0:37:30] I get – so they're trying to do that with the war department, just the renaming and the whole branding thing. [0:37:35] But it's got to be deeper than that. [0:37:36] We have to become obsessed with org charts because that's the power. [0:37:41] If people always want to say he had – for example, the Nixon Foundation. [0:37:46] Whoever does the digital stuff for the Nixon Foundation is brilliant, and they are creating an impact. [0:37:53] But nevertheless, if somebody wants to have a real legacy in this country, they have to become interested in the machinations, not just the ideas, on-the-ground knowledge of how the DOD and the DIA settle conflict. [0:38:09] Because that's where the – if you read the histories, that's where the sausage is made. [0:38:14] So we need more people interested in sausage making. [0:38:17] I know it sounds totally, totally stupid, but what I mean by that is maybe I'll use a better analogy. [0:38:25] The boiler room, you know, the part in the movie Titanic where they're throwing all that coal into the boilers, that stuff is essential. [0:38:33] And if we have people on the right that are just interested in ideas and I'm all for ideas, but I'm also not of the belief that America is an idea. [0:38:41] That's retarded. So so I'm not interested in America as an idea. [0:38:45] I'm interested in America as it exists right now, which is a totally, totally out of control [0:38:51] bureaucracy. I mean, it'll blow everyone's freaking mind how big the executive branch is. [0:38:58] No, I think you're totally right. We, um, I did a podcast. I think it was actually just, [0:39:02] it is amazing. These past couple of weeks, there are, there are certain weeks that just, [0:39:06] they feel like years, man. It's, it's incredible, but, uh, just in a good way, you mean? [0:39:11] Yes, you know, just a lot of action, a lot of stuff going on, especially, you know, locally and, you know, on the show and all this stuff. [0:39:19] But a couple of weeks ago or days ago, I don't even remember, we had Kyle Serafin. [0:39:24] Oops, whoops. Come back here. [0:39:25] We had Kyle Serafin on the show, and he said basically the exact same thing, that the FBI is outdated. [0:39:32] It needs to be dissolved. [0:39:34] There's no need for it anymore. [0:39:35] We've set up these frameworks. [0:39:36] His idea is using the task force model where basically you can get people in like local police departments, the state police or the sheriff's office. [0:39:47] They're already forging these different bonds with like the U.S. attorney's office, with different levels of government and law enforcement. [0:39:57] So we don't need the FBI at this point anymore to prosecute interstate crime. [0:40:02] interstate crime. We've already got the framework with these these different task forces. And [0:40:09] and he's he's saying the same thing you're saying, that there's about 10 percent in the [0:40:13] FBI. And, you know, what that's useful. Yeah. We can use them. Yeah. But it's so the people [0:40:20] who are opposed to this, Dave, they're so ignorant or they're purposely deceptive. [0:40:24] When the FBI was created, it took two weeks for a piece of mail to get from Illinois to [0:40:28] D.C., right? Now, we don't need that anymore. And the FBI, the bureaucrats in the FBI, some of the [0:40:37] sometimes in Manker, I don't know where the book is. I have it. I didn't throw it out. But it's [0:40:43] called The Logic of Collective Action. And it's about some over time, the bureaucrats sole purpose [0:40:51] is to preserve the actual agency. [0:40:56] It no longer is the mission. [0:40:58] It's just to maintain the funding levels. [0:41:01] And it's such an anathema, and it's so pathetic, [0:41:03] I feel almost secondhand embarrassment. [0:41:05] That's a great book. [0:41:06] It really is. [0:41:07] And it's about the incentive structures [0:41:13] within the bureaucracy, [0:41:15] and how over time it becomes irredeemably corrupt. [0:41:19] One thing, one value add, maybe Kyle mentioned this, and obviously he's famous for the Richmond, Virginia memo, targeting Catholics and other things. [0:41:30] Stephen Friend, a former colleague of his, also a whistleblower, I like how he responds to FBI press releases saying all the FBI did is like 1 18th of this or 1 20th of this project. [0:41:43] It was all done by local cops, and then they swoop in and take the credit. [0:41:46] Yeah. [0:41:46] Right? [0:41:47] And remember, since 1789, we have had a national police force. It's the marshals. Now, in 2026, the marshals have been relegated to guarding corrupt judges and getting fugitives. But there's no reason their mission can't expand to what it was in 1789, meaning the FBI, part of the reason the FBI was established is that we have no national police force. [0:42:08] You know, the state of Kentucky is not going to take charge and go after somebody who used to commit crimes in Kentucky, but now lives in Alabama. [0:42:17] Right. So therefore, we need the FBI. And Hoover was his own case of degeneracy and criminality. [0:42:22] But the the hawk from Patel, he doesn't even talk about this. [0:42:28] He hasn't mentioned it once since he got into power. [0:42:32] And it's pathetic and it has to occur. [0:42:36] And I have limited hopes that it's going to occur under Trump. I think that's what will relegate him to the good category, my own personal opinion, of course. [0:42:46] What is not my personal opinion is that the FBI is completely out of control. Every OIG report has confirmed this. [0:42:53] DEI is still involved. They still promote hiring women for its own sake, which is retarded, especially when you're hunting. [0:43:01] If we're truly going to hunt the worst of the worst Russian criminals, every time they see a woman hiring PR release, they're gleeful. [0:43:12] They're rubbing their hands. [0:43:13] Oh, my goodness. [0:43:15] I mean, you see this in municipal police body videos. [0:43:21] You'll have some guy high on meth trying to get away from cops, and then a woman tries to detain him. [0:43:27] I'm not saying women can't work at the marshal service. [0:43:29] Sure. [0:43:29] But I'm saying, why the hell are we advertising them for field positions? [0:43:33] Right. [0:43:33] They can't tackle anybody. [0:43:35] No. [0:43:35] And I, if, if, let's put it this way. [0:43:38] All I will, all I will compromise with the left wingers on women in the military, if [0:43:46] and only if they meet male standards. [0:43:48] And that'll take 99% of them off. [0:43:50] There, there shall be no double standards right now. [0:43:53] The women's standards are beneath it. [0:43:54] So meaning theoretically, could there be one in one thousand women who who meet the male standards? [0:44:01] Yes. And maybe, you know, sugar to drive some vehicle. [0:44:06] But what's what's currently going on now is it's just awful. [0:44:10] Yeah, it's awful. No. [0:44:11] And I think also, too, I'm, you know, just to kind of, you know, go back on what you were saying and plug it into because I do try to focus a lot on local stuff. [0:44:20] We do need to get more people. You know, we spend so much time talking about national and international stuff. And that is so far out of ninety nine point nine nine nine percent of people's competency. [0:44:30] It's like, OK, let's let's put some of that energy in your local area. And, you know, you're talking about like bureaucracy, not even being able to map out the the executive branch. [0:44:41] You know, we just got a new mayor here in Post Falls, Idaho. [0:44:46] And, you know, some people are making fun of him, but he's doing some great work. [0:44:50] I mean, he found a welfare program for utility bills at our local city level. [0:44:57] They were basically just paying twenty thousand dollars a year in subsidies for like 30 different households. [0:45:03] And so, yeah, sure. It's not like a million dollars of fraud that he found or anything like that. [0:45:08] But every penny helps, you know, and there was also like, you know, like what kind of a guy is going to sit there, get elected to mayor and then start studying like sewer pumps. [0:45:20] But this is what I love it. This is actually what we need. [0:45:23] You know, we actually need to have people that are willing to dig down into the red tape, into the bureaucracy, into like goofy little programs that cost, you know, a couple couple thousand dollars here, a couple thousand dollars there. [0:45:35] But we are very quickly approaching a point where I think most cities in this country are going to be operating at a deficit. [0:45:43] You know, the economics are just totally out of whack. [0:45:47] We just reached $40 trillion in debt. [0:45:50] And most cities, I think, are going to be bankrupt. [0:45:53] And people— [0:45:54] Yes, because of the gives. [0:45:55] Yes, people haven't figured it out. [0:45:57] So much to blacks, so much to Hispanics, so much to illegals. [0:46:01] And the founders would be proud of that, Mayor. [0:46:04] I don't know him from Adam, but the founders would be proud of that guy. [0:46:07] Yeah, he also, I was going to say he also. [0:46:10] I won't drop the F-bomb. [0:46:10] No, it's okay. [0:46:12] But he also. [0:46:13] He's doing his effing job. [0:46:14] Yes, absolutely. [0:46:16] And he also signed, he's the first mayor in the state of Idaho to actually sign an agreement. [0:46:21] Where is it? [0:46:22] I think it's, I think, I don't know. [0:46:24] I don't know where it is. [0:46:24] But anyway, the first mayor to sign an agreement with ICE under the 287G program. [0:46:30] They've got cops going around Post Falls to construction projects and just being like, show me your green cards, guy. [0:46:37] And if they don't have them, they get arrested. [0:46:39] We've gotten rid of 15 illegals in like the past month already. [0:46:42] So it's like we could be doing this everywhere if people would invest in their local politics, if they would invest in their local area. [0:46:51] But instead we get them on X going down fake rabbit holes about the Epstein class and then, you know, cheering on the Hunter Biden laptop meme coin. [0:47:02] It's like my guy, like, wake up. [0:47:05] It's so frustrating. [0:47:06] Yeah. [0:47:07] And there's talk about Catholic social teaching. [0:47:09] There's a huge concept of subsidiarity. [0:47:12] It's just been pissed upon. [0:47:13] Yeah. [0:47:13] And they don't know that we are called in concentric circles, right? So we're called first to take care of our families. So my first concern is my wife and kids, and then the parish, then the municipality, then the county, then the state, you know, and everything, everything juts out from there. [0:47:37] and that's not being taught anywhere sometimes it's not even being taught in the freaking uh [0:47:43] churches right you know so i try to i try to uh talk about our beats earlier i try to pick one on [0:47:51] each on each rung of that obviously the biden one was the national government you could argue that [0:47:56] the two john lists were regional issues and um we've also done a little bit of state of state [0:48:03] level stuff. So the, um, the, the, this issue, $40 trillion in debt, minorities amok. Um, [0:48:16] you cannot approach this issue without an eternal perspective. If you, if you have no [0:48:21] eternal perspective, you will be so jaded that you won't even pick up a pin because it is so bleak, [0:48:29] But if you have an eternal perspective, meaning we're eternal creatures and we're made to seek God and to love him, then all of these things can be viewed with sobriety and with not being too excited and not being too down on yourself. [0:48:51] So that's why ultimately I'll lock hands with anybody who has an eternal perspective. [0:48:57] Because if you don't have – if you think we're animals, if you think we came from fish, there's really nothing we can – there's very little that we can cooperate on. [0:49:08] Meaning they don't – they have an anthropology problem. [0:49:11] And I know we're veering off a little bit of of, you know, it's not directly Marco Polo's mission, but if you don't have the right anthropology, if you don't know what a human being is, then your shared political commitments are going to be all over the place. [0:49:29] That's why you have a large contingent of the American leftist women who care more about dogs and who will support somebody who's strangling their children with an exercise band. [0:49:42] I mean, it's absolutely pathetic. [0:49:43] They don't know what a human being is for. [0:49:44] They think human females are for self-actualization. [0:49:49] I got news for them. [0:49:50] That's not their purpose, right? [0:49:53] So – but nobody's ever talked to them like that. [0:49:55] No. [0:49:55] And I – the only thing I'm bleak about is that crowd. [0:50:02] I see the logical end to them as being the end of their bloodline alone in urban centers, meaning there's no shared political product. [0:50:11] That's why God, through the Founding Fathers, created the Electoral College because they knew that they would be canceled out. [0:50:18] There's if you believe that the fact that our country hasn't already rightfully executed Clancy is is all the evidence you need for for just mass delusion. [0:50:31] So the people that live meaning my only hope and prayer is that their votes are eternally canceled out and that our political project can go forward with without their participation. [0:50:41] Yeah, I mean, and it's I forget who I was talking to about this. [0:50:45] I think it was actually Richard Spencer of all people. [0:50:48] And, you know, we were talking. [0:50:50] Yeah, he's a, you know, right wing, dissident right guy back in 2017. [0:50:54] Oh, I know of him. [0:50:55] Yeah, sure. [0:50:55] I just don't know him. [0:50:56] No, it's okay. [0:50:56] But we were, you know, we were talking about the transgender thing. [0:50:59] And it's like his take on it basically is that it's eugenic. [0:51:04] It's like you're taking weird freak people and then convincing them basically to cut off their reproductive organs. [0:51:10] And they're out of the gene pool. [0:51:12] They're gone. [0:51:13] It's like, I didn't think of it like that. [0:51:16] Well, that's very, very interesting. [0:51:18] In a couple generations, maybe we won't have to deal with that problem. [0:51:22] Wow. [0:51:23] Well, I think that if they don't reach critical mass, yes, that some of this will take care of itself. [0:51:27] But in the meantime, it makes the municipalities and places that they're in insufferable because they demand certain days at local libraries and all this stuff. [0:51:38] Oh, yeah. [0:51:39] But as a Christian, I just pity them because they're totally broken. [0:51:44] Yes. [0:51:44] They're totally broken, and everybody in their life is feeding the delusion. [0:51:48] And listen, speaking of things that are broken, there is not much more broken than our judiciary system at this point. [0:51:58] And so this is something I know that you guys at Marco Polo are starting, a new effort to look into the district court judges. [0:52:09] There's this article here on your website that you put out showing how a district court judge was having sex with an Atlanta deputy in his chambers or in her chambers. [0:52:22] It's a woman. [0:52:22] That's right. [0:52:23] So tell us about the new your new focus over at Marco Polo, taking a look at these federal federal courts. [0:52:32] Yeah. So we're still in litigation with Hunter. We're we're appealing the dismissal because we want our legal fees reimbursed. [0:52:39] We're not greedy people. We don't want damages. We just want the fees reimbursed. [0:52:43] But in the meantime, this story went like this. In May of this year, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals released a publicly released a report about this judge, but they didn't name her. [0:52:59] They let her stay anonymous, which is ridiculous because this new priestly class in the United States, every single federal court judge, it makes at least 250 grand a year. You can look it up. They have jobs for life. That's why I call them the new priestly class. And unlike the White House and Congress, there's no listing of who their staff is, how much money they make, what their wives do for work or their husbands. [0:53:27] And so what we're going to do is create the first facial directory of the entire federal judiciary. [0:53:33] Now, in one way, this is pathetic because we have a $30 trillion economy, and yet the federal priests, the people who are supposed to judge our federal laws, there's no directory of them. [0:53:47] My parish is more advanced. [0:53:49] We have a facial directory of my 200-person parish, right? [0:53:54] and the reason why there's no directory is because they hate spotlight they're like cockroaches they [0:54:01] don't want anybody to know anything about them and the federal judges by the way are the only [0:54:05] people in the united states of america not even the president who it's illegal to have biographical [0:54:11] data on it's meaning there's a civil cause of action for data brokers if you collect data it [0:54:17] It was passed in 2022, and they used a tragedy as the pretext. [0:54:22] Some adult child got tragically killed by a spurned father of a judge, and they used that, and they named the act after him and all this stuff. [0:54:32] Terrible situation. [0:54:34] But nevertheless, federal judges are the only – and there's only about – there's 690 district court judges, 150 pellet court judges, and of course nine on SCOTUS. [0:54:44] So there's less than a thousand people that it's illegal for data brokers to have data on them. [0:54:50] It's unbelievable. They're the most protected people in our society. [0:54:54] And what got us thinking that this was a necessary and proper project is there has to be a couple dozen Eleanor Rosses. [0:55:02] So this is the story. Over an 18-month period, she was boinking the deputy chief, also black, in her office within earshot of her clerks. [0:55:11] her clerks were the ones who ratted her out in fact the investigators from the 11th circuit [0:55:19] court of appeals who were investigating the judicial complaint they tested her couch cushion [0:55:23] for semen they took it to a lab this is full-on Lewinsky stuff so this um I was gonna say something [0:55:31] to me and I was gonna say that silverback looking dude he is still keeping his job [0:55:36] he's still keeping his job and there's been no discipline for any of them and not just okay [0:55:43] so there's an argument there there was a way for this for her to still keep her job [0:55:49] which is she fests up she fesses up to him immediately and says mea culpa i'm gonna ask [0:55:56] my husband and children for forgiveness she has two teenage daughters her husband's a state court [0:56:02] judge in Georgia. Wow. Can you believe it? Wow. And Brian Ross. And. [0:56:09] That's that. But the report goes into how she lied to the investigators and they still kept [0:56:15] her anonymous. Right. So me being me, we got some congressmen together and there is now an [0:56:23] active impeachment resolution against this hoe, I'll call her. And it's got 21 co-sponsors. [0:56:29] it uh i just got two more and because shame is not working we've already shamed her okay we've [0:56:36] sent emails asking for her resignation to her and her entire family all right shame has not worked [0:56:42] we've been chiseling we've been digging trying to find the bedrock of shame it ain't coming [0:56:47] so if shame is not going to work compulsory removal is the only way and nine judges have [0:56:53] been removed in american history and i don't doubt i don't think that it'll happen this congress but [0:56:58] very well may get taken up in in the new Congress, especially I just if she gets impeached, Dave, [0:57:04] I think she'll resign. I mean, there's two. As we know, Trump knows this better than any president [0:57:09] history. There's two parts to this. There's impeachment and then there's removal. Whether [0:57:13] or not we can get 67 in the Senate to do the right thing is a real question. I do think that [0:57:17] she could be impeached, even if on party lines 22, you know, 220 to 218. But this is a feral [0:57:24] person who has the self-control of a tadpole. And she is adjudicating disputes about our federal [0:57:32] laws. And by the way, Bloomberg Law, Law 360, Law 360 is a serious organization. I actually [0:57:38] respect them. Bloomberg Law is obviously horseshit. Those publications didn't cite us. [0:57:44] It took me five hours to ID this woman. What did I do? I put the entire list of judges [0:57:49] under the 11th Circuit and started checking them out. [0:57:52] And what gave it away was Fannie Willis. [0:57:54] Thank you. [0:57:55] Thank you, Fannie, the obese black woman in Atlanta. [0:57:59] She went to a political celebration with Fannie, [0:58:03] which is against the Judicial Code of Conduct. [0:58:05] You cannot participate in part because why? [0:58:09] Because Fannie's office is in cases which Ross oversees. [0:58:13] I know I'm getting passionate about this. [0:58:14] But what I meant to say is that this got me chewing on it in May about how many feral people are on the bench. This was an Obama appointee, and she's been on there for 12 years. And get this, without impeachment and removal, they have that salary for life, and there's a mandated senior status that they have to take. [0:58:36] So their retirement, Dave, is called senior status. [0:58:40] But unlike my dad, who runs a water treatment plant, when he retires, his retirement pay is going to be less, as is righteous and logical, than his normal pay. [0:58:50] Right. [0:58:53] Oh, no, what happened? [0:58:55] We froze. [0:58:56] Oh, are we back? [0:58:57] Good to go. [0:58:58] Yep, we're good. [0:58:59] We're good. [0:58:59] Sorry about that. [0:58:59] It's probably on my end. [0:59:01] probably on my end i just got fiber installed and it's been it's been yeah messing up anyways [0:59:06] they don't make any less money during senior status the only thing that changes is that they [0:59:12] have a lighter caseload so right now in the sdny you have 96 year olds who are on senior status [0:59:17] making a quarter of a million dollars a year who are overseeing two cases in a calendar year these [0:59:23] are priests yeah and they're not even legitimate priests right legitimate priests they're on topics [0:59:30] of good and evil, penitence, right? [0:59:34] They can forgive sins. [0:59:36] Yeah, they can they can forgive sins and they can withhold forgiveness. [0:59:39] That's what you know, that's if we're talking about priests, this is the lowercase priest. [0:59:43] This is the American priestly class of the federal judges. [0:59:46] And they are they're so terrible. [0:59:50] Half of them don't even know what they're supposed to do. [0:59:53] I mean, we hear about the worst of the worst. [0:59:54] Jeb Boesburg favoring illegals, all this stuff. [0:59:58] But I think, just like the FBI, that a majority of them have totally gone out to lunch. [1:00:04] And we're going to be the only group in the country to map out – the Wall Street Journal did an investigation a couple years ago that said they just looked at like a quarter of the judges. [1:00:13] And a quarter – like 70 percent of those quarter of the pie were ruling on cases in which they had a conflict of interest in financially, meaning they were ruling on companies that their mutual funds were invested in. [1:00:26] In fact, if you just go to Google right now, I want I want your audience to fact check me. [1:00:32] If you just go to Google and type in W.S.J. lawyers, financial conflict of interest study, it came out a couple of years ago. [1:00:39] But what I'm trying to say is nobody even looks at these folks and to get their financial disclosures. [1:00:46] You have to sign a. Yeah. Clients force big law firms. [1:00:50] I'm going to have to. Hold on a second. Let's see. We'll go to Google. [1:00:54] 131 judges broke there it is that's it it's a 2021 i should know the date i'm sorry 131 federal [1:01:02] brothers broke the law i mean it's just that's one sixth of the entire federal bench right there [1:01:07] and ours has a huge portfolio and this this is just a wall street journal investigation [1:01:12] that's incredible i don't respect them much so this is what i'm saying this is fertile ground [1:01:18] man we we have no idea what we're going to turn up eleanor ross is just one of them and and they're [1:01:24] they are without shame she'll collect a quarter of a million this year and she was boinking during [1:01:29] her lunch hours dude if you read that report you see that kelly collier signs in at the law [1:01:36] enforcement table comes comes back about 20 minutes later she has a booty call in the federal [1:01:43] courthouse over lunchtime and the the the clerks who were interviewed by the investigative committee [1:01:51] said they decided to come forward after they heard their boss moaning in the office. [1:01:57] And these are leftist, right? [1:01:59] These aren't these aren't this isn't me and you. [1:02:01] These are most likely shit lib law grads who got a clerkship with a black judge. [1:02:07] Right. [1:02:07] OK, these aren't people unsympathetic to the owner Ross's of the world. [1:02:13] They believe in diversity. [1:02:14] Right. [1:02:15] I mean, that's how far gone they are. [1:02:16] And they still came forward. [1:02:19] So I don't know what we're going to find. [1:02:22] It's an interesting project. [1:02:24] It's pathetic, and I know why it's not out there. [1:02:26] But it's pathetic there is no facial directory. [1:02:29] The first thing we'll do, apart from getting all the biographical information on the judges, is look at the employment of the spouses. [1:02:36] Yes. [1:02:36] And see – because the spouses are where a lot of the corrupt acts happen. [1:02:41] In fact, John Roberts, his wife is a headhunter for the largest law firms in the world. [1:02:46] Gee, what could go wrong? [1:02:48] John Roberts, his wife has collected $20 million from firms that have cases in front of the Supreme Court. [1:02:55] Wow. [1:02:56] This is just unbelievable. [1:02:57] Dude, if John Roberts were an honorable man, he would tell his wife to stay home. [1:03:01] He makes 240 grand a year. [1:03:03] And they live in a paid off house in Bethesda, Maryland. [1:03:08] What the hell is she doing working? [1:03:10] It's unbelievable. [1:03:11] No, they don't need that. [1:03:12] And I remember the first time that I even ever like kind of dipped my toes into looking at our like our our AUSA, you know, the assistant U.S. attorneys and all of this type of stuff. [1:03:22] Like the first time I ever dipped my toes in that was because of the Coeur d'Alene Patriot Front situation, which Kyle Serafin and I talked about. [1:03:29] He helped he helped blow the lid on that entire thing. [1:03:32] And it's like I remember sitting there and I spoke with a whistleblower, like an FBI whistleblower. [1:03:39] And I'm like, OK, he told me that there is somebody in the office with a child that is trans that was at the event. [1:03:46] And then this person who's also a judge didn't disclose the fact that she was a participant and then tried to get the FBI to sign a warrant of probable cause, which is totally backwards anyway. [1:04:01] But I'm sitting there and I'm like, OK, so there's like four four judges in this office. [1:04:07] I can't get their names. [1:04:08] I can't get their pictures. [1:04:10] I don't know who they are. [1:04:12] And then I start calling the office and I'm just like, hi, I would just like to know who our four assistant U.S. attorneys are in the office. [1:04:19] Why do you need to know that? [1:04:21] I don't know because I'm a tax-paying citizen. [1:04:22] Because we pay for them. [1:04:22] And I'm curious, like, who is overviewing our law up here in North Idaho? [1:04:29] And I just got met with an absolute brick wall. [1:04:32] And thankfully, I was able to get somebody else to kind of come forward and they were able to confirm who the person was. [1:04:37] But it was like, this is a problem. I mean, how is it? They act like rodents, they act like cockroaches. [1:04:43] It's incredible. And, you know, if if it's corrupt here in Idaho and and it is and how, you know, I can only imagine how bad it is, you know, nationwide. [1:04:53] You know, we were very lucky when the when the the transition of power most recently came in. [1:04:59] We had a guy up here, Josh Hurwitt, who was our U.S. attorney for the state of Idaho. [1:05:04] guy is like in bed with the Israelis six ways from Sunday, the anti defamation league. And they [1:05:10] started this whole, uh, project going all around the state to different synagogues, educating [1:05:15] people on hate and the big problem that white people have. And I was just like, uh, okay, [1:05:20] literally election night. I got on the phone. I have a friend, uh, in Washington DC who will [1:05:25] remain anonymous. And I was like, listen, uh, this guy's a problem. He needs to go. And I sent [1:05:31] a little memo out and I think it was less than 24 hours. He announced an abrupt resignation and [1:05:37] just got the hell out of there. And I'm like, thank God. Okay, great. But this problem is so- [1:05:42] That's a civic favor you did. [1:05:45] Yes, but the problem is so pervasive. [1:05:47] The ADL is a terrorist organization. [1:05:49] Amen. Oh yeah, they're certainly, I believe they're a front for the- [1:05:52] Their state mission is to oppose the very first amendment of our constitution. [1:05:56] Yes, yes it is. It's unbelievable. But hey, listen, we are coming up [1:06:00] on an hour. And I want to be respectful of your time. Please tell people how to help you. [1:06:07] Where do they follow you? How can they help you? What do you need? What can we do to help support [1:06:12] your work? Well, the number one thing we need is committed readership. And very, you know, [1:06:20] we go very deep and not very wide. We don't try to cover all the stories. We're not a daily news [1:06:27] org. And so if we decide on a topic, we want to be the very best and most knowledgeable on that. [1:06:34] So in 18 months time, I want to have a firm grasp of the judiciary, of the federal judiciary in this [1:06:41] country, its characteristics, its priorities, its habits, its attitudes. And just like the Biden [1:06:48] laptop saga, which invited two lawsuits and $600,000, this will piss off some of the worst [1:06:54] people in the united states just like that phone call you made to find out who the ausas are [1:06:58] they will hate this this will be like waterboarding to them they don't even want to know [1:07:03] they don't want you you're by the way we're paying for all of this this is our country so [1:07:09] that ausa who's working with the adl the fact that he can pay his mortgage is because the public [1:07:15] subsidizes him the very least we deserve is to know who our rulers are and all the founders [1:07:22] would be appalled if they discovered that this is how far it's descended. So the best way you can [1:07:28] support us is follow everything we publish, which isn't rapid, and it's not every day. [1:07:34] But if something comes out, it's fully cooked. There you got Jill Biden bitching about me in [1:07:40] her memoir. It came out in June. One of my least favorite senators, Dick Blumenthal, [1:07:44] is a great story. Dodding Dick. It's one of Trump's best nicknames. Sometimes he has dumb [1:07:51] ones like Democrats. That's but I really love Don Nang Dick because this total fraudster lied [1:07:58] about Vietnam for years. Anyways, read everything we put out at Marco Polo dot ICU. That will have [1:08:06] all of our publications, all of our projects. And I still have 19 states to hit. So I've talked [1:08:14] in 31 states about our book. I'm going to try to finish all 19 in 2027. I just I have a newborn [1:08:21] in the house. It's kind of been hectic in 2026, but I'm going to go to 19 more states in 27 [1:08:26] and just stay, stay in touch with us over Twitter. We're very active on Twitter. Hunter's back on [1:08:31] Twitter. Um, and, uh, yeah, we're very, we're avant-garde for the C3 world. I promise you, [1:08:37] we will say stuff that will, uh, we're, we're not, we have a, we have a lane and it's not [1:08:44] to make friends in DC. It's to push the envelope and to really, I mean, we were the only people [1:08:50] the hunter suit think about that out of this entire saga and um and now we're going to take [1:08:57] credit in a small way for joe's library being basically a bookmobile he can't even raise 10 [1:09:02] million for his library dude wow i told it's going to be it's going to be a corrugated sheet metal [1:09:07] building on the campus of archmere academy's prep school it's hilarious he's a u.s president he can't [1:09:12] raise 10 million for his library jeez that's he's going to have a worse legacy than jimmy carter [1:09:16] Dave. And that's, and that was my goal. Joe's a total fraud, dude. He's, he's, he's failed [1:09:21] upwards his entire life. Wow. He's a fake Catholic. He's, he's for infanticide. He's [1:09:27] unbelievable. Yes. Yes. Well, Garrett, God bless you. Keep up the good work. We're out here praying [1:09:33] for him. We'll, we'll have to have you back on the show. Uh, this was, uh, you know, it's just, [1:09:37] thank you. When I get the directory up and we can go through the mind map maybe. Oh yeah. Absolutely. [1:09:42] I'd love to do it. I, that sounds like a, that sounds like it'd be a great time, but Garrett, [1:09:45] Thank you so much for joining us. [1:09:47] Thank you very much, Dave. [1:09:50] Well, that was unreal. [1:09:52] That was great. [1:09:52] That was so much fun to have Garrett Ziegler here on the show. [1:09:56] You know, we got to meet each other a couple years ago. [1:10:00] I think I mentioned, you know, he was supposed to do a speaking engagement up here in North [1:10:08] Idaho at Guess Where. [1:10:11] Can we guess where? [1:10:12] I really need to get like a, like a drum roll. I need to get a drum roll. Instead, all I've got [1:10:21] is this. Crickets. No, I'm kidding. But guess, guess where he was supposed to do [1:10:26] his live speaking event? Candlelight Christian Fellowship. Kidding. It's more of a... [1:10:35] So he was supposed to speak at Candlelight Christian Fellowship. [1:10:40] And when they found out who he is, Garrett Ziegler, and they found out, oh, he's actually like investigating Hunter Biden. [1:10:48] He's actually doing something. [1:10:51] They canceled him. [1:10:53] Can you believe it? [1:10:54] They canceled him. [1:10:56] And so we wound up getting together and I had him come to my house. [1:11:02] We had about 50 people show up. [1:11:04] he gave his speech here. It was great. It was a wonderful time. And I hope that he comes back to [1:11:11] North Idaho. Actually, we need his help. We need all of your help. We need all of you to be involved. [1:11:18] So anyway, yeah, once again, thank you to Garrett Ziegler. We've got a lot more content on the show, [1:11:24] by the way. That was just like part one. Part two, we've got a whole bunch of stuff. I've got [1:11:30] a bunch of notes. We need to talk about the local Catholic land movement, this scuffle with Ed [1:11:37] DePriest that's going on, you know, the prosecutor, the police, some precinct committeemen updates, [1:11:46] and some updates just in general on getting involved at the local level and other local [1:11:55] events, regional events, if you will. So we're going to get into all of that. But first, before [1:12:01] we do, we do need to thank our sponsors for making all of this content very possible. First up, of [1:12:09] course, being ODGG Supply. They just an hour ago released their famous F bin. And so essentially [1:12:18] what this is, is, uh, I've got a little slide here to help you understand. A F bin is a, [1:12:26] basically a $15 mystery grab bag, uh, sold by ODGG supply. You pay a very low price and they send [1:12:34] you something random, basically something that they pull from one of their bins. It could be [1:12:40] like a little rubber ducky. I've got like five of these things too. Let's see. Uh, they've got these [1:12:46] like tiny little rubber ducks that they send out. You see that? Uh, it's like a little plastic duck. [1:12:53] Uh, so they'll either send something weird like that, maybe a can of beans. Uh, they've been known [1:12:58] to send cans and bags of beans, or, uh, they could send something really cool like night vision [1:13:06] goggles. Um, so it says, uh, the contents are completely unpredictable. It could be surplus [1:13:12] Plus gear, leftover stock, blah, blah, blah. You might get some rubber ducks, it says. [1:13:20] But there is a grand prize. It's all sold as is. There's no refunds. There's no replacements, [1:13:25] no complaints. It's basically like a raffle. So, okay, we got all of that, right? Oops, [1:13:32] where did it go? Now, this is what they're actually giving away, the big grand prize of [1:13:39] the F bin. It's a PVS 14. Uh, I believe these things are worth several thousand dollars. It's [1:13:48] night vision goggles. So you can, you know, go to the bathroom in the dark in the middle of the [1:13:53] night. You don't have to squint to see where you're going anyway. Um, go over to our friends [1:14:00] at ODGG supply and you can get one of those F bins. You can also get all kinds of other content, [1:14:06] You know, shirts, military stuff, pouches, MREs, blankets. [1:14:16] A gorilla? No, kidding. [1:14:19] But anyway, odggsupply.com. [1:14:22] Use promo code BACKLASH14. [1:14:24] You'll get 14% off your order. [1:14:26] They are also very involved in their local community, [1:14:29] in helping, in volunteering. [1:14:32] There was a big flood that happened out there in western Washington. [1:14:36] and they showed up. They were shoveling dirt into sandbags. They were helping people get food and [1:14:43] water. So we need to invest in these types of companies. You know, you're going to buy, [1:14:50] you're going to be prepped anyway, right? If you're going to be prepped, then you may as well [1:14:54] buy your preps from a company that shares our values, that, you know, actually helps their [1:15:01] community that sponsors wonderful programs like this one. Uh, so, and you know, speaking of [1:15:06] helping the community and sponsors and all of that, I got something in the mail that I want [1:15:12] to share with you. This is from our friends at one acre, one acre Iowa. And of course, you know, [1:15:20] these guys don't even like pay money, by the way, most of the sponsors on the show don't even pay [1:15:26] money. Just FYI. It's not like I'm not over here getting rich or anything like that. But One Acre [1:15:33] Iowa, this is a small company, a small farm out there in Iowa that makes these beef sticks. [1:15:40] They are absolutely delicious, by the way. And we've had a little link promoting them on our [1:15:48] website, which by the way, you can go to our website. We've got a little affiliates page [1:15:54] with all of these companies that were helping to promote and support. [1:15:59] And so they sent me a package. [1:16:03] So let's open this up. [1:16:05] It says, thank you for your support and for fighting the good fight for freedom. [1:16:12] Aw, thank you very much. [1:16:16] We do appreciate it. [1:16:18] And they also sent a flyer that I wanted to share with you [1:16:21] and some of these meat sticks, which I'm going to give to my kids, and they're just going to [1:16:27] disappear. These are super tasty. They sent some of the spicy bee and the OG. These meat sticks, [1:16:36] they don't have any GMOs in them, no antibiotics in the animals as they're getting raised, [1:16:43] and it's all like small substance farming using regenerative techniques. And so this is the flyer [1:16:50] that they sent me. I wanted to share this with you. You could, you know, take a little [1:16:54] screenshot of it. Basically, they're trying to expand a little bit. They're looking for, [1:17:03] I think, some donations. And so they wanted to build a education center, a space for workshops [1:17:10] and farm tours and hands-on learning. They are, like I said, very big into regenerative farming. [1:17:18] And a lot of that knowledge is disappearing. Most people have never learned how to do land-based skills or biological farming methods. And so this provides, would provide immersive learning experiences for aspiring farmers, food activists, homesteaders, and policymakers. [1:17:35] acres. They've got a composting model that they want to share, which is a closed loop system of [1:17:42] turning farm and local waste into high value soil amendments. Because when you farm, the soil loses [1:17:50] fertility. You know, you get a lot of waste getting sent off site. So what they do is they keep their [1:17:57] waste on their farm, they turn it back into healthy soil, and they compost it with biochar [1:18:05] products that improve the soil health and increase nutrient availability and support resilient [1:18:09] regenerative growing. They also want to build a soil lab, and that soil lab will be able to do [1:18:17] testing focused on biology, integrating soil science to serve both farmers and the consumers. [1:18:24] anyway [1:18:26] I just wanted to share that with you [1:18:28] you know they don't [1:18:30] like I said they don't really [1:18:31] I get I think like a 5% kickback [1:18:34] so when you go on our website [1:18:37] when you go on our website [1:18:39] and you click the one acre link [1:18:41] and if you buy [1:18:43] some of their meat sticks [1:18:45] and jerky I get like a 5% [1:18:47] kickback so we've been promoting them [1:18:49] for the past like year [1:18:51] or so and I think they just sent me a check [1:18:53] for like $200. So we do have to thank you very much for that. But when you are thinking about [1:19:00] buying some snacks for your kids or whatever, go to One Acre. And like I said, if you're interested [1:19:06] in homesteading, if you're interested in the farming thing, take a screenshot of this. There's [1:19:11] a QR code. Let's kind of make that bigger. Can I get that bigger without it being dark? There's a [1:19:17] QR code there. You should be able to scan if you wanted to donate to help bring their vision to [1:19:24] life. So anyway, little shout out for them. And speaking of, you know, while I'm shaking the cup, [1:19:34] while I'm shaking the cup, one of the things that I did want to talk about [1:19:38] is what's going on here in North Idaho. Of course, we've got the North Idaho Catholic Land [1:19:45] movement. They're doing some amazing things in the area. They just had this bread making workshop [1:19:52] where they were teaching people how to mill their own grain, how to make their own bread, [1:19:58] you know, our daily bread. That's kind of a big deal. And most of the bread that you get at the [1:20:04] stores made with, you know, white, white, what is it called? White flour. It's got all of the [1:20:10] healthy parts of the flour taken out of it. Now, why is this important? Well, you know, [1:20:16] we just did a big show on goyslop. If you were with us on Monday, we did a big show with Denise [1:20:24] Dijon. She's like a healthcare provider. She's a nurse. And so she was teaching us a little bit [1:20:30] about why the food that we're eating is making us sick. And so we've got groups like the Catholic [1:20:36] Land movement, they're trying to get back to the land, get back to something that is a little bit [1:20:43] more sustainable, using real ingredients, real food that you're actually raising, building community [1:20:49] as well. And so they've got a very important mission, especially up here in North Idaho, [1:20:56] and they need your help. They are attempting to purchase a cider press for their tool library. [1:21:06] This is something actually really cool that they're doing. They've got a tool library. So, you know, for those of us that have kind of made that change, moving from the city like I did seven years ago, moved from South Bend, Indiana, up here to North Idaho on a little bit of acreage, you know, trying to make a garden, trying to get some chickens, do a little bit of light farming, if you will. [1:21:29] you realize that the learning curve for that is extremely steep and you wind up having to buy all [1:21:35] kinds of special equipment, special tools like a tiller or like a tractor, something like that. [1:21:43] And so that's, you know, out of grasp for poor people like me. So what they've done is they're [1:21:52] creating a tool library where the Catholic land movement here in North Idaho, they can [1:21:59] purchase all of this specialized stuff. They can purchase all of this specialized equipment [1:22:06] and share it in the community with other people that are also trying to do this. [1:22:12] And so you can help them. They're asking for your help. They're asking for help because they're [1:22:19] trying to buy a cider press. This is to make apple cider, pear cider, all kinds of stuff. [1:22:25] Of course, here in the Pacific Northwest, we've got a lot of apple orchards and stuff like that. [1:22:33] Big orchard area. [1:22:35] So anyway, help them out. [1:22:37] Go to their X account. [1:22:39] I'm going to send the link here in the chat. [1:22:43] For those of you that are watching in the live chat, they are trying to do this fundraiser. [1:22:49] and so it would be good to be able to have the kids go out and learn how to make their own cider. [1:22:57] Oh, wow. Up to $175 now. Very good. Yeah, I just donated like 25 bucks a couple days ago. [1:23:03] I think what they're doing is very good. So please support the North Idaho Catholic Land [1:23:09] Movement. They need your help getting a cider press. You know, this is the kind of stuff that [1:23:15] I think is, uh, I think is important. You know, I think building community, it's, uh, hold on a [1:23:22] second. I'm getting a little chilly. My wife just picked this up for me. Do I look like a liberal [1:23:26] now? Do I look like a libtard? These, these liberals up here, they wear these, uh, vests [1:23:33] and like the puffy, the puffy jackets or whatever. But, um, you know, this is the kind of stuff we [1:23:41] need to be investing our time in real local community building. You know, it's not necessarily [1:23:47] just politics. It's not electing people to office, you know, because no matter how well you do in an [1:23:55] election, there's always going to be another one in two or four or six years. And so there's a lot [1:24:01] of churn. It's incredibly destabilizing, actually, to society. All of these elections, they're very [1:24:07] destabilizing. Constant change, never having somebody that's able to just get something done. [1:24:15] You know what I mean? You're always worried about your approval rating. This is, you know, [1:24:20] one of the implicit problems with democracy. Something else that we talked about on this show, [1:24:27] actually, the show that we just did with Dalton Clodfelter, episode 175, we talked about in his [1:24:34] new book, King or Chaos, you know, it is destabilizing politics and democracy in general. [1:24:45] But hey, if you're here at this program, you probably already know that. You're probably [1:24:50] already red-pilled on that. So anyway, invest time getting to know your neighbors. Invest [1:24:56] time in your parish, in your local community. It's very important. And it's also important [1:25:04] because, you know, it will prevent absolute freaks from getting elected to office. [1:25:11] Freaks like Ed DePriest, who is a city councilor in Hayden, Idaho. [1:25:18] We had a little run-in with one another at a local meeting. [1:25:25] And so our friend, good friend of the program, Casey Whalen, did a report. [1:25:31] And so we're going to watch that real quick. [1:25:34] here on the show. So let's go. Casey, what do you have for us today? [1:25:40] On August 20th, 2026, an encounter between Hayden City Councilman Ed DePriest and local [1:25:47] commentator David J. Reilly in downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, escalated into a confrontation [1:25:53] that eventually resulted in a police report. The encounter began when Reilly made a sarcastic [1:25:58] comment to Ed DePriest about what he described as DePriest Nazi salute, something he's done in the [1:26:04] past. What's the matter, Ed? No Nazi salute tonight? Huh? I'll tell you what, you're probably recording this trying to stand up, aren't you? I'm just wondering why you're not giving your Nazi salute. God, my voice is annoying. And all about your history, pal. Okay. And anytime, you're a coward. No, you are, actually. Put the camera down and prove it then. [1:26:28] No, you're an elected official. [1:26:29] But rather than simply walk away, the priest crossed the street and confronted Riley. [1:26:35] He called Riley a coward and challenged him to get off his motorcycle and prove it. [1:26:40] The exchange was captured on video. [1:26:43] See, that's what I'm saying. You just called me a coward. [1:26:45] Go ahead. Speak your mind, bud. [1:26:46] And I called you a coward. [1:26:47] Speak your mind. [1:26:48] So if you think I'm a coward and I think you're a coward, then get off your bike and prove it. [1:26:54] And prove what? You want me to, like, assault the city council? [1:26:56] Like, do you think I'm stupid? [1:26:58] You're a mouthy, troublemaking coward. [1:27:01] Get out of my face. [1:27:02] I'm not in your face. [1:27:03] All right. [1:27:04] I'm not in your face. [1:27:04] Have a good night, buddy. [1:27:05] You're started, buddy. [1:27:07] You started? [1:27:07] I said, hey, no Nazi salute. [1:27:09] Every time I've seen you, you do a Nazi salute. [1:27:12] Yeah, because you relate to it. [1:27:13] No, I don't. [1:27:14] Yes, you do. [1:27:15] Or the Tiki Tors. [1:27:16] No, I don't. [1:27:17] Well, talk about the Nazi Tiki Tors parade. [1:27:19] Yeah, uh-huh. [1:27:20] Where'd you get that idea? [1:27:21] Bye-bye. [1:27:22] Bye, you coward. [1:27:24] Bye-bye. [1:27:25] What a loser. [1:27:26] And afterward, Riley filed a police report, and the Coeur d'Alene police interviewed DePriest about what happened. [1:27:33] During that interview, DePriest acknowledged that he deliberately crossed the street to confront Riley. [1:27:56] and I said okay get off your bike and prove it then I didn't threaten him I didn't say I'm gonna [1:28:02] kick your ass I'm gonna do any of this stuff he called me a coward and I said okay get off your [1:28:06] bike and prove it he also acknowledged telling Riley to get off his motorcycle and prove it [1:28:11] the detective repeatedly asked the priest exactly what he meant by that statement [1:28:16] was he challenging Riley to a fight what was your intention by telling him to get off of his bike [1:28:22] and prove it. [1:28:24] What were you wanting him to do? [1:28:27] Well, number one, I knew he wouldn't do it. [1:28:29] Number two, you know, [1:28:30] and number, I guess number two [1:28:32] is to see if he would. [1:28:35] He called me a coward [1:28:37] and I'm a 70, almost a 70-year-old man [1:28:39] and different times, different days, [1:28:42] stuff like that, you know, [1:28:44] the type of thing would be, [1:28:46] you know, somebody said something like that [1:28:47] to another person and it would be, [1:28:49] you challenge him, okay, you know, [1:28:51] prove it. [1:28:52] you're talking big. [1:28:55] So prove it. [1:28:56] When you say that, are you saying like you were challenging him to fight [1:28:59] even though you didn't think he would get off of his bike to fight you? [1:29:04] No, I wanted him to challenge. [1:29:05] I wanted to demonstrate that if he got off his bike, I'd run or something like that. [1:29:14] You know? [1:29:15] I get it. [1:29:17] I could have threatened him. [1:29:18] I could have said, come on, get off your bike and I'll kick your ass. [1:29:20] or get off your bike and let's fight [1:29:22] or something like that. [1:29:25] But in a moment in time, [1:29:28] when he basically started, [1:29:30] no, you're a coward, [1:29:31] let's see if you have the courage [1:29:34] to get off your bike and back it up. [1:29:37] The priest said he wanted to see [1:29:38] if Riley would get off his motorcycle. [1:29:41] But the detective wasn't satisfied with that answer. [1:29:44] He asked the priest again [1:29:46] what he hoped to accomplish [1:29:47] by telling Riley to get off his motorcycle [1:29:49] He'll improve it. [1:29:51] You know, he wouldn't get off the bike. [1:29:53] So what I'm asking is, what does that mean? [1:29:55] So when you say get off your bike and prove it, is that you saying you wanted him to come try and fight you? [1:30:04] No, I wanted to see if he would get off his bike. [1:30:07] Okay, and then, you know, I'm sure you've been there, detective, where you don't know what's going to happen from one second to the next. [1:30:15] and when you're in it in in in that in that in the moment time there here's the priest's answer [1:30:23] that i'm not a coward and that if he'd gotten off his motorcycle i wasn't going to run from him [1:30:29] the case was ultimately forwarded to the co-d'alane city prosecutor's office after riley requested [1:30:35] prosecution the prosecutor's office did not pursue criminal charges but the recording remains [1:30:42] I didn't know what was going to happen. [1:30:47] I couldn't tell you what would have happened if he'd have gotten off his bike. [1:30:51] But I was pretty sure he wouldn't get off his bike type of thing. [1:30:55] And he's going to make a statement like that. [1:30:59] Then I said, well, get off your bike and prove that. [1:31:02] I'm not going to run from you. [1:31:04] Again, you still haven't answered my question. [1:31:07] What does that mean? [1:31:08] What are you hoping to gain by telling him to get off of his bike and prove it? [1:31:12] that I'm not a coward [1:31:18] and that if he had gotten up his bike, [1:31:20] I wasn't going to run from him. [1:31:24] Okay. [1:31:27] I guess that's it. [1:31:30] This is crazy. [1:31:32] Okay, this is a city councilor. [1:31:34] Sitting city councilor [1:31:36] in Hayden, Idaho. [1:31:40] Okay. [1:31:40] what are we [1:31:42] what are we doing [1:31:44] so [1:31:47] by the way that is against [1:31:50] Idaho code 186409 [1:31:53] disturbing the peace [1:31:54] they should have charged him with disturbing the peace [1:31:57] you want to talk about coward [1:31:58] the city prosecutor [1:32:01] maybe is a coward for [1:32:03] I don't know not filing these charges [1:32:05] but wow [1:32:07] just unbelievable [1:32:09] the childish nature [1:32:10] of these people. And of course, you know, he's a liberal. He's involved with that North Idaho [1:32:14] Republicans group. Let's actually pull this up. What is the statute? What does it say? [1:32:23] This is disturbing the peace. Everyone who maliciously and willfully disturbs the peace [1:32:30] of a religious gathering, neighborhood, family, or person by loud or unusual noise, [1:32:36] by tumultuous or offensive conduct by threatening, traducing, oh boy, traducing, quarreling, [1:32:45] challenging to a fight or fighting, okay? [1:32:50] What do you think that is? [1:32:54] Why don't you get off your bike and prove it? [1:32:58] That seems like it's challenging a fight, doesn't it? [1:33:02] Chat, where are we at, by the way? [1:33:04] chat. You guys are super quiet today. Anyway, just ridiculous, ridiculous. So if you ever see [1:33:12] Ed DePriest in real life, maybe if you go to a Hayden city council meeting, call him a coward. [1:33:19] It seems like he's got a real hang up with that word. He mentioned it like a hundred times. [1:33:24] He's the one that called me a coward in the first place. So it seems like that'll get under his skin. [1:33:30] Why don't you go ahead and get under this guy's skin? [1:33:34] What a low life. [1:33:35] You know, and by the way, he lives with his mother. [1:33:37] He literally lives in his mother's basement. [1:33:42] Can you believe it? [1:33:43] He literally lives with his mother's basement. [1:33:46] And this guy is elected to office in Idaho. [1:33:50] This is why you need to get involved in local politics, people. [1:33:54] This is, I mean, it's not like he's some like visionary luminary that'll be difficult to unseat. [1:34:02] He's trash. [1:34:05] So anyway, that's the brief update on the tiff back and forth with me and Hayden City Councilor Ed DePriest. [1:34:17] What an absolute dweeb. [1:34:20] My word. [1:34:21] and speaking of getting involved locally [1:34:24] one thing you can do [1:34:26] to support Idaho [1:34:28] to support this show [1:34:30] is to shop at NorthIdahoTalo.com [1:34:33] they make soap and skin care products [1:34:35] no harsh chemicals [1:34:38] free from synthetic fillers [1:34:41] no fake dyes [1:34:42] no fake fragrances either [1:34:45] that will disrupt your endocrine system [1:34:47] this stuff is time tested [1:34:50] tallow and lye soaps balms lip balm hair pomade which is i feel like they need to make a stronger [1:35:00] one you know so that my hair doesn't keep maybe i could just get a haircut too i don't know they [1:35:06] make candles as well no soy in the candles a lot of these candles and you know fragrance [1:35:13] things. They've got soy in it. Could be a nice gift for your wife, your girlfriend. [1:35:19] You know, it is that time of year. It's fall. Everybody's getting in the mood. Thanksgiving, [1:35:25] Halloween, the leaves are changing. Get one of their nice fall or autumn scented candles. I [1:35:32] think they've got one. Autumn fireside tallow beeswax candle. There you go. So anyway, that's [1:35:41] at North Idaho Tallow Company. [1:35:43] And if you use promo code for life, [1:35:45] you'll get 10% off your order [1:35:47] and 20% of the profit will get donated [1:35:51] to Fight, [1:35:55] the abortion initiative [1:35:57] that is going to be on the ballot here in Idaho [1:36:00] on November 4th. [1:36:03] So please check them out. [1:36:07] I don't know if you can hear in the background, [1:36:08] but we've actually got the heater on. [1:36:10] It's getting a little chilly. It's getting crisp. You can feel it. It's crisp in the air. [1:36:17] So, what else is going on? I've got this little outline. Okay, so the Ed DePriest scuffle did that. [1:36:27] Land movement did that. There's also an event coming up. The Idaho Sons of Liberty Foundation [1:36:35] is going to be hosting an event at the Old State Saloon on October 10th, 2026. [1:36:44] A Christian Patriot Social Network event should be a good time. [1:36:53] I think they're on Instagram. [1:36:54] They're on X at Sons of Liberty Foundation. [1:36:58] You can find them. [1:36:59] But you got to get out. [1:37:00] You got to meet your neighbors. [1:37:02] You got to meet other people that are trying to make a difference in their local area. [1:37:07] It is so important to do that. [1:37:11] And one of these other events I'm very excited for is coming up this weekend, the Oregon event, of course. [1:37:18] On X, I said, you know, I'm genuinely excited. [1:37:22] I think we're going to be entering a post-social media era where real-world fraternal networks and mutual aid networks are going to become more important than ever. [1:37:32] You know, we need friendships rooted in shared faith and values, not just followers and algorithms and group chats. [1:37:39] That's what we're building here with the Catholic land movement, of course. [1:37:44] And so I'm going to be seeing a bunch of you guys, hopefully, at the Oregon event this weekend. [1:37:51] So come say hello if you happen to see me. [1:37:55] I know that Dark Enlightenment is going to be out there. [1:37:58] It'll be good to see him. [1:37:59] I think Pete Quinones is coming out. [1:38:02] to Dave, the distributist, Dave Green. [1:38:06] I think that'll be cool to see him again. [1:38:09] And Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor as well. [1:38:14] I think they're going to be giving keynote speeches at this event. [1:38:18] So if you missed this year's thing, I think it's sold out at this point. [1:38:22] But go to oregonevent.com, bookmark it. [1:38:26] Maybe we'll see you at next year, you know. [1:38:29] gotta keep making incremental gains here and there what else man it's weird the chat is so [1:38:40] silent vector said that the chat keeps getting deleted for her or him i don't know [1:38:46] maybe there's something going on with the chat i don't get it i usually see a bunch of you guys [1:38:54] EC2. You're not there. Anyway, Sons of Liberty event, Oregon event. All right. That's about it. [1:39:06] I think that's it. As far as all the local events that are going on, got to give a big shout out to [1:39:13] our sponsor Above Time Coffee, makers and purveyors of the best hand roasted small batch [1:39:20] non-kosher coffee. [1:39:22] Go to abovetimecoffee.com [1:39:24] use promo code [1:39:25] BACKLASH10 [1:39:26] you'll get 10% off your order [1:39:28] and you can buy big [1:39:29] 10 pound bags of this stuff. [1:39:32] It's delicious. [1:39:33] You'll never be able to go back [1:39:35] to drinking like [1:39:36] store-bought coffee ever again. [1:39:38] 5 pound bag. [1:39:39] Excuse me. [1:39:40] 5 pound bag. [1:39:42] You gotta get the whole bean. [1:39:45] Look at that. [1:39:46] Oh yeah. [1:39:47] It's so good. [1:39:48] It's the best. [1:39:50] why give your money to some big multinational corporation like Folgers or something [1:39:56] when you could give it to our guys, you know, people that are supportive of the ideals that [1:40:05] we all share. Anyway, that's abovetimecoffee.com. IHSpress.com. They also are huge sponsors and [1:40:17] fans and friends of the show, you can go there and get all kinds of different books that'll teach [1:40:22] you how to take action in your local area. Books like the one written by Jean Husset. You can also [1:40:29] read some of the classics by Hilaire Belloc and G.K. Chesterton, like Economics for Helen, [1:40:37] Flea to the Fields, The Outline of Sanity, Nazareth or Social Chaos by Father Vincent McNabb. [1:40:45] you gotta get off of X [1:40:47] it's so bad [1:40:49] it's so bad [1:40:50] I mean [1:40:51] especially with this whole [1:40:53] Candace Owens thing [1:40:54] I'm sure you guys [1:40:55] have seen all of that [1:40:56] I guess some of you [1:40:57] that watch this show [1:40:58] you're also big Candace fans [1:41:00] so [1:41:01] don't wanna piss everybody off [1:41:03] no I'm not with [1:41:04] like the Mossad [1:41:06] but [1:41:06] you know [1:41:07] can anybody explain [1:41:10] why she was taking money [1:41:12] from Oracle [1:41:13] from Larry Ellison [1:41:14] Can anybody explain that? You're taking advertising money from one of the fifth most powerful Jews in the world, you know, this big technology infrastructure company, Oracle, and you're not going to be called out for that? [1:41:37] Nobody's going to call out Candace Owens [1:41:39] For taking that money [1:41:40] For taking blood money essentially [1:41:42] All these different AIs [1:41:44] That are programmatically figuring out [1:41:46] Which Palestinian to kill next [1:41:48] That's all running on Oracle servers [1:41:50] So [1:41:53] Hey the winged Hussar is in [1:41:55] What's up [1:41:56] Good to see you man [1:41:57] So anyway [1:42:01] Like I was saying [1:42:02] X is just an absolute cesspool [1:42:04] With everybody accusing everybody else [1:42:06] of, you know, being a fed, if you, you know, if you don't think that beekeepers wearing maroon [1:42:16] were somehow responsible for the death of Charlie Kirk, well, then you believe the FBI narrative. [1:42:22] You're pushing FBI slop. Like, what? What are we doing? And if it isn't this infighting that [1:42:34] we're seeing online on X, if it isn't infighting, well, then what we're seeing is delusional boomers [1:42:44] calling Mary a feminist. Have you seen this, by the way? You're not going to believe what Michael [1:42:54] Matt said at the Restoring Tradition Women's Conference. Take a look at this. [1:43:02] You need to lead us back to sanity. And I honestly believe only you can do it. [1:43:12] The feminine power harnessed from the ultimate feminist in the history of the universe, [1:43:20] Our Lady, who with one word, with her fiat, co-redeemed all men on Earth. [1:43:31] You want to talk about a feminist? [1:43:33] She's it. [1:43:35] Guys, guys, are you serious? [1:43:41] Michael, Matt, what are we doing? [1:43:45] What's happening? [1:43:47] What timeline are we on? [1:43:50] The Holy Mother of God, Mary, is a feminist? [1:43:59] And this is what they're talking about at the Restore Tradition Women's Conference. [1:44:08] Maybe it's just me, but maybe we shouldn't have women's conferences. [1:44:13] Maybe we just shouldn't have women's conferences. [1:44:16] when it comes to like church stuff. [1:44:20] I don't know. [1:44:21] Maybe a woman's retreat, [1:44:23] a night of recollection for women, [1:44:25] but some sort of like conference [1:44:28] where you're telling women [1:44:31] that they need to lead men [1:44:33] and the idea that women could lead men anywhere other, [1:44:42] the women are going to lead the men to sanity? [1:44:46] dude, [1:44:49] I almost wonder if Michael Matt's married. [1:44:54] Like, I love my wife. [1:44:57] She's great. [1:44:58] This show wouldn't happen if it weren't for her. [1:45:00] That's for sure. [1:45:02] You know, I've got ADD. [1:45:03] She kind of keeps my schedule moving. [1:45:06] She keeps me on time. [1:45:09] But this, [1:45:11] my wife doesn't lead the household, [1:45:15] lead the family or anything like that? [1:45:17] Oh my, could you, I mean, again, [1:45:20] look at where we are in society [1:45:21] with Lindsay Clancy and everything going on there. [1:45:26] She's murdering children. [1:45:30] And Michael Matt thinks that women [1:45:32] are gonna lead us back to sanity. [1:45:36] Oh. [1:45:38] Oh. [1:45:39] Oh. [1:45:39] I am speechless. [1:45:47] I'm speechless. [1:45:54] What are we doing? [1:45:56] And then, to add insult to injury, look at this. [1:45:59] Look at this one. [1:46:00] From Father Stephen Imbarto, [1:46:04] who said, [1:46:06] women are generally holier than men? [1:46:11] Women, please, pray us men closer to Jesus? [1:46:18] Bruh. [1:46:23] What are we doing, guys? [1:46:27] Men need to, like, rise up. [1:46:29] Gamers rise up. [1:46:32] Men, this has gotten out of control. [1:46:36] this is totally out of control. [1:46:43] I mean, [1:46:45] wow. [1:46:49] And these people that would like allow this kind of thinking, [1:46:54] whatever, if, you know, priests that would allow this type of thinking, [1:46:57] that like women are going to rescue men, [1:47:00] that if we let women lead, that we're going to, [1:47:03] dude, like hasn't women's suffrage and the past hundred years, has that taught us nothing? [1:47:17] My word. Anyway, we're not going to go down a whole rabbit hole on women, I guess today on the [1:47:25] show, but pray for Michael Matt. I mean, maybe he's just being a boomer about it. Maybe he's [1:47:33] just being a boomer and trying to use like edgy words, but like, come on, man. [1:47:42] First of all, it was Eve that ate the apple. Okay. So we can blame literally everything, [1:47:47] sin and the whole nine yards on, on Eve. Okay. So, you know, and then nowadays we've got Candace [1:47:55] Owens, like I said, putting out all of this KSAR theory slop, taking money from Larry Ellison, [1:48:04] riling people up, getting everybody to accuse one another of being feds. [1:48:09] And Michael Matt wants women to lead men back to sanity. [1:48:19] The traditionalist movement is cooked at this point. [1:48:23] My Lord. [1:48:27] Anyway. [1:48:29] So yeah, go to ihspress.com. [1:48:33] Find books not written by women. [1:48:36] Find books written by men about society, [1:48:39] about what we need to do to restore society. [1:48:43] You know, we could listen to some men talking about politics. [1:48:47] Maybe that would be good. [1:48:49] Maybe that would be a step in the right direction, okay? [1:48:52] So go to ihspress.com. [1:48:56] Replace the time that you are spending consuming slop on x.com. [1:49:02] Pick up a good book instead, okay? [1:49:05] Spend some time reading a good book. [1:49:08] That will be much more productive. [1:49:12] Dear God. [1:49:15] atlasbullion.com slash backlash. [1:49:18] If you are concerned about what's going on with the monetary policy here in the Western world, runaway money printing bond yields blowing out past 5%, gas and diesel hitting record highs as the petroleum reserve gets drained because of this ridiculous war in Iran that has been started for Israel's benefit, not the benefit of the American people. [1:49:46] stack precious metals. It's a great way to protect yourself and protect your wealth [1:49:52] from runaway money printing, from getting eaten up by the invisible tax of inflation. They've got [1:50:00] gold and silver packages that will be sent to your house once a month for as low as $55. You [1:50:08] can start stacking precious metals. $200 a month is the minimum for gold. But yeah, you want to [1:50:15] protect yourself, protect your wealth, go to atlasbullion.com slash backlash. [1:50:23] And that's going to do it for me. We've got a bunch of other stuff that we're cooking up here. [1:50:27] A lot of other interviews that we've got coming down the pike, like this one that we did a couple [1:50:33] days ago with Seyfedeen Amu. He is a advisor to Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador. He's [1:50:45] one of his advisors, did a in-depth interview with him about Zionism, property rights, [1:50:52] monetary policy. [1:50:53] And so that will be coming out over the next couple of weeks. [1:50:57] We're also going to be doing a big interview with Eric Kaysen. [1:51:04] Eric is the founder of a company called Vora.io. [1:51:09] These guys are making the world's most loyal AI. [1:51:13] and so we're going to talk with him about AI, [1:51:17] its impact on our society, [1:51:20] what it is that we can be doing to get the most benefit from AI. [1:51:24] There's a lot of backwards people, [1:51:26] a lot of Luddites that think that we can just ignore AI [1:51:30] and everything will be fine, but that's not the case. [1:51:34] We've got to be using AI, actually. [1:51:37] Use it in your business. [1:51:41] You can cut down on computation time. [1:51:45] You can, you know, help people a lot easier and quicker, I think, with AI. [1:51:50] Of course, I use it for the backlash. [1:51:54] It certainly can be a great tool that can be used by people. [1:52:00] And so we're going to talk about that with Eric Kaysen. [1:52:03] also he's got some interesting ideas about uh a digital 9-11 that could be brewing uh and [1:52:13] you know he does a lot of political thinking as well so we're going to talk with him [1:52:17] on friday we're going to record that interview and release it in the next coming weeks so anyway [1:52:22] make sure you're subscribed make sure that you are hitting the like button and we'll be back [1:52:29] with some amazing content throughout the rest of October. [1:52:32] Once again, for all of you that I'll be seeing this weekend [1:52:34] at the Oregon event, please come say hello. [1:52:37] I look forward to meeting each and every one of you [1:52:41] that happens to watch this show. [1:52:42] I think it'll be a good time. [1:52:44] Thank you to everybody who tuned in. [1:52:46] I don't know what's going on with the chats. [1:52:49] Clearly, the chat is just broken. [1:52:52] I don't know what's going on there, [1:52:54] but we'll be back. [1:52:56] We'll be back on Monday. [1:52:58] God bless you [1:52:59] thank you for tuning in [1:53:00] thank you for watching [1:53:01] and once again [1:53:02] thank you to Garrett Ziegler [1:53:03] for being so generous [1:53:04] with this time [1:53:05] God bless [1:53:06] and have [1:53:07] a great night [1:53:28] Thank you. [1:53:58] Thank you. [1:54:28] Thank you. [1:54:58] We'll be right back. [1:55:28] you
